Worst company ever that I have had to deal with. They do not respond to phone calls or emails, they lack professionalism and never turn up at agreed times. The desk draw unit arrived damaged. The desk arrived without the cable management grommet and they tried several times to cut the grommet by hand (I could have done a better job with a knife and fork); in the end I had to arrange the cable management grommet to be installed myself.I will never use this company again, and recommend that if you require a professional service, you look at other options available on the market.Response To Owners Comment: Little point of contacting sales support, as detailed, they do not respond to emails, I have a long stream of unanswered emails. Though the mahmayi teams uncompromising customer care behaviour attracted me in the last several years their e platform now especially in this COVID pandemic time enthused me to gift my relatives at appropriate time. Kudos to mahmayi management that thought e platform in the right time

Customer service absolutely terrible, nothing is in stock. I walked into the karama branch and was denied entrance as I did not have a gloves. I showed them the hand sanitizer I carried but still refused entry. To note further the staff there were not wearing any gloves and the mask was not worn properly. As enquired about not wearing the gloves the staff answerd by saying they are working. Does not make any logic to me.

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!Avoid avoid avoid. Once payment is made for any product, they will immediately forget you as a customer. They will sell you faulty safes and immediately blame you, the customer. They do not take responsibility for anything. No returns, no warranty replacements, no respect. If you encounter any problems, then they will immediately blame you! Want anything fixed? You will need to pay them before anything happens. It will also be months before they decide on a solution.If you use AMEX, they will considerably overcharge you. Im not sure how the Ministry of Trade & Commerce allows such a scam of a company to operate in Dubai.You have been warned!
