Too expensive.. Too much oil in Fried chicken than beforeI had from KFC qusais

This place is small. Its good for to take away only. I ordered sandwich with chicken strips which is fried too much, turned its color into black-brown and salty too.

First time i felt a bad service from KFC .. served a used plate along with the order. Never expected this kind of serve from KFC in this pendamic situation.

Their app charged me 100 dhs and said in forced to use all 100. So I had to refund their order. Next time if you are gonna order use cash payment option.

Small shop but efficient staffs.Need better maintenance and house keeping.

Their quality and standard has dropped drastically. The food does not taste like how it used to once upon a time. They need to make major improvements to their quality and standards.

As always they are very fast and quality chickens, else they cant sustain for a longer time, particualrly this branch has indoor seating and outdoor seating as well, hygienic place. we used to hangout every weekends here, it is near EMARAT Petrol station so you will see it is busy always, they have ample parking spaces (RTA PArking) at walkable distance.

One of the easy accessible KFC from road driving from Mamzar towards Sharjah from the Highway through Al mulla plaza. It is at the Petrol Pump station with all the easily accessible car mechanics and restaurants. There is free parking and the groceries can be bought from the store at the Emarat station.

This KFC outlet is very near to people of National Paint and Muwaileh, the staff is very helpful and friendly

If its late around 1.am probably half of the food is over! Other than that parking is a big issue because well its a gas station plus the only one on that road so yeah ! Other than that this is the kfc I have visited the most in my life because its near to my house

The the worst KFC I have ever seen. The past seven years in Dubai I never get any offer and service from this Store. Each and everyone is very very disrespectful service not fit for the jobs moreover there is nothing available after 12 a.m. and staff are not ready to make any sandwiches aur burger anything the worste branch

Bad experience with their staff. No manners how to handle customer. Even the manager who is managing the branch was not able to satisfy customer. They argued with me and not accepted their mistake and blamed me. Requesting KFC management to take action on it and bring a professional Manager in this branch who can handle the customer complaint in a proper way.

KFC hor al anz, deliver your requests as soon as possible. They can accommodate in house diners both inside the restaurant as well as outside. Horrible staff! Seem to be upset they are working there or what ever the case is. Placed an order took forever because they forgot to even start prepping it. When I asked about the status they catch an attitude. Do you self a favor and don’t bother ordering from here place stinks.

Dinning space is limited here, mostly orders are take away and delivery. Avoid visiting on peak hours because orders can take upto 45 mins plus. I personally had many issues with takeaway orders here.This place is easily accessible, parking will be available for 3 cars, additional RTA parking is available on the side road.

This place offers great food,but customer care is the worst I experienced.i have made a purchase through myfmy card last week,they take my money from my account then they say some error happened, Even I have all the evidence,they still not refunded my money.i am still running behind them to get my money back.

Your order will be processed very quickly without error every single time you come here. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is always kept clean. The only downside is that both men and women share a washroom and there is no other place to wash your hands than from inside the washroom.When there are many people, there is a cue outside the washroom which is not ideal.
