Great interior design and high hygienic standards.The food is way different and better than any other KFC branch, fries are crisp and perfectly salted, the chicken is well cooked yet juicy. They said wait for 10 minutes and took 25 or 30 minutes to get my order . But the food was perfect as KFC.

Nice kfc outlet. best thing is it has outside seating from where u can get a great view of dubai water fountain. Rather then waiting in que to watch fountain best is to pick ur fav meals from kfc n seat peacefully enjoy the fountain n the lovely view

My family and I had experience very bad dine in experience on Sep 10th .. its Worst KFC branch ever. The branch was crunched of people lined up in take orders queue. The service team seems all of them new and doesnt know how to make up the trays, less stuff added sometimes no tissues, mixed takeaway with dine in... etc. Mess.Although the shift manager was expert and he reorganised the queue (social distancing wise) but the high number of people in the queue and the volume of orders were uncontrollable.KFC management please take this review into consideration 🙏 .. it should be a number 1 branch ever since u opened at Dubai Mall, Dubai fountain and Burjkhalifa.

The service is basic and the staff seem unmotivated. They dont offer options for you to try or explain special promotions they currently have.There is no screen to show the cue of orders so you are forced to wait until someone shouts your order number.Since this outlet is located inside a food court, you may be dining as a group and others may want food from other restaurants. The entire group will be forced to wait with you because you cant get a sense of where your order falls in the line of customers ahead of you and therefore dont know if you can spare some time and move around or not.

The chicken is dry in the KFC in Dubai Mall. The deep fried shrimp was good. We also ate in KFC at the food court in the mall of Emirates. The chicken was so juicy there. However this KFC has the best location. It faces the big fountain.

Its amazing, trust me.As a staff, you have to spend less on food here.

Same like another KFC branches. But its a little bit special because their outdoor area has acces to the dancing fountain area. So from outdoor area we can see the show of dancing fountain and burj khalifa too. The place is big enough to serve many people inside and outside. Its a good place to have food while we wait for the dancing fountain show. The staff are so kind and serve our order quickly. The place is clean and the taste of the food is good too.

Worst experience ever dont know how a branch like this dont have sandwiches to order during break time i went today in my break times and the 2 of the stuff in the casher was soo damp at us telling we dont havesandwiches and I just waste my break time for going such restaurant for sure not going there anymore

The tasty KFC is available on the lower ground of The Dubai Mall, nice location just opposite the Dubai fountain. Digital screen for order available on the store to avoid the queue, and food preparation didnt take too much time. Recommended fried chicken and affordable price with great promenade view.

Very disappointed on my last visit in Dubai Mall. I havent seen any outlet charging for ketchup sachets. The staff was very rude in refusing to give the additional 2 sachets I requested and literally threw 1 sachet on my tray after argument. Very annoying experience.

Really love their chicken. Was properly done and seasoned. The line up was crazy but went by quick. The orders were prepared quick. They messed up my order forgetting the correct amount of pieces . Its a real busy area the outside seating was chill.would come back for sure

Bad attitude, bad service, bad ambient, the cashier screams to costumers to get in a more organized line, when it was just normal situation, not even crowded, and why was necessary to scream?, manager same bad attitude. It felt like they were working in a farm instead of the world’s biggest shopping mall in the middle of a world’s touristic destination.

This specific branch of KFC had something special with their taste! Gotta say that the food tasted way better than any other KFC restaurants in the UAE! Outdoor seating facing towards the fountain and well set interior with a decent seating capacity. The restaurant has a charging area for smartphones too! Best KFC I’ve visited in the UAE.

I have been a customer for KFC for years now and i have never experienced this service from the staffs of dubai mall located near the fountain area.Every week im there to take my meal and asks for mayonnaise and ketchup, they say that theres no mayonnaise and just give 1 ketchup for two meals. Other branches they always provide mayonnaise and ketchup but dubai mall branch always have a reason not to give it. Such a reputed fast food restaurant dont give you mayonnaise?? Really. I really like the chicken from kfc and also the spicy fires which are my favorite but Im really sorry to say but the whenever i visit dubai mall branch im always disappointed.
