Absolutely terrible team, policies and customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Pretty sure all the positive reviews are from their staff (under instruction) they never fix anything or respond as they promise. They shouldn’t be in business dragging the FF name down.

The gym is good, however the manager is quite unprofessional. We went for a couple membership and a single one, on monthly basis as we were pitched that it was the best option. Little did we know that we had to give 30days notice and pay a penalty. We had extensively discussed with Mr Abhilekh that we will travel in Sept and none of the finer prints were mentioned. He told us not to worry and that we can discontinue anytime post 3 Anyways our experience with this gentleman from the start has been not very good. We stay in Lakes and would prefer to enrol elsewhere due to very sad services here and misguiding and misselling. Pls be cautious when you transact with this branch of FF.

As someone said before in one of the reviews, we give a fortune to join a Titanium club thinking we will receive a different service. Very POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL staff and instructors.I BOOKED a class at 6:45 pm, I couldn’t find parking as the parking was FULL. I got late 4 MINUTES to class, the instructor gave my spot to someone else and said sorry it is full, class started!!!What is the point of booking then If you were going to give my place to somebody else!!Also, I called the front desk and told them about what happened they took my name and my number and said they will call me back and of course, NO ONE called back.I knew this gym is the worst and there are much much better places but i signed up because it’s close to where i live.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Lockers not working properly, to left something in locker like yoga mat you need to pay for 1 month at least even having Titanium card. What is the point of your FF biggest clubs net if all advantages of the membership can be used in issuance club only. Management is not problem solving at all. Classes schedule is not convenient. Classes booking not working properly, noone is checking attendance.

The gym is pretty old and not upto the standards of other fitness first. Need refurbishment.

Joined since a month back. Has not been able to join a single morning or evening class or book courts( booking opens at 9:00 and by 9:01 everything is booked out. Plus closing at 10pm is a bit early especially in summer when evenings and the only comfortable times.

Thats my Club,If youre a fan of swimming, then FF The Lakes is one of the best places I enjoy swimming at.The gym too is my perfect workout place, though they might not have all the machines you need to workout, but it suffices!Check it out, worth to try it out

Good variety of equipment but not the best. No calisthenics area.

Its very busy and kind of old, there are better gyms in the area.

One of the best fitness first in Dubai

Nice gym, however its too crowded always have to be waiting to use the equipment. At the cardio area we used to have a great view of the lake while running on the treadmill however now we have a boring looking wall which makes us feel we are working out at a construction site. The pool is great the gym could use some better management but great scope of improvement.

I love the place its very places in a convenient place for me as well the classes they have as i keep signing into these fun activities, aside from the morning quiet times where to exercise peacefully , and the staff are always welcoming and helpful all the time ,and aside from the all the benefits you get from referring a friend

There is an on-going issue with the temperature in the Mind & Body (small studio) which makes the room too cold for slow paced classes such as Hatha Yoga & Pilates in which you focus on deep breathing & deep stretching, hence the exercise rooms are never below 24 celsius. Despite having a team of wonderful instructors & classes offered, I keep on getting sick & frustrated due to the room being at an unreasonably low temperature. Despite members reporting & complaining the issue on a regular basis, management can only come up with a long list of pathetic excuses.I am now basically stuck with a Premium membership I am not able to use due to having my health compromised.How hard is it to have temperature & humidity regulated in a fancy fitness club in Dubai close to 2020?Can I have my money back?

Although pool length is only 20 meters, it is usually not so crowded as in other locations. Everything else is good. Great swim instructors team.

Its a Fzmily Oriented Club that Caters Swimming and Fitness Regime

Great fitness center and gym with weight and step machines, tread mills, free weights and a space for other kinds of training. Classes are also available and there are squash courts, ping pong, a large pool abs a kids pool with a slide.

Smallest gym ever! Pathetic choice of equipment. Full of negligent inconsiderate gay boys who eye bang themselves in the mirrors all day long and leave dumbells and weight plates strewn about the place. Cant get any equipment time because these clowns plant themselves on the equipment using their mobiles all day long. Management is absent and AWAL. Ive never seen the fitness or general manager present in 2+ years. Theyve shut down the squash courts. Group classes are nonexistent. Im moving to Fit Republic or Tribe Fit. This place is the worst.

The swimming pool & the jacuzzi is awsome surrounded by a magnificent view.
