Recently I visited here with my family and enjoyed chicken club sandwiches, chocolate cake, fruit tart and hot chocolate. All items were very fresh and nice. Service is reasonable.

The strawberry crêpe was much bigger than expected. Both price and portion could have been reduced by 20%. I liked the salmon quinoa salad but the mango and sour sauce combination was slightly over powering. Perhaps it would have been better with shrimp or chicken. Always remember to get your points on the Paul app and the vanilla almond latte is a must try.

Were enjoying their breakfast, cakes & coffee on regularly! Highly recommend their chain of Paul Bakery & Restaurants! Quick & friendly service, but a little wait when full.

My wife and I are visiting from America and we had Paul for the first time. It was amazing… Better then any cafe we went to. The food was excellent and the staff was even better. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks for a great experience Paul and staff!!

Today I visited Paul café at MCC ... had one of the worst French Toast ever .. Couldnt tell the difference between what I was served as FT , bread pudding or the Arabic dessert Um Ali .... total waste of my time & money ... they had a change in their menu which I think they didnt make it any better .. seriously I do not recommend going there to anyone if they ever fancy having French toast.. hot drinks are served before the meals and by the time your meals is served, the hot drink is tasteless coz its cold by that time ... overall a bad experience at Pauls ... Not Recommend 👎

I am a huge fan of Paul and their dishes. I recommend their salmon croissant with eggs breakfast. I used to order it often, no regretsHowever, today, for my dine in experience.The ambience is lovely; it is crowded but quiet. Some came for breakfast and a little chat with their people others came to get their work done (either alone or with others). It is fantastic how there are various people. The smell of the freshly baked viennoiseries et pâtisseries just melts you.It shocked me a bit to why they will wrap the fresh bread (that come before any meal) in plastic and serve them. If we are dining in, I’d prefer them on a plate... it was extremely weird and personally, I didn’t like it.They have breakfast set menus that you can check out but we haven’t ordered any of them.We ordered:Avocado poached eggs: well made and well designed. It was delicious and admirable except for the strong bread. It was difficult to slice through it. It was somewhat of a pain pain (thé first pain is English, the second is french)Eggs Benedict (with smoked salmon): I ordered it runny not realising that it will be extra runny. I really need some knowledge in how to order my egg in words rather than only imagination. Anyway, it was delicious but because it was extremely runny it was hard to hold it in an eat it properly 😂 so I made a lot of sound on the plate trying to hold it together, but all went well. Luckily, the bread was soft so I didn’t struggle a lot.Also, the salad on the side is incroyable. I am not a huge fan of the hash brown (I guess that’s what it is called) but theirs was good enough.

Seating was well spaced out. Accessibility was good - it was near the back entrance of the mall. Breakfast was good.

Coffee was nice, honey cinnamon latte. But the quiche was small, average taste. Nothing special at all, second class. And all for 40+ dirhams. Overpriced for the quality and size. Service was fine. The starter that comes free (toast, butter and paste) was great. Not the quiche we paid for.

Today i had visited the Paul bakery in Mirdiff city center. I was a bit disappointed with the service, cleanliness and staff because of the following reasons.1. The staff seem to be a bit impolite and aggressive.2. The chairs inside were very dirty filled with stains.I also comprehend the fact that it was a super busy day for staff and the cleanliness of chains is very critical. When it comes to cleanliness i am very picky as a food blogger and i take this seriously to inform my readers.We ordered the Cinnamon latte, vegetable omelets, and water. The food was decent. The bread served in the bread basket seem to be a bit hard bit still that is acceptable.I wont recommend anybody to visit the Paul branch in Mirdiff City center.

The coffees come with a tiny muffin or french pastry. They have a wide variety of french pastries like macaroons, pain au chocolat, tarts and others. You can also get food dishes.

I am extremely dissatisfied with you guys today (midriff city center branch) you really spoiled the cake for my son’s birthday. There is a crack on the chocolate and the text is written so clumsy, the cake has strange holes and one can clearly see that the chocolate bar on the cake was moved, so the powder on top looks ugly. Seriously, such an awful job done

If you need tastiest cake just to enjoy the moment you can go to PAUL restaurant. Paul bakery and restaurant became my family’s favorite because first they will serve tasty and healthy bread pieces with butter and zaatar as complimentary . The chicken avocado sandwich with sundried tomatoes is our favorite dish.Their sweet potato fries is another attraction for us. The staff members were very helpful to us.

I’m probably biased because this is my first meal out since the pandemic and I almost cried from how good it was (probably compared to my own cooking) even though it was a simple chicken and avo tartine. Their food never fails me though.

Good option for a quick bite or takeaway (like we did). Theyve got a nice variety and the food is good too.

Visited Mirdif city center branch recently. Excellent and delicious food. .staff could be improved little more .

Paul always provides decent coffee, pastries and food. Their onion soup cob loaf is one of my favourite items. I would recommend any of their pastries or breads which are always baked to a high standard. I would suggest making an early visit before they get busy as they tend to over crowd their restaurants.

Had a very fine dinner (grilled salmon with french fries) and were served with complementary deserts. The strawberry mille feuille was amazing. Edward and his colleagues were very welcoming. Paul serves the best bread ever!

Was craving the taste of fresh croissant and satisfied my craving at Paul even my son loved their croissant fresh and delicious

The place is amazing and always busy and crowed. Idol to go for morning breakfast in the weekend or even the weekdays. Last visit of mine wasn’t satisfactory as it’s not as fresh as it used to be. Staff were helpful but you could see them bit stress when it’s crowded. Will always recommend it.

The worst staff Ive ever seen. I visited and ate all their branches and I am a frequent customer of the restaurant but this branch every time they have a problem with all and do not understand how to host the customer unfortunately. I would never recommend it with respect to all their second branches.

August 23,2020 morning after 10:30am , I met my friends for breakfast at Paul Mirdif city center. When we checked the menu,didn’t find my regular complete meal. Then We asked the waiter that we need the complete meal. Waiter told us Paul stopped the complete meal for a long time since the e-menu started.Only service the order from e-menu. No choice, so we did order.I’m a little down, cause this is my favorite breakfast, even last week I just ordered from Paul Mercato.I had doubts so I called Paul Dubaimall branch, they told me Paul is still doing service on a complete breakfast for all the branches. I wonder why the waiter here in Mirdif told me it has stopped for a long time.I called him again and informed him that Dubaimall branch still serves the complete meal, why you told me it’s different ?When I questioned why paul Dubai mall still serve the complete and offer something not only from E menu.The waiter said he will ask the manger . Later on he returned to us (no manager)and just answered that can serve breakfast only from the E-menu Which made us so upset. We felt no response from anyone . I just had wonderful breakfast in paul Mercato Mall last week.But in paul mirdif we felt totally different and very much disappointed today.Without any explanation from anyone of the store.The manager didn’t come to us, Just ignored our request.After finish our meal i asked for the a business card for of the manager on duty from the waiter, he went to ask for it and at the end he came back say the manager don’t have business card only with a handwritten name on a paperThis the first time with really bad experience at Paul. The manager’s attitude is unacceptable. If the manager’s behavior is the attitude of Paul Restaurant, I will never come again to this store.

Worst customer service ever by on staff member , she was so rude that while we were standing infront of her deciding on the cakes , she gave us a huge attitude as we took over a minute to choose, she threw the cake lifter inappropriately then turned her back to us , when we called her she ignored us and gave us a face !!!! so shocking .having said that , I still gave 2 stars as her colleague Maryrose was very kind and tried her best to sort the issue. Me and my family were regular there but if we have to deal with such attitude, we will never step a foot in this branch again .

Ordered coffee and cake 20 minutes ago. Coffee arrived, but, as seems to be the usual at Paul, cake just arrived, when coffee is almost finished. Makes me wonder if this is a deliberate ploy to encourage customers to order a 2nd drink.

Very good for breakfast, you cant go wrong with Paul! Wide range of food. One of the places we go back to again and again... Always ticks the box!

Shortly after we ordered, the waiter placed a croissant on our table. I haven’t been to Paul in a couple of years so naturally thought that it was complimentary. However, it was served cold so I asked the waiter to heat it. Upon returning the croissant, he said, “Ma’am, this is chargeable”. After my obvious surprised reaction, he took back his statement and said nevermind. I can only assume that he put someone else’s order on our table and tried to get away with it after we’ve already taken a bite.The bread from the bread basket was stale and others were soggy.More than thirty minutes passes, and our soup hasn’t arrived. When we complain to the waiter, he brings the soup in less than 1 minute. Sadly, the bread bowl was ice cold.They forgot our order and tried to get away with it by serving us an ice cold bread bowl with cold soup.We left.

I came with my family to Paul in Mirdif City Center Mall this evening. We waited to be seated for 10 minutes but none of the staff took account of us. We assumed they were busy until another family just went in and staff sat them straight away. I had to approach the staff to object to the way we have been treated. We left to another coffee shop. I’ll not be using nor recommending Paul at Mirdif city center at all.

Love this place for the macaroons and everything else there... keep going there for more. But the service is something they need to seriously work on.Firstly smile would helpThe staff do not seem approachableWhen i requested for a carry bag - she actually had a frown on her face. Once she handed me the bag she requested to put the goods in the bag... i simply told her no i would not wanna bother her any more.Love everything in Pauls... but the staff need some training or a good hike in their pay.
