I feel so surprised when I saw there is kids play area, so that my kids can play while I can find what I want to buy. Pan Emirates has wide range of home decor, accessories and furniture. Hence , easy for me to find my selection for home decor especially Asian and Rustic style. The location is convenient for us, near with Mall of Emirates and there is many parking. Overall the prices are affordable, excellent service and friendly staff. Thats why I love Pan Emirates where the one stop centre of home furnishing 😍

Compared to other shops styles are much better here vast variety too. Product quality is very good and stands out, staffs are very helpful and awesome service for bought furniture. Cheap material furniture, what you see in the showrooms is all an illusion, check the image this is what is inside, cheap particle board.The bedroom set i bought from there less than 2 years now and with 2 years warranty, the Wardrobe doors have been giving issue even after getting them fixed twice, the piece of wood below just fell from under the bed the other day, The customer care says this is not covered under warranty now even though there is 2 months left on it, according to them this is not an issue only issues are covered. The mattress springs came out within a year which they replaced with another flimsy one just ensuring that the warranty expires and we dont make a claim.Its better to get furniture from shops in karama and Sharjah then to be duped by places like PanEmirates.

This branch and all the other branches boast of high quality furniture at affordable prices, good value for money and an aesthetic, elegant, marvelous collection of all the home decor which makes my house the most comfortable, eye-catching, cozy as well as attractive. The space to shop is huge, we are spoilt for variety and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I vouch for its credibility definitely.

Purchased a furniture as I was told 2 year warranty. On the invoice no such thing was mentioned. Sales guy told me the person at the customer service will stamp or mention it. When we took to customer service they told me no stamp or writing will be allowed. By default they are trained to say you mobile number is mentioned on the system and the warranty is on the system . But legally you are not covered if any issue with warranty arises.

Pan Emirates used to be good in quality but now its literally the worst. I bought almost everything for my new house from them but everything starts to brake or fail within the first 3 weeks. And the customer service agent was the worst in attitude and completely unhelpful imagine u calling customer service for five days and they tell you “heyy listen u wanna come down ” It was my mistake not check the market before i buy cause i trusted them but I could have have all of these for much less price with much better quality.

Very disappointed with the delivery service from PAN Emirates. We chose the morning slot (10am to 2pm is NOT the morning!) The delivery guy rang to tell me he would arrive before 1pm but finally arrived at 2.35pm. He then assembled the piece of furniture which was not up to the standard of the piece we viewed in the show room. I doubt that it will last out the year. Just a very disappointing experience. Would prefer a zero star option.

Bought a bed from there. The quality is very questionable l. We had to change 2 pieces from the bed we ordered because they were damaged and even after that extra damage was found on the furniture. Definitely do not recommend

Unprofessional customer service and delivery. Expected delivery on Monday, delivery team promise to deliver the item in the evening, as result - no one picks up the phone. The customer service team can arrange another attempt for the delivery only in the next week.That is not the right approach to the customers.

My all time favorite furniture shop is Pan Emirates which is near my home at Al barsha and i must say they have amazing collection. All my furniture are from pan Emirates and they are at least 4 years old and all are good as new. My friends also buy from here and are very happy with their quality.

The last thing you will want to do is do business with this company. Not only are their employees completely incompetent but also, extremely rude.They have a no return and no exchange policy on their mattress which are not the great quality that they pretend to be so when I received mine, it was much worse than I had expected it to be.After spending more than a week pulling teeth with horrible customer service reps to try to find a solution for my problem, I contacted upper management who were just as inefficient in solving any problems.It is clear that once you buy a product from this company, consider it final sale because they refuse to stand by the quality of their products and will not bat an eye if you have an issue. Save your money and go somewhere else!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DUBAI!!!! they sent me 2 big showcase cabinet items that I bought from them but both damaged!!! In store they said item is from turkey but when they brought it said item from china. Regardless now where it’s from am calling them to replace items. They brought AGAIN not new but recycled damaged item to me. WHAT?!? They wasted my time!!!! They shud refund me half the money for causing me stress. I called them and now saying will call me tomorrow🙈😂laughable really. now again tom hv to stay home until they call me and hopefully bring both new items instead of recycled goods😡easy to buy and pay them money but get damaged goods😒😣

Pan Emirates as really upped their game since the last time I visited. I actually preferred their range of products to Home Centre and IKEA.The smaller stores dont have as much though and they have quite a lot of items that they dont advertise on their website (so dont leave thinking youll jist order it online. As we found out, half the stuff isnt on there)My new go to place for home furnishings. This particular store is large as well. 3 floors and on the 3rd floor theres a really good litlle kids soft play area with a cafe next to it!And the sale prices are really good too

We were pleasantly surprised with the technology and research Pan emirates put into their products. On top of that the staff was extremely knowledgeable, nice and made my husband and I feel very special and welcomed. Nothing was a bother as we asked many questions and tried many beds before deciding on the perfect bed for us. I highly recommend anyone to visit Pan emirates first before you go anywhere else.

I bought a pouffe recently which was on sale, we have not used it much, but the inner cloth was so thin that it tore and the beans all started coming out. Later I found that there were already some tears and those were stitched too. I tried to contact customer service, but no response.

Panemirates generally has furniture not aligned to my taste, but when they offer something close to it, it is most of the times something really nice. 5 stars is fair although I wouldnt buy always what I need from here, but the quality and the prices objectively lead to this ranking.

Good products BUT extremely poor management and client service. Online-ordered items arrived and the team who came to install the them was unprofessional, and did a terrible job in fixing a simple desk and some drawers, things were misaligned and they scratched some items while working. They seemed to be in a rush to finish.Last but not least, they have terrible after sale service, after promising to deliver the replacement item the following day, no one called and no message was sent to confirm a time slot. When I called, I was told that it was delayed to the next day (If i hadn’t called, they would have not even notified me).All in all, I give their products 4.5 stars out 5 but their client servicing and overall professionalism 0 stars (it can’t get worse)

The dining table i ordered from your them keeps chipping off. By 1 month after receiving the dining table I noticed the first chipping place at the top of dining table. Every month a new place chipped off and now only 9 months passed since i purchased the table and it looks so old.Its very disappointing, we liked the table so much and taking care of it as best as we can but it just keeps chipping off. I did a complaint on 27 of May and till now (2weeks already) i didnt get even a call from their customer service to solve this issue.

Waste of time. Ordered a dinning set, when the started unpacking I noticed some damages on the chairs, I said to the guys, if there are any damages not to put things together, of course they didnt listen. Build everything, and after inspection well guess what, it all went back to the store. Next day they called, saying that they couldnt replace the table, last piece, but they could replace the chairs. Hmmmm work that one out. Still manage to get a refund.

Extremely bad customer service.I was told that the manager (Y.) is only able to assist me with a complaint that Ive made for Pan Emirates mistake and when I try to be transferred to the manager, they either cut the line or they always say hes busy with other customers and will call back later but nobody calls back and this has happened for over 6 times!!

They dont have stock of any chairs. And delivery is only above 500aed so you need to waste time to come and order, and then come back to pick up. How its possible that such a big center doesnt carry stock of such simple item as bar chairs. Ridiculous.

Just so disappointed. Same old stuff. Nothing new in furniture.

The products are good but the staff not at all courteous nor actually having the passion to work ....they dont even attend to customers even though they can see that I have been trying to search for help .thats a very bad experience at the barsha store near mall of Emirates
