Very bad customer service. Not at all interested to attend any customer, dont understand why they are sitting taking such big showrooms. They treat as you are taking something from them in free of cost. Or better they keep board outside there shops WE DONT ENTERTAINT LOCAL SALES. So no one enter there shop by mistake also. Would had not given any star but helpless have to select than only can post the review.

Delivered wrong size mattress 2. Paid for 180x200. They gave 200x210!!! Does not fit the bed.No cooperation on replacing..Heavy mattress Dubailand to Deira.. Hassle. Had to just accept it.

If there was negative rating, I would rate them NEGATIVE 5.This company should better shutdown. In Dubai quality & customer is first & they are ZERO in both of these. WORST EXPERIENCE . DO NOT BUY from this shop. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer HARRESMENT.Their employees are lair & irresponsible. Their Naif showroom staff Danish is a rude guy, he will not discount a penny on the price but when comes to delivery he is least bothered. He will not even answer the calls. He promised to deliver bed & closet next day but its 5 days now & still we have to follow up them everyday & they say we are just about to reach your house & by 10.00pm they will say we couldnt make it today, will deliver tomorrow. This is going on since 5 days. God knows when that tomorrow will come.Ajman team is useless. There is no coordination between showroom & warehouse. There should be a consumer complain filed against this company.BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A TRAP.

The place is disaster 0 service time the broke the promise never deliver on time even if u call every day the never finish lies . Quality of items are bad China wood that’s why it’s cheap staff are horrible even other branches are bad when I spoke to them over the phone I suggested the should close the shop it’s better not worth one star I refund the room I bought after 1 week of delay delivery
