Very poor furniture quality. Couch leg got broken after 2 months and customer service to replace was from hell. I had to wait 90 days for new leg to arrive and i was charged a lot for a simple thing.

The furniture options were good and of nive quality and affordable and the staff was very courteous and helpful

United Furniture has one of the best quality of products in Dubai at amazing costs. Moreover the staff were so friendly. I thank Fernando from the SZR branch and Leoni from the karama branch to assist me in getting my dream sofa as well as my new bedroom. They were prompt and professional.

Was deeply disappointed by the store. Bought bed & mattress and within 2 months the bed started wobbling and mattress we could feel the springs.i can understand if it takes 12 months and beyond but not in 2 months. It was sold saying its very good quality and firm & cost was around 1000 only for mattress.

Despite the current situation , employees like sandeep helps to mend the gap caused by the closed stores, always supportive and made the experience less painful, having a payment gateway in the eshop would have the experience much better.

Very cheap quality furniture and very bad customer service, they lied to me and claimed that they dont provide warranty when I called later I found that they do and they were saying that to avoid fixing the cheap furniture they sold me for 5000 Dirham be careful guys, if time come back I would pay extra and buy from a proper furniture store that Homer and warranty there products not like United Furniture

I bought a leather sofa from United Furniture in 2012. My apartment was right above the United Furniture show room in Karama on the Zabeel road( now the show room is no more there)I do not have small kids in my house. The sofa had only normal use. After two years, leather of three seater sofa is torn and it is evident that the damage happened because of poor quality material used.When I complained to the company they told me that they do not have material and hence cannot repair the sofa. People who buy sofas would like to use them at least for five years before replacement.But this experience has been extremely painful.
