Nice place but less space

It is commendable that Sharjah Media City and all its staff, especially Miss Rhoda, kept me informed at all times and provided me with the required visa documents on time.

Made phone call order for 7 piece spicy and 5 piece normal. After pickup from store. I surprised to see all spicy. When I call . They saying we gave you correct one .if you want come and replace it.very bad attitude sales persons in khaleej road branch.

KFC fed me and my cat for 13 months. They practically raised Breast Wing for me, Ill always respect them for that. And they never minded when he fell into their fryer, and got crisp. Tasted delicious though, cant complain.

I am surprised why reviews and ratings are going downhill for KFC, especially for my favourite outlet? Colonel Sanders(God Bless his Soul) is never gonna like it; COLONELs Ambrosia is also enraged at this! I remember having spent many a delightful evenings with an original recipe in hand and a fizz in the other....sigh! Those were the days!

A Bit busy place but nice and clean, staff is friendly. You can face parking issues.

A kfc really...?Didnt give me the feel of a typical KFCYesThis particular shop, is very rare and what makes it rare are the staffsSpecial staffs purposefully delaying the orders making it a recorded delay in my entire life of more than 45 minutes of the ordersAnd finally they are sorry.Does this end there...?NopWhy?The same shall be done to others before me,And the same was done to me, coz its a habit,And for sure the same will be done to other future customers.Why would these staffs are like this?Let the owner find it out?Until then goodluck to those customersWho are hungry and will pay for their own food and ready to wait for hours and ready to have sorry after all

Worst kfc in all of dubai,i can say that cause i have had kfc from almost every outlet of them in dubai.the staff were friendly but the chicken was tasteless and hard like it was fried again and again. Please don’t go there and waste your money.

Very small area as compared to the name of brand. Less space to accomodate..But food is good as in all KFCs

Uneducated staff they dont no the manars to talk with the customers I went with my family.there was 1 lady from Philippines she dont no the way to talk with the customer batter to close the kfc and they should get a shop in fishmarket

I order by talabat. I select no spicy. But there is few only original and lots of spicy in side. After this, contact them, they said that it is normal spicy & original together. And it had to be select without spicy when order..... but there is no option such selection.

The service was good but a place for sitting was the problem. Internal seats were all occupied and to sit outside where they is no AC.

This outlet of KFC is situated opposite to Hyatt Regency. Even though the outlet is small at first sight, the offers and customers and not that small. You can find a variety bunch of chicken dishes. I ordered a meal box, and I liked it. Having a a very good receipe. The atmosphere is busy but still maintains its calm atmosphere. The delay occured after giving order is the only disturbance you may find. But anyhow, they manages to make a fast delivery.

Small outlet of kfc but at prime location and with a small outside sitting area as well but inside sitting area is congested and with one rest room unisex its get busy in peak hours and hence leading to not proper cleanliness and huge ques at counters. Thats the reasons for a four star review.But taste and quality off course same as it would be expected that reason

I had mighty zinger and 8 piece of bucket and they prepared very well fresh super hot lovely and I really enjoyed it with my friends and I do recommend.

KFC in KSA is pure rubbish and I dont know why. I have tried it around the world and it is great but in KSA it is not up to the standards. The management should seriously consider changing their partners in KSA and go for a more reliable guys since right now the place is not doing so great compared to Albaik for example. Even the chicken dishes at McDonalds and burger king are way better than KFC Saudi Arabia and those guys are not supposed to be the specialists like KFC.So in the end I hope that something could be done about the miserable state of KFC in Saudi Arabia.
