Paul is the best restaurant in Dubai. we were guided to our table. good ambience, good price and fresh food. we ordered beef stroganoff which is made of tenderlion strips and comes along with mashed potatos, topped with potato allumette. we also ordered chicken casserole with black rice. both were very tasty, each costs AED69/- each. They setved bread, butter and olives crushed as compliments. it was good. we also tried their blackberry mojito which costs only AED24/- and caramel cinnamon iced latte which is AED25/-. the service is good and food is awesome. highly recommended

I came from Japan.The food was delicious.Its so popular that it doesnt have enough seats.For that reason, I was guided to the outside table seat, but I have doubts about the setting.The situation is so disappointing that I didnt take a picture.😅😥😑I also use other stores in Dubai. I also like it in Japan and use it.My number one recommendation is this millefeuille ❤ Please try it.I was surprised that the box was open for the cake tike away. The person in charge of the store should be very careful because the action produces disastrous results. I was relieved to be able to put it in a box suitable for the cake and switch to the packaging that was sealed with a sticker. Every time, the store should do it for everyone.

Paul located inside Dubai Mall is a really good option for eating healthy food. Their menu has great options ranging from seafood to chicken and meat as well. The place is quite big with outdoor seating as well. Customer service is really good and the staff is really well trained and polite. Food was delicious as well.

We visited this place twice while we were in Dubai. For our opinion, thats the best place to eat in Dubai mall. Prices here are quite democratic. Also, here is terrace where you can eat while watching on Burj Khalifa and fountains. Staff here is extremely polite and nice. Highly recommend this cafe. Onion soup was warthed its money, must try. Ginger chicken & Cashew bowl is amazing!

Poor and lazy staff in dubai mall branch. A manager guy have no manners that how to talk the customers. He misbehave and hit a delivery guy with notepad. I see with my own eyes. You can check the CCTV..really bad experience 💔

Very good ambience space to sit and enjoy the food. We tried their traditional onion soup, chicken avocado sandwich, cappuccino all were awesome.They have lovely sweet collection counter too. Strongly recommending.

I ordered the Croissant with avocado and salmon from the menu and it came without the salmon! I realized that a couple of bits into the meal. They took it back and prepared a new one but by the time that was out, my wife had finished her meal and I wasn’t as hungry either. Also the croissant wasn’t as nice and flaky the second time around. Disappointing experience.

Poor breakfast at Paul. Bread basket isnt a basket (do you know that all other restaurants around brought back this useful handy basket and fill it with different kind of bread?).. Eggs benedict have only the name for themselves (eggs laid on a hard toasted piece of white bread covered with an unsavoury pale sauce ...).... Paul, what happened to you? You killed you ?

Good service, good food, good portions and good price. PAUL always satisfies my cravings. Highly recommend as always. The diverse ambience and staffs are always nice to have around. The food was great and reasonably priced. The stuff was pleasant and polite. Especially our waiter, Erwin, really made the whole dining experience truly great.

The food is always amazing at each Paul cafe I’ve visited and the service is as well. We ordered the Salmon and Spinach quiche and a strawberry/chocolate crepe along with it everything was delicious:) the taste and portions are always perfect. The view also made the whole dining experience even nicer. It was pretty hot out that morning, so the ice cream that came with our crepe melted kind of quickly, but the food and everything was still amazing:)

Visited Paul Cafe in many branches everywhere is modern set up with a great atmosphere. Food and drinks are well presented and delicious! Staff are amazing - very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend visiting this cafe!

Good food for a good price! From the balcony you get a nice view over the fountain. For children they have an excellent seat and good options on the menu. Staff is helpful and friendly. Can recommend.

If you haven’t tried Paul, what are you waiting for? Go take a plunge. I went to the one at Dubai Mall and had the pleasure of being served by Abhinash (hope I spelt it correctly). He was awesome. Service outstanding!I had the Beef Stroganoff which is a new item on the menu and a passion fruit/mint mojito.It was very delicious. The service began with bread and a spread plus butter. By the time I was done with my meal, I had no room to taste the delicious deserts and a much talked about espresso.Abinash asked me to download the Paul Arabia app which not only gives special offers bit also gives a 25% discount if you order online. Read the terms and conditions first.I will most definitely go back for another meal.If you are toying with the idea of eating at Paul’s, make it a reality. You will love it.

Paul have been always the place for a nice treat, the pastries are always good. Coffee is great and atmosphere is nice. highly recommended if you feel a need for a good piece of pastry, and do not forget to grab their signature olive bread to go.

What made Paul stand out today.. more than the fresh macaroons, the delicious coffee selection, the large breakfast selection...was the service. From the moment we entered the hostess had a friendly demeanor and ushered us to a lovely windowside table and Analiza our waitress. Analiza was super accommodating to any of our requests. This branch in Dubai Mall is with a great location and you can see Dubai fountain if you sit outdoors. The food is okay , you can enjoy coffee , tea and some dessert too. Service is okay, the team has great standards which they follow. Nice place to visit.

I am a complete coffee lover person and my experience at Paul Bakery and restaurant was amazing in last two visits. The taste of caffe latte was so different and as a result turned out to be quite a treat to my palate. I now crave to have coffee at this place as and when I think of having a coffee outside my house. I highly recommend this place to have a great evening with your friends and family members to enjoy different flavors of coffee and snacks.

I always wonder if Paul Dubai mall is the same as the other Paul. In the other location Paul staff are polite, friendly always willing to help. In Dubai mall they are arrogant, rude and they always make you feel unwanted. As if Azadea HR place unexperienced and rude waiters in Paul Dubai mall. Even the manager of the restaurant is very rude. I don’t advice this experience at all.

We went on Saturday for iftar, they had a ifat menue 3 course with a drink. What should i say, it was a terrible menue, one of the worst i had for iftar in Dubai ever. The Drink was water with a bit sirup, which had a no taste at all, appetizer was a ice cold poor salad which looked very old and the maincourse couscous had no taste at all, we didnt eat it. I asked for the manager, but he just said sorry and thats it. A very disappointed evening, we used to love that place for breakfast but for anything else i would not recommend this restaurant.

Went there to grab a healthy bite while walking in the Dubai mall. I had an avocado salad while my husband had salmon edamame. Both were yummy and well, not too high in calories. I also got a cake piece to go for my birthday (: I chose tiramisu! Paul is a place you keep going back to.

So this place is well designed and a mixture of styles is present, it is visible that they really tried with this. I had a complete breakfast with added bacon and cheese to the omlete. The food came in a short period of time and was good, however the bread that came with the breakfast was hard and old, i almost cut my mouth with it. Would not reccomend that you touch the bread, furthurmore the coffe that the breakfast came with was meh. The value for money in this place is not very good, the complete breakfast which consisted of bread a croissant , coffe, orange juice and omlete is not worth a hefty 61 AED. The staff was helpful and respectful so thats a upside. In the end the resturant is average and i dont see much difference to lets say IHOP. If you like average quality food. This is the place.

-Place was neat and tidy and properly following Covid 19 measures !-Waiters we polite and helpful-Yet Plates were not clean and the bread had strange lints in it !-Service was kinda sloppy ... coffee came without sugar , bread came without olive paste we had to ask for every single thing to be delivered-Was a decent experience but not as the standards that peoples expect!

I love Paul cafe, simply cause they are consistent in food taste. Keep introducing new menu. Recently had greek cheese puff n it was yumm. Within my bday week i was entitled to free desert n so we got Tiramisu from their confectionery. Staff is super nice particularly in dubai mall. Keep up the good work Paul staff👍

The best eatery in Dubai Mall simply because of the view. They have a wide variety of options when it comes to food and drinks.Simply order whatever you like and enjoy the view. Highly recommend going for the sunset so you witness the best of both!

The place is really good. I ordered Black Forest cake for my husbands bday and it was yummy. The cake comes with three layers looks beauitiful as well. The ambience is also nice. I will visit the place again.

A customer walked around the Dubai mall branch without a mask on, around 3pm today . When she stood next to our table we asked her to put the mask on. She made some racist comment saying the virus is from us, from China. Although Im Asian, not from China, it doesnt justify her racist statement.Then a female supervisor, Naoxi, from Paul cafe then asked the mall security to remove me and my frd from the restaurant... Because we paid the bill and the racist customer just ordered and waiting for her food. I am speechless.The security finally got that customers to appologize as a solution not to take this to the police.But on the Paul cafes supervisor:1. Paul did not strictly execute covid measures.2. When an extremely racist incident happens, their approach is having the victims kicked out of the place.What kind of values Paul Cafe has?

The almond croissants are not as nice as the ones at Pauls Mercato! But the setting is lovely especially on the veranda outside where you get a view of the Dubai Mall lakes.

Absolutely classic !A colleague to the cafe to try the French cuisine. And I am extremely happy to see the authentic French cafe. The cafe provides inside and outside sitting. The Chicken Gratin Dauphinois, was absolutely delicious.

One of few places to get an actual Almond Croissant with a decent coffee

I just love Paul, same delicious taste wherever country I visit. This one has a nice view on Dubai mall fountain.

Paul has the best bakery in town and the most remarkable eclair I’ve had in a long time. Would reccomend it to anyone who wants to have nice tea time for a balanced price.

It always seems to be busy but the staff are extremely accommodating and food is great as always!

This will definitely be our go to when in Dubai i, the onion soup in the bread bun was the best I have ever tasted. We returned the next evening for coffee and cake where I received a free cake for my birthday. The staff are fantastic and answered all questions I asked. French Onion soup is a must have, very rich onion flavored soup with melted mozzarela cheese on top and put it in their freshly baked bread bowl wherein you munch to if you want, very edible and tasty bread.
