I had wonderful and successful experience at Pan Emirates Burjman . The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about all their furniture. They have some really good quality at affordable prices. I would definitely buy there in the future and I highly recommend them!! 5 Stars! Appreciated being able to ask questions without being rushed, and to receive good advice. The quality of the items in the showroom were outstanding and I felt confident that I have purchased things that will last. Normally, shopping is a chore for me but staffs at Pan Emirates made it enjoyable!

Pan Emirates is one of BEST stores in UAE, to meet all types of furniture requirements and household products. Pan Emirates has an amazing and unique variety of designs to choose from. I got sofa and a shoe rack both great quality and reasonable affordable prices. The sales team was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The delivery team was very fast and professional. I am sure people who go to Pan Emirates for shopping, will not return empty handed. Highly recommend.

One of the worst customer service absolutely zero work focusedThe staff is not concerned about the customer and running away from issues needs some series of training.On Thursday I booked baby bed and ask them to fix and keep it ready , when I came to store I was asked that the bed is not ready and I need to come again . No one takes the ownership of this store and the manager agreed to help after calling.Unacceptable and never coming

Was looking for a bed for my princess. Finally at Pan Emirates we liked the carriage bed. The Lebanese guy at burjuman branch was very helpful as he directly guided us to see the bed as per our requirements. Very helpful and smart staff.

It’s small compare to Sharjah I would suggest to chck Sharjah pan-emirates which is bigger with more varieties.

The Filipino lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. Inspite of having change she asked me to go and get change from other stores in the mall. She kept me waiting while she did the billing for other customers.
