Very nice pasta preparation.. fresh veggies, different types of pastas and sauces and they make it in front of you. So it’s really freshly made and u can choose the veggies and mix red and white sauce too.. need to try it’s pizza too .. a nice place to sit in Mall and enjoy hot pasta

So after a busy day of shopping inside City Centre, it calls for the mandatory food court visit. In order to avoid fast food for my son, went on to select vanellis. Their specialty is in lasagna,pasta and pasta.Went on to select medium spicy penne pasta with red & white pasta. It was cooked to perfection.You can go and select their pizzas which are quite filling too. They have good options on their salad area too.All in all i liked the food here.

We visited to this place on 25th May 2019. We ordered one chicken and one fresh veggies pasta.+ It was cooked in front of us with all the ingredients put in with our consent.+ It was very fast service and the chef helps you select the ingredients for your dish.+ Taste is very good and food seems to be healthy.- It looks like that hygiene is well kept but the truth is different. We found a big mosquito like bug inside our fresh veggies pasta.- We reported to the staff about the bug found inside our fresh veggies pasta. First thing the staff said was that the mosquito must have come from the surrounding and not from their kitchen which mean the staff says that the Deira City Center Food court have mosquitoes and that too big ones (customers needs to keep their food safe from such bugs). We had our table just about opposite to the Vanellis and the time of dining was just past 12:00 noon when the food court opens during Ramadan.- Next the staff offered to give us freshly made pasta as a replacement. The staff should think that how a person disgusted about finding bug in their food can think of having another dish from the same place.- When we asked for the refund, the staff said that if it was Vanellis mistake then he would have refunded the amount but it is not Vanellis mistake so he cannot refund the amount. He said if we have any further problem we can report to Deira city center customer service.- We reported all this to Deira city center customer service. We received a call from the Deira city center customer service to go to the Vanellis and get our refund. We went to the Vanellis after 2-3 hours to get the refund. The same staff was there and he behaved as if he is doing some favor to us. Most importantly he made us stand there and wait for 30 minutes to get the refund for fresh veggies pasta which was 29AED.Most disgusting experience in Dubai regarding food.We recommend not to visit this place as it seems Vanellis doesnt care about its customers.

They serve good customised pasta which are perfect saucy and cheesy. Presentation could be better.

Thier pasta is not that good as other vanellis branches, the taste is not good, and thier prices are higher than other branches for same order!

I always eat here, however today the chief and the cashier girl was so rude, showing you how angry they’re because the order I made was very tough for them I guess, I ordered sausage pasta with olives today 12/2/2020 at 2:45 pm approx

Not happy with their service! They are more preferable to Those who havent paid and looking for a pasta but those who paid have to wait till they are finish to serve non payers

Terrible pasta & saladTheir chicken tastes very bad and their salad is even worse! Not feeling well afterward. Also terrible service! There is no queue and it took 20 minutes to get the food done! NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
