I recently purchased a chair expecting it to collect after some days. When I went to collect they gave me damaged piece. I highlighted this to them and they said come after 3 days for another replacement. Thinking it was an accident I said fine. When I went there again they gave me an even more damaged piece than before. They have wasted 2 weeks of my time. So I immediately asked for a refund. I will never come again to buy any furniture here ever again. And the attitude of the staff was very careless and casual. No seriousness in business during this pandemic time.

I love Pan Emirates Burjuman as it was really spacious. I love it when i find great deals, its like treasure hunting, the only difference is it is always guaranteed you will find treasure with Pan.

Poor customer service. Really bad. I was about to purchase their hanger rack, 1 lady assisted me but ended up saying to just directly ask the counter as there are no barcode attached btw she communicated with me while talking to someone over the phone using her airpods! In the counter, 1 guy told me that they still have 4 stock (of the item) so he asked me to wait.After 15 minutes He told me that he cant find the item and if i want to go back the next day just like that. Very unorganized. Very poor csr team.

Nice Chair!I like this chair enough to purchase a second one. Pros: Classic design. Neutral color goes well with both taupe and gray. Fabric has a rustic, worn leather look, and is easy to maintain with vacuuming and spot cleaning. Cons: The reclining mechanism is a little tight. It takes some leg strength to lower foot rest. The screw/bolt used to connect the left arm and chair body required regular tightening. It eventually sheared-off by year three. Since I didnt pay for the extended warranty (where I purchased the first one...not here), it was not covered. Nevertheless, I liked this enough to purchase a second one.

PAN Emirates has been one of the first Furniture chains in the Gulf and serving UAE since past 3 decades. This store in Burjuman Mall is nicely spaced out and has a huge variety of Furniture and home décor. I must point out that few of my most high quality and long lasting purchases have been made from PAN Emirates as opposed to the poor quality that you find in other popular home furnishing stores. I high recommend a visit to this store. You will definitely find a a great range with well priced options for your need. Its my go to store for all home requirements.
