Great place to grab some food and a cup of coffee anytime of the day. There is a huge variety of the most delicious and best pastries. I love their French Onion soup, and always order it when Im there. The service was a bit on the down side as there were not a lot of people but everything toom ages to come! Definitely needs to be improved.

Paul is always a nice place to have breakfast. The food portions are great and the taste of food is also ni e. Its also a place to chill. I usually go to Al Ghurair Paul branch, this time I tried the one in Ibn Battuta, its also a nice place but a bit in the middle of the path way for People. Privacy wise, only limited seats inside to be used for meetings. But since they have used the walkway to set up seats, there are more tables on a busy morning so you can still dine!

Place and customer service is amazing. Very accommodating staff and friendly.

Overall good, food is tasty. Compared to previous occasions experience was mediocre. Croissants were cold, French toast previous presentation was better. Cappuccino & Café Latte was better than regular coffee. Croissants with salmon & avacado was filly & tasty.

The Best in class French Bakery and Restaurant, which can be found in several malls and major locations in Dubai/UAE. The place for Gourmet Soups and Salads and is part of my top 10 list for Bakery products and casual dining. While the Traditional Onion Soup served in the Brown Bread Boul and the Grilled Halloumi Sandwich being my all-time favourites, I also liked the New Red Lentil Soup and the Avocado Fraicheur Salad. Good one Overall👍👌

All of a sudden the mall was packed. Not a seat to be had anywhere.The staff at Pauls were very helpful and asked us to wait for just a moment until a table came free.Food was delicious (as usual) and the service was very attentive and friendly.Fully recommended.

Great place to eat at any time of the day situated in Ibn Battuta mall. Ample parking space is available.

We always enjoy visiting the Ibn Battuta branch of Paul however, our last visit on Friday 2nd April 2021 was the first time we were disappointed. Our usual Avocado Poached Eggs was off the menu due to it being too busy and the poached eggs take too long to cook. Paul, this is a bad business model as you offer many poached egg items on your menu. Come on, you are better than that. Rather than take items off the menu because you are doing well in business, why dont you look after the customers who are keeping you busy and pay a little extra for additional staff, space etc. That is what most businesses do when they become successful right?

Had quinoa with grilled chicken. The chicken definitely not grilled. It was chewy and cold.

Wonderful experience in Paul restaurant ibne batuta Dubai.

So Paul is my all time fav since few years ... besides my fav .. I was pleasantly surprised to see some new additions and Must day was delighted to try their new addition in menu- Beef stroganoff! Subtle flavor with delicious sauce and crunchy onions to add the crunch ! Highly recommend + they have an app now so Paul fans like myself have more reasons to go Bk n earn loyalty points/ discounts !

Everyone knows the Paul brand now. Its been a consistent success ever since the franchise arrived in UAE. The mid-price French(ish) formula is well delivered. Their dishes are absolutely not replicants of the standard items found everywhere else, quality is top, ambience is fine although the popularity means it can be noisy and the staff are stretched.

Its a very good place for having the experience to eat French cuisine at a spot. In my opinion, it is a very good place to go once or at least twice a month. The price is also little expensive but worth it.

We came to Paul for dinner last Friday. It is 2nd time in 2 weeks that they infomed us that they are out of white bread, so all the dishes including white bread were either unavailable or offered with brown bread. How difficult is to buy enough bread???

What a disappointment!After 10 years of being loyal customer here, I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional staff ( Marylin at the cashier). She acts like she own the place, it is almost impossible to have back forth conversation as she constantly cuts and non stop talking. I was quite surprised that she claimed all the Paul cafe are not same in terms of service and said they have a different management system. I am not sure about that.

I love soup, pasta and breads. Salada too.I like the set up and decor, and rhe staff are friendly.It is reasonbly priced.

Usually Im a big fan of Paul, but this branch at Ibn Battuta was sub standard compared to others I have been at. The croissants were served cold and the orange juice was super sour as if the oranges were not ripe when squeezed. I recommend giving this branch a skip if youre used to Pauls usual quality.

Its a french restaurant and bakery located in ibn battuta mall. we ordered onion soup which was served in a bread that was delicious, staff was friendly but i think restaurant was understaff. food was tasty but after half an hour eating my stomach starts to heart i was running towards toilet after every 15 minutes. so i guess the food quality was not as good as it looks.

Love the food here a favourite to take the teenagers for a treat. Great loyalty app too with rewards.

I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was delightful, the vegan options (banana bread with yogurt and fruit compote) was delish!!! Smoked salmon salad was also delish!!! Located inside the dubai mall there is seating available and service was fantastic!

I ordered a croissant to go, I asked them to make it hot, and when I reached my car it was freezing cold right from the fridge, the waitress didn’t even heat it , and she was super slow , I waited for like 10 min while the place was empty and she didn’t even heat up my food for the delay !!! 😡😡

By far the best cafeteria in Dubai. Especially the one in the Emirates Mall. Staff is extremely helpful, well trained and accommodating. We visit this place every time we come to Dubai and the staff dont change which means the employer must also be good.Id like to point out Gilbert, the waiter, who has been serving us for many years now. He and his colleagues make Paul of the Emirates Mall a place to definitely visit!The cakes are excellent (especially the Black Forrest) and I also liked pasta.Kudos to the manager!
