I love to shop from here because of their prices and collections however this branch customer service is very slow only one cashier for such a big store, understaffed always the customer service staff are always helpful but extremely busy. And the cashier is always messy and unorganized.

Good collection, though it is not the main store or a big store to keep all the available options and varieties.. Hence i would rate it 3.5 stars. But i rate 5 stars because of the staff. They r helpful and well trained.

Good Furniture Store...

Tried to call regarding a query on their exchange policy for sale items and got no response. Staff always seems too preoccupied and not very cheery.I do love the brand though but Barsha branch is more shopper-friendly.

Great store, but I cant say the same about the staff.
