They offered a replacement of the article only after 3-5 months time or a refund which is not a posssible decision for me as I spent days trying to decide on a sofa and I have selected all my hall furniture based on the sofa including the painting I bought from them, when asked for a compensation on a dhs7000 sofa I was offered a Dhs300 CREDIT NOTE which all it does is increase the sales of their company.Highly Disappointing customer service just for a few thousands from this company.Invoice under the name of “Ms.Sushma Syal”

Bad quality and customer service..I would recommend that if you buying from them then be careful and check the quality thoroughly before buy. We bought the whole living are and dining set for which 2 chairs broken in 6 months, first fixed second never attended properly. some doors were not fixed properly for cabinets and screws were tighted by myself from time to time.Over and above the customer service is horribly, actually there is no customer service desk that maintains proper records of the complaint. No ticket no. Or reference number of your complaint is available. They work on your invoice numbers which they keep asking always with no track record.Bad experience with united furniture.

This place has good quality furniture especially the brand Ashley , but my only concern is that discount prices is always all over the year , so it is not real discount , some items I found last 6 months , now the price is increased by 1000 AED although other shops prices are dropped

Its a very bad quality i have changed my matrees for 3 times they repair same 1 bring it back they just put foam they bring dont go for it when i called united customer service they said complain write the review no issue they dont care whole year keep changing the matress lol.

I was very disappointed with the customer service and their customer unfriendly policy.Recently visited the store and booked a piece of furniture for future delivery which was supposed to happen after 2 weeks.However within 24 hours I changed my mind due to some personal reasons and went back to the store to ask for a refund on my card.I was bluntly told that the company policy is not to give any refundThey can only covert that amount into store creditThis came as a shock to me as I have not encountered such a policy in any major furniture outlets in the UAEWhen I tried to speak with the manager I was again bluntly told that this policy is written on the back side of the customer agreement which is signed by me when I paid for the product!It was nicely hidden somewhere in small print.I just want other gullible customers to be aware of this unfair practiceYou cannot ask for any refund once you swipe your credit card!Shocking but trueBe wary of this placeThere are many other options for furniture stores in Dubai with very fair return policies

Has some really good collection...mainly the sofa sets that are budget friendly too..Maybe due to EID special discounts. The staff was very friendly too and did understand our needs and helped us accordingly.

Prices may be higher than economy shops like HomeBox but the quality is totally worth the price. High quality furniture at reasonable prices.

Excellent furniture store. I have bought many items from their store and was never disappointed. Better than most other options in the market. Recommended store for your furniture needs. The service is also good.

United furniture is a very reliable store. You get a variety of bedroom sets sofas and accessories. They almost always have a bargain corner for people looking for a heist. A lot of their collection is contemporary and comfy. I have never found a wide variety of vintage sort of collection but you may still find accessories that go with Victorian furniture. Its a 2 level store and has ample parking. Its not inside a mall which for me is huge plus point because u can get in and quite fast. Lots of staff to help you with your needs. Cant reiterate enough that the prices are decent and affordable and they have regular sale and the bargain corner which in itself is a huge room. The bargain corner generally have more chairs and sofas is what I have noticed but you never know you may find what you need. In my opinion you should check it out if quaint yet modern is what you are going for.

A quick update on my earlier review below:1- Their reply to the reviews is just a copy and paste, check all negative reviews and you will find the same reply.2- They asked for the contact details, which I sent and they never came back to me.3- THERE IS NO WARRANTY, so dont believe them if they said that there is.I hope people will take this review seriously and save their money.First Review:I purchased a dining table from them, and the salesman told me there is 1 year warranty on the table.Less than a month later the paint peeled off, when I even didnt have one dinner on it.Called them, they inspected and told me this is not manufacturing defect, and his exact words this is a guess, when I asked them to replace the peace, he told me there is no warranty so the best we can do is to try and fix.TRY AND FIX.... TRYAnyway long story short.... never ever again.

If I could give less than that, I would, worst experience ever, the bench of the dining table broke the first time my husband sat on it, and its supposed to hold 3 people, when I called customer service to complain, they said theyll send inspection but they didnt, and they started to ignore me, if its up to me ill return verything but they wont allow you to change everything once you pay, so gbuy more expensive but good furniture somewhere else

Bad quality the leather sofa I bought from United furniture had a life span of just over 3 years and it started peeling and discoloring instead of taking this up with their manufacturers they told me if it was within 1 year then it is a manufacturing issue. Not worth it for the price plus absolutely no customer service.Cheap quality at high price better to buy from homebox or similar prices store.If paying a price would expect good quality at least and customer service but here their customer service just come back turning you away as you have already purchased the product they really don’t care. I was told to go re upholster it myself as they don’t do it !!!!

I visited the furniture shop today on two occasions,and I was dealt with by two Staff, both were good, but one stood out very well,and that was Mary. She was very welcoming and warm from the beginning- I preferred her style of dealing with the costumer as it was relaxed and felt genuine, unlike the other employees, she also was the only one who took a lot of effort to look for an item I had lost in the shop , I was very happy with her help, how she helped find what I had lost, I was suprised by her commitment and dedication, and was sad to see only her with such a bright outlook on her job. People like her, make the company stand out and give it a cooetitce advantage, as I felt like I wanted to revisit and provide a recommendation for the shop, after Marys kind help. I hope your company takes notice to what I have said, and understands employees like her dont come often, and so please take the time to realise you have an employee with alot of potential, I am an Emirati and Ive seen a lot of costumer service, hers was top of the line.

Summary of my experience with United Furniture 6-12 month after multiple purchases:-1 seater couch #1: looks ok, springs making sounds like it’s many years old-1 seater couch #2: like above plus discoloring, disposed the same-blue pouf: losing its material and keep finding them all over the floor (see picture) - danger for our baby, disposed as well-Enola corner Sofa: after 2 month usage it starts making sounds and gets fabric tears. four weeks of dealing with customer service, the sofa is back with cheese / old sock smell & same problems - that’s all customer service would do.In total, we wasted around 5K AED in furniture here, never again will I deal with them.

I went here through a recommendation. love the place, ended up buying my sofa.I have visited all the furniture shops available in Dubai, from all the big brands to the smallest brands, but I must tell you that this particular furniture shop specially for sofas was the best option. there could be other items there too, since I was specially looking for a sofa I saw with that lens, and it gave me the best comparative options at a good price too.

Very cheap quality furniture, bought L shape sofa from them after 1 months sofa start sinking, spoke to them over the phone and they claim they dont have a warranty, anyway I start avoiding this part of the sofa and used the rest of the sofa same thing happened after 1 year all the sofa is sinking, called them again and then different story they told me that my sofa is already out of warranty and that they give 6 months warranty, so how come when I called before during the warranty they dont have warranty, they came home to check the sofa and asking for 1600 to 1800 to fix it, my advise stay away they charged me 5000 something for the sofa and that after the discount for a very cheap internal materials, they dont use the correct foam compression to make the sofa last. I work as a pilot and in 1 year I can say I used the sofa for 4 months max as I am single so no one else is using the sofa, bad quality cheap materials and very bad customer service by claiming that I didnt call them earlier. Shame on you for selling cheap furniture for high price united furnitureAt the end they will reply back as the phote I add to my comments as they did with all the bad reviews they have, posted twice my comments about their products from my Instagram but typical companies that doesnt take responsibility for their mistakes and dont owner there products as they know that they are selling a very cheap quality product for a lot of money, I will keep posting my comments on there products on Instagram from my friends account to make sure no one will fall as me

The staff in SZR are horrible. Always in their mobiles, never acknowledging the presence of the customers, never making any eye contact and making sure customers realize they are not happy there. At first, it was thought it was just a group from the same nationality but then it was clear that it was a courtier shared by all employees.We spent there at least 1:30h , no one ever came. Meanwhile at least 10 employees doing nothing were talking loud in groups or going through the stores but never acknowledging anyone’s presence.ITS A PLACE WHERE YOU DONT WANT TO BE.Besides having poor quality materials, nothing is more horrible then the staff.Never again.

They do carry a line of genuine leather sofas and recliners and have diversified recently in to the modern and colorful.There is still a lack of variety in their furniture, it is geared more towards blackish, brownish hues and leather products.Good for recliners, as the shop has many of those in various colors and styles.

Good collection of bed courts,family court,single court.we can see variety of dining tables in size,shape and materials.chair set of different varient from top to bottom level. This Furniture store ( The Sheikh Zayed Road branch) is huge and has plenty to choose from. From Living Rooms to Bedrooms to Dining furniture to Kids Furniture, they seem to have it all. Just recently, I was there looking for Living Room furniture and had no problems finding something beautiful and comfortable to choose from. The prices also are affordable. Ordered a sofa set and the delivery was on time ( within 3 days ). Over all am very satisfied with United Furniture and will definitely recommend this store to my friends.
