Chicking has been a guaranteed choice for me on all the occasions earlier but not today. I had Mexi crunch and garlic bread. The chicken inside the sandwich felt hard like it was fried again and the garlic bread lacked the flavour even though it was soft and well done. I see new faces there now and maybe thats the reason.

I ordered from chicking but its very dry and not fresh taste very old chicken, I think its balance from yesterday, I will not order again

Service is poor. Many items were missing in Combo Meal. We had to ask multiple times. Think they did this purposefully because we had a similar experience in ChicKing Century Mall too.

It takes more than 30 minutes to serve the food once you place the order. The chicken was not good and it lead to stomach pain. Please avoid.

Im Wondering why he dont want to accept my money. Its only have written in a pencil # 30 on it that you can simply erase it. Staff need to be more flexible.

Slow service, not upto the mark. I think the menu also needs to be worked on. We ordered a 15 pc meal(grilled). Firstly the chicken wasnt done properly. Moreover the coleslaw and Pepsi they gave along with it wasnt even sufficient for 3.

Went to have lunch and unfortunately didnt have change with me. They acted like it is a crime to have 500 aed bill and not keeping some change. They denied food for the same reason and acted rashly. Hope they find some staff who learn better customer manners.Note: We never had such issues from other chicking stores.
