We came to eat French and we found Persian cousins as well. Which is delicious 🤤 kabab Loungi is amazing taste just WOW. I’m Persian and I know what an Iranian food should be.The waitress Ms. Aki is so thoughtful and professional. My wife and I hosted several friends of ours at rue Royale restaurant in Dubai early September. It was our first time trying this restaurant. We were so impressed by the food, the service and the attention to details. Every meal we ordered was well prepared with fresh ingredients. Our server Heunick was exceptional as was the manager Ghassan Ahmad.We highly recommend dining there.

Classy bistro thats offering food like that of a great bistro in France.The standard of food is very high, and flavours deliciously put together - enough to keep the French people I know that have dined there and lovers of French food happy. The only course missing seemed to be a good selection of French cheeses (and French wine, as theyre not able to get a licence).Theres indoor dining thats nicely outfitted, as well as al fresco with a view of Atlantis and the soon to be in operation water fountains.

I enjoyed the authentic French food experience at Rue Royal. The food was amazingly delicious. I love their pate en croute, scallops with a butter lemon confit, green peppercorns and spinach, the sea bass with mussels, cockels, razor clams and watercress, and of course all their pastries and desserts.

This is an excellent venue to hang out with family and friends. Friendly service. The ambiance is lovely with amazing outdoor view. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely i cant wait to visit again.

I visited Rue Royale two weeks ago as a surprise and honestly it was one of the best surprises i have ever had! The restaurant is AMAZING, the food is Delicious (starting from their pumpkin soup which was SO TASTY to the salads, and to the main courses; the risotto is just WOW, the steak was AMAZING, the salmon was PERFECT) and one thing i honestly loved the most was the service. Starting from the manager which made sure that the everything was on point, he helped make sure everything was perfect, literally perfect, and made sure the food was served on time for everyone that was there, he even kept on checking if everything was as expected which was more than expected! And the staff was also very helpful from the starting of the event to the end. The restaurant itself is magnificent and has an amazing interior and view. To be honest, everyone enjoyed the food, ambiance, and the staff. Also, i got many reviews from my family and friends that they were really happy and this was one of the best places they have visited since Covid and that they will soon visit again. Thank you so much to the manager and everyone that made this day so special and perfect. Finally, I would highly recommend Rue Royale if you want a very helpful and nice staff, tasty food (thanks to the chefs), and a great view.

Rue Royale by French Chef Mathieu Viannay from Lyon is the first halal fine dining restaurant in the region. Elegant and modern atmosphere. Beautiful location overlooking the water with an outdoor terrace.Professional service. Food is fine dining as you would expect. Elegant presentation, creative dishes without being pretentious and delicious food. A bit far from downtown but definitely worth a visit.

I had a great dinner here. I recommend you sit outside at night for the fountain show. The view is excellent. I recommend the Avocado Shrimp to start and their pasta is great. Also, Hussam was a great server.

Pros: good location overlooking the dancing fountain, excellent quality food (very delicious).Cons: service is awful. I have reserved a table and it was not ready when we came. The waiters are new joiners and didn’t have experience.Conclusion: won’t recommend just because of poor service.

A pure disaster ! First They served us old bread completely dry but we didn’t say a think. Then, the steak wasn’t cooked as requested ( they cooked it too much and became like chewing gum ) and when I nicely asked them to change it as I couldn’t eat it like this the waiter took it to the kitchen and the manager bring it back all cut in pieces saying that it was cooked as previously requested !! The plate stayed like this completely untouched by me and they still charged me 165aed for it !!!Please don’t call yourself French restaurant when you can’t meet the basic standard !!!

We had a dinner with my fiancee and this restaurant was superb. Quality of Food outstanding. Special request on food prep granted to perfection Commend the chefs on that. Katrina who was very polite and cheerful to welcome us. Reggie who served us with smile and great attitude. and lastly Kareem who accomodate us very well throughout our experience. Rue Royale is the esteemed Chefs first venture out of France and definitely not his last. There is something special about this place, a refined aura of excellence hovering pleasantly. The staff are all prim and elegant, white uniforms perfectly sitting on their frame. You truly feel special, this place makes you feel special.Well designed and perfectly sourced articles elaborates the grandeur of this place. The views are spectacular, The Atlantis Hotel is definitely an icing on the cake for anyone sitting here and wanting for more. This place has got more, here they celebrate the art de vivre, here you embrace the love you have for the french and more precisely for their cuisine.The Grand Master Mathieu, has his signature and the touch that only he can bring out and own. The eloquent menu has been perfectly curated by him, his eye for detail and passion for the cuisine is evident. We tried some items which was perfectly suggested for us by Naomi, our hostess how was fine as french Vine. She was pleasant and a joy, her smile and her accent captures a personal connection with us. We were served home bakes bread, hot off the oven with a scoop of butter. For drinks we had ordered the Spring grass and Sun king. Spring grass was a perfect concoction of green apples. basil, lemon grass and ginger while the Sun King was a mix of orange, apricot cordial and Caribbean falernum syrup. Both were nice, refreshing and didnt have the usual thick ice cubes where you normally get.

We went for the iftaar set menu for 99 AED. The food was delicious (and abundant) and the staff were lovely. When we lost our parking ticket, they went above and beyond to help us find it. So pleased with everything — and normally I’m quite disappointed by the price for quality I find on the Palm.

Great food... tried prawn pasta.. and mushroom risotto.. was mouthwatering.. freaking awesome place

It is really nice place to enjoy your day or evening time. Amazing view on Atlantis and fountain from any table you choose. Food is good, mocktails, shakes are amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff. Order ready fast, so no need to wait hours for it. Prices affordable and really good. Definitely each time Im at the Pointe I will go only there.

I’ve visited rue royale a couple of days ago and let me tell you that this place is just magnificent!The food is absolutely delicious, the restaurant itself is gorgeous, and the staff are amazingly supportive starting from the manager to the ones who helped with everything; I’ve never seen such a helpful team tbh...the male manager was so supportive and helpful with whatever we asked for, he made sure that we were happy with everything even the little things that anyone would barely care about. The others were very sweet and helpful. They all made sure that everything was served on time, hot and tasty.. they kept an eye on us the entire time which was honestly amazing. I’d recommend you try their steak, it’s one of the best dishes I’ve tried!!!! Also, if you wanna go there just make sure it’s right before the sunset so that you would see it setting!

We came here for the iftar set menu. Disappointment is an understatement to this place. The food is extremely greasy, batata harra is soaked in oil, the sausages are raw and not cooked, the hummus is also greasy, the beetroot doesn’t even taste like beetroot, not to mention that the fattoush was not served despite asking for it multiple times. We actually had to ask a few times for them to provide us with empty plates to eat in. I ordered grilled lamb chops, and I am scared of how greasy it will be. So... I am writing this review while am still at the restaurant. My first, and definitely my last.

Our experience at Rue Royale on Thursday Feb 11,2021 was an ecceptional experience. The Bruschetta was a Hero so were all dishes we ordered. The pizza needs more attention. To make sure that you have the same level of satisfaction make sure that Regie waits on your table. We certainly will be there again and again

I have visited rue royale a while ago and I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing, view was stunning, and most importantly the staff were extremely helpful, starting from the manager( who made sure that everything was on point. He was so helpful with everything, and he made sure that our experience was unforgettable) and to the ones who helped make everything so perfect and special. the food was so tasty and high quality! id recommend you try their Quinoa salad, pumpkin soup, and steak. highlyyyyy recommend rue royale!

Hands down the worst meal I’ve had in Dubai in several years. No one enjoyed their meal on our table of six, the meat was ridiculously over cooked and the service was slow (more than 1h waiting time.. no wonder they burned my entrecôte to a crisp). Avoid the Rossini steak as the foie gras is terrible..

1 star just because of the outdoors seating area has a good view of the fountain, but it was a very bad experience overall at Rue Royale restaurant.All I tried to order were coffee and and macrons for dessert, and the waiters were not able to take down my order properly and came back at least 3 times to reconfirm the order. Moreover, it took them more than 40 minutes to prepare my order and when I asked why it got delayed they said that the barista has left and they re waiting for the barista to come back!!

Really a very good place to dine. Excellent dishes and very nice Belgian lady who makes you feel at home. Its what is missing in Dubai. European customers will appreciate this cosy ambiance. Highly recommended. Personal comment: Maybe a bit too much staff doing nothing or playing with the smartphone and disturbing the service. But Im sure the manager will soon realize this and optimize this.

Nice French restaurant located just behind the left side of the Pointe in a nice calm bay. They offer a good brunch menu from 11:00 - 16:00. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Ive visited Rue Royale Restaurant on many occasions; tried there Saturday brunch, A La Carte Menu, and have been to all their Chefs of the World events which always have an exquisite menu !The authentic French food and service and superb not to mention the stunning view of the Palm.They have the best customer service, they make sure their customers are always satisfied and they handle the service in the best way possible regardless of the amount of guests.A special thanks to Ms. Laurie who always makes sure we leave with a wide smile on our faces.. definitely recommending this place as the best French Restaurant in town !!

Lovely french restaurant, Michelin quality of food, service and environment.Its in a awkward location however, there really is not much around and we were the only guests in the restaurant.Also a challenge (for others but not for us) is the absence of alcohol. The mocktails are amazing however.Again, food quality is exactly as one would expect - i hope they manage to prosper.
