I would love to order everytime In Chicking# 043211942, Before customer Service staff are polite but twice I encountered rude behavior from their Telephone operator name Pradeesh.He is responding very rude at the very first time. When he answered the call, Csr should be professional but this man was very rude. When I am asking about the Kabayan Meals he replied to me rudely and he was saying that I am a regular customer already and I must know... BIG WOW for your behavior... I am speechless Sir you dont even know the word respect. I am a Customer and your dealing like that to me. I am very sad for the Owner of Chicking for getting such rude people like him.

Zero work ethic be careful with this fast food chain which serve old food its very disgusting when you are hungry and open the parcel you find its not newly cooked food i have the same experience 2 time never recommend to anyone who care about their health

Totally unprofessional and worst never served food which is properly cooked please avoid visiting if you care for your health

Foods are tasty but charging 3 AED for 150ml cola is so killing,

Taste & price wise theres no any comparison.I would love to give 100 STARS for the food.

I got a very bad experience just today I was waiting for someone to take order a cashier philipino standing over there no greeting and very poor behaviour even a philipino black dress girl over there with no concern of what staff is doing I expect it a INTERNATIONAL level brand and get my friend there to have some delicious food but what I and my friend eats was worst we left food there alsoYou guys need to train your staff as well as much struggle needed for betterment of your food.

I want to put zero review reallyIam dasting and put my order from 4 PM to deliver by 6 30 PM and at 7 PM food not yet arrived .. when I call they said there is problem we dont receive the order problem the system .. soo soo bad not recomend
