Quite a lovely place to enjoy Parisian style coffee as well as their entrees are delicious. Its very popular location to dine and enjoy a good time with family and friends. The service we received at the Paul Bakery in The Mall of the Emirates is great and their staff is pleasant to deal with.Im looking forward to coming back to this place during the off peak hours to enjoy a great cup of Honey Latte or even their Caramel Cappuccino.

As usual, great food and welcoming atmosphere.The staff is friendly and helpful.One negative point i had related to the soup, it look like it was heated by microwave i guess, or by oven but not hot enough, as i got it cold and request to heat it again.The prices is fair.Overall experience is good.

Located in the ground floor, from the entrance when going straight you can see Paul Bakery in the left side. If you need tastiest Blueberry cheese cake and delicious other flavored cakes, you can go to PAUL restaurant. They will serve tasty and healthy bread pieces with butter and zaatar as complimentary . The chicken avocado sandwich with sundried tomatoes is our favorite dish.Their sweet potato fries is another attraction for us. The staff members were very helpful to us.

It’s a nice place with a great ambiance and presentation which attracts anyone passing by. The place is always filled and you need to wait for your turn.

Had a great lunch here today with my wife. This place is very popular on weekends so come early to avoid dissapointment. They also have a combo special before 12pm, which I will be back to try. We had the Halloumi sandwich (served between a baguette, which was a little hard unfortunately), but the truffle potato fritter was delicious! The cappuccino and flat white coffee was also A+. Cant wait to be back. ☕😋

I went to Paul in Mall of the Emirates to by a Birthday cake for a take away. The told me that I should wait for 20 mn as they need to take it from the freezer. I went to sit on a small table to wait like I usually do. They women in charge came and told me that I am not allowed to sit because I didn’t book a table and there is a long waiting list. Really disappointed!

Post quarantine, Paul’s has opened back for service. So I decided to pay a visit, as it has been a while since I dined out. I was in MOE for shopping and decided to go to Paul’s for a quick bite.I had a great experience and they ensured we felt safe. The place let only less than 50% of their capacity. Only every other table was occupied to ensure social distancing. There were sanitizers in all the tables and they were cleaning the table after each visit. The waiters were wearing masks and gloves. There was a QR code on the table which you could scan to see the menu. To ensure there is no contact with the physical menu. The waiter even instructed on how to remove the mask to be able to eat.  I have dined many times in Paul, so I have had their mains and other dishes. Their brew and croissants have always been my favorite. This time we ordered the Red Fruit Pie, which was delicious. It tasted rich in berries.I ordered the Salmon and Spinach Quiche and it was the star of the day. It was simply perfect. The Saltiness of salmon and the richness of the cheese and the flavor of spinach all blended brilliantly well and quiche was cooked to perfection.Special mention to the amazing bread and olive oil dip. The bread was soft and the dip was delicious. The coffee is great too, Have always been a fan of their brew.Must-Try : Salmon & Spinach Quiche

Crepe and spanish latte are the must try ❤️ service is also great. We enjoyed Sir Gilberts humor despite the full house.

Here they treat you like family. Boys are special. Elma, Reygienan, and other guys. They are special to me, Irene they are very special. I hope they are here always. They are family. Very professional and kind.

Got a sandwich with chicken and avocado it was very tasty. We had to reserve a table after 15 minutes the hostess called me back and we had place to sit what was nice. I ordered a cola but had to send back the glass as it was still very dirty what disappointed me from a restaurant like Paul.

Stepped into Paul Bakery by looking at the very open seating and the fact that almost every table seemed full. We were not disappointed at all. Paul is an excellent option to try out some European cuisine. Not only was the food delicious, the service times were also really less, making it a great option for a quick pit stop.Ambience: (4/5)The open seating is interesting as it almost feels like you are sitting on a street. The tables are a tad small, but the service is so great, you never end up overloading your table as the older plates are quickly cleared. The service staff here are fabulous, very helpful with selection as well as being extremely proactive.Food: (4/5)We ordered the (1) Garlic Soup (2) Veg Red Sauce pasta and (3) the beef sandwich. I absolutely loved the pasta - it was by far the best dish we ordered. It was made light and did not feel overburdened by cheese as some other pasta I have had. Very clean and fresh flavours. The garlic soup came with a good amount of cheese on top and enhanced the flavour but made it a bit of a nightmare to eat given that cheese was stringing due to the heat of the soup. Would recommend the same is mixed prior to reaching the table. The sandwich was good, however, the cheese on the inside was overpowering and masked most of the flavour of the other components. I would have loved the sandwich without the cheese. But all of the food was great overall.Summary: (4/5)Great set of food coupled with a outdoor atmosphere make this a great option for anyone at the Mall of Emirates or any other place it’s located. Highly recommended.

Nicest coffees in the town. They have elaborated menu but I am only there for a coffee. Sitting arrangement is outside also near fountain in Dubai mall.

I am usually a big fan of all Paul branches except this one. This Paul branch is located under the escalator and tables are very close to each other in a very tight space which causes inconvenience to any customer who comes to enjoy Pauls cousins. I tried it once and never tried it again. The location and the seating is absolutely humiliating.

We had a great experience at Paul mall of the emirates. Erwin and Joe were a delight and provided us with wonderful service.

As nice as ever. Strange how they only have screens but otherwise use every table. How come other restaurants have screens AND leave half the tables empty? The Covid regulations are evidently not clear. But the F&B on Paul is as good as ever.

Great hospitality, Elma was super sweet and helpful! Their eggs taste like real eggs, like homemade real eggs, not that fake egg that other restaurants have. Honestly, Paul is a really great restaurant, one of my favorites.

My friends, Mom and I were going restaurant-hopping for Valentines Day at the Mall of the Emirates. We decided to have our main courses at Paul Cafe, and it was perfect for the occasion. We had a lovely time, though the place was jam packed for Valentines Day. But the food was incredible, super delicious and the servers were prompt and friendly in their service.P.S. Enjoyed a great breakfast here. Ordered “Truffle Potato Fritter” and a latte. Value for money at AED 34 for the dish.Paul’s has an expansive menu to suit all cravings- service and seating is impeccable and never disappoints.

Went in for a coffee ended up having a complete meal .Do try their French toast and hot chocolate .Love the bread butter and olive paste .Almond croissants and way too delicious.

Wanted to write a review about how a service crew from Paul (MOE) treated us, I had a coffee with my mom unfortunately we didnt like it (too sweet) I asked for help with the staff named Rygione to make it take away instead (not sure) but he is a Filipino and he never extend his hand to help us and just told me that he cant do anything and just carry the coffee with me as I wanted to have a cupboard and to put it atleast on a paper bag. I went directly to the counter and asked for help and they help me but cant help my emotions and went back to Rygione and tell him he is a liar for telling me that they dont offer take away but he doesnt seem to take care and just look at me.

I have been going to paul restaurant for the past 10 years, but this time I had a total new and fantastic experience, Mr.Gilbert the waiter made our experience outstanding. he was very nice, welcoming and warm. just because of him I will definitely visit more

This French eatery is my favorite when it comes to desserts. I would like to treat myself after shopping from paul. Last day after a long haul from Mall Of Emirates, I hopped on to Paul for some minor refreshment which ended in consuming the main course.We had chicken cordon blue(5/5), Cappucino coffee, welcome bread(5/5), Hazelnut tart(4/5), and berry tart(4/5). Everything served to us was delicious but the tart base was bit thick.The shop was overcrowded, but they never failed to surprise with the french hospitality. The ambiance was great as well.

Paul will always be one of my favorite breakfast, lunch and coffee spots. The place has a sophisticated vibe to it and i enjoyed my food and beverages. the crepes were amazing. but due to being located in the mall it can be very loud to the point where you cant hear your company.

Hi,! I want to share my experience in Paul cafe in mall of the Emirates. We ate last Monday night with my wife and I want to appreciate the excellent and professional service of our waiter Jerick. He was so hospitable and very attentive to our orders bcouz we have some request for our food. Great suggestion for the quinoa with shrimp, first time to try and I love it. Food was excellent and delicious. But most of all the the service was the best..Bravo and keep it up. you deserve my respect brother. Thanks.

I ordered a chicken pasta and it was verrrrrry delicious and very fresh , you can taste the fresh cream. So far it is the best pasta I eat in Dubai.The staff is fabulous and very helpful.The tables is so close to each other and very small ,, and kinda you feel yourself eating in the street .

I’m always come to Paul to have an onion soup. It was the best place to eat it. Unfortunately The quality of Paul’s onion soup is going down. The amount of soup is less, almost no cheese and taste is totally different from original French onion soup, it’s not tasty at all. Disappointed. The bakery is running for quantity, not for quality 😔

It’s one of the most overrated places in Dubai! Today me and my wife went for a quick snack and had their famous onion soup and steak sandwich... both were way below my expectation! The waitress was very welcoming and super friendly, the atmosphere was also great... but after all, I went there to eat... so my review is based solely on the quality of food, which I didn’t appreciate.

It was an amazing experience especially with Gilbert L. as an waiter. He was so super nice and very lovely. i am comming back again definetly ! and i hope too see Gilbert again.

Gilbert is very warm and welcoming! Youll know that he is serving with a smile behind his mask. Felt really accommodated and his cheerfulness vibrates so much positivity. :) Delighted!
