Professional and supportive staff, very big collection of good quality furniture items, carpets on show are not really available which made our visit a bit unproductive.Delivery was perfect, on time, efficient, effective, fast and the delivery and installation guys were professional.

I have been a customer of Home R Us Zabeel branch for quite a long time due to big selection of nice items. However, every single time I would face issue with one or another item bought. I never complained or returned any item because the issues were small. Today, I tried to return two coffee flask still wrapped on bubble plastic and inside original bag but the manager refused to do anything about it. The flasks were broken and still inside the wrapping. The excuse given it is over the exchange period of two weeks. I explained I was on vacation, therefore I could not come earlier. Unfortunately, the manager could not be bothered.My advice for everyone, do check every piece of item you buy. Even if its inside the original box.In my case, I will never return or buy any item from them.

They have horrible exchange and return policies. I went to exchange something which was bought from another branch. They refused to exchange as the transaction doesnt exist in their system at their branch. In this day and age, a customer should be able to exchange the products at any branch! They didnt even make an effort to help.

Staff are clueless and everything is slow in this place. It takes them 4 days to bring you a small pendant light from the warehouse. I swear if the warehouse is in United States of America it will take less than that. We are in 2019 while they’re still in 1999 literally 20 years behind!The quality of furniture isn’t good. There business is very clear to me; they buy very cheap quality furniture and sell it back to end users as if it’s a premium product.Don’t be fooled and always make sure what you’re paying for will have the value its supposed to have.

Watch out for good deals. Normal furniture and home stuff store. Parking is available, we could easily find one. Variety of stuff in average. Price range is also average. Good to shop if you can avail some offer.

Very nice shop, staff is friendly and willing to help. The choice is fine. The only concern is the parking tgat is free only my if you buy something. They should make parking free for 2 hours for visitors... it will ease the choice to go there and have a look instead of going in other shops were the parking is free.

We love homesrus...we bought many furniture things from them. quality is good and even delivery is hasselfree...only concern is that they should orgnise their store. beacuse u will find furniture everywhere which is little inconvenient to look for perticular type of thing which u want. range is good variety is der..and they should include more vibrant colours as per trend beacuse everything is too sober and classy.some ppl like trendy and morden things too😉

The worst customer service. The staff have attitudes and don’t know how to talk to customers and the company policies are ridiculous.They don’t deliver “accessories” like mirrors in case they’ll break. How do you expect customers to carry these items when they won’t fit in the car? If the company can deliver mirrors to their stores, why not to customers?!

Please check the parking before entering the place. Its better to approach through oudmetha metro side as the parking is just behind the shop.As a furniture store is a massive area and covers most of the items of home and office furniture. Homesrus is worst. The staff there dont know anything. We purchased dining set and when they come to fix it was broken they didnt had fresh piece. Then they didnt return our money and gave credit note that was not valid in every branch. All branches had no coordination with each other and the language of supervisor and Manager of Oud Metha is very bad. We were harrased many times. When we select anything they said they have stock but during payment they says they dont have stock Then why it is in display. All broken thing worst things are there and price very high. Better to take from local market or Home center or Home box.

This one is huge showroom comprising of Homesru and Daiso outlet. Just 5 minutes from Oud Metha Metro station. Has good collection of modern and classic products in Homesrus.

Big branch 3 floors, located at Zabeel, they have a parking lot in front of the store (4 ued/hour) and another one downstairs which is free of charge. I got my dinning room from this branch, it was a positive experience, there staff were friendly very helpful and nice, also, a children play area is available with a big sceen to watch movies all the time. I would definitley recommend this place to a friend!

Massive store with a reasonable amount of goods, range isnt as large as youd expect for some items and sometimes surprised by what they dont have. Staff is a mixed bag, sometimes helpful other times no idea.

Even when I called every time I was told will call you in 2 hours!! I failed to ask which date which month as after 3 days Im still waiting for that call! Still no item has been delivered.☹️☹️

Very bad service , I bought a table that cost me 10000 AED and then I found there is a big crack , I informed the driver , and I raised complain , so far no action taken . I will give them 3 more days notice , if they didn’t solve this issue I will take a legal action against them at consumer rights .
