Not good service,i order for delivery but when i received my order,the extra gravy is missing, but they charge me for the gravy,i try to call them but no one answering the phone. Please do check all the orders before delivering it to the customers

Dropped by when Bilal Ashraf and Mahira Khan had come to Jollibee to promote the new spicy menu. We tried out the new spicy chicken joy(5/5) and honestly loved it. Never noticed many Indians here but this new spicy chicken is spicier than all the other competitors and is something Ive really wanted. We also tried the spicy crispy chicken burger(5/5), cheesy fries(2/5) - was sweet and couldnt eat it, hot dog(4/5) and chocolate sundae(5/5). Really looking forward to my next visit at Jollibee now as surprisingly I loved the spicy fried chicken and spicy burger.

Please teach your staff to change thier gloves once they are bussing table and jump over to the counter. We ate today and we have observed your staff name Janak, no proper hygiene at all. He jump to the counter and started refilling in Pepsi Machine and releasing some foods after throwing garbage and bussing tables.

Crazy value for money and great food. I really enjoyed the Chicken and spaghetti meal. Portions are large. The place is a great deal and is obvious by the number of people always waiting to eat there. HIGHLY recommended.

I often go to Jollibee Deira city center branch, since my workplace is nearby with them. Last couple of week I ordered 2 consecutive days with them and same scenario happened asking me coins, and I said I dont have and staff reply I dont have a change sarcastically . So it means I will be the one who will going to find a change if I wanna buy something? 2x it happen to me and just ignored it. Today I ordered usuall food Im ordering staff meal 2pcs chicken with jolly wrapped, it was quiet fast and didnt open my order coz wanted to eat it in store.the food I ordered doesnt have a gravy on it and the juice taste like nothing, no ice its like been prepared for someone and just keep it aside. How I will enjoy my chicken without a gravy and a juice without ice😏😏😏. Waste of money and time.

Food-wise it is always good but for the customer service, I always get below par service everytime I visit this branch. I wish Burjuman or Al Ghurair branches are nearer :(.They always mess up with my orders. First experience, they took my order and after waiting for minutes, they said that they ran out of spicy chicken. Second visit, i requested for thigh part and they gave me wing. Third experience, I requested for thigh parts again and they gave me wings again! Something is really wrong with this team.

Ordered online via third party app and received my order wrong.Ordered for yum burger, spaghetti and yum kiddie meal with toy.Received yum burger, spaghetti and chicken joy kiddie meal without a toy.Called the Jollibee, transferred to city center branch (as they are the one who catered my previous order) who have poor costumer service.Informed the mistake they made which they confirmed.Promised to be replaced, which also happened (they gave me the yum burger in exchange of the chicken they previously delivered).BUT, I waited for an hour to have my correct food delivered.The main purposes of ordering 3 food items is to be satisfied with food especially that I am on my first trimester.Thanks to you, I was completely discontented and irritated for disturbing my lunch meal and my noon nap.

I was dissapointed. I place an order around 10:28 through Smiles and order food from Jollibee and the branch who confirmed the order is in Port Saeed. It showed in the app that the delivery timing is around 11:28, I am still waiting for my order until 11:45 because I was thinking that the driver got stuck in a traffic. And when I checked in the smiles app the food has been delivered already. So I asked for customer support in the application. The said that they are trying to call the restaurant but they cannor call them it is out of reach, and I am trying to call the restaurant as well and operator is putting me on hold. The driver around 12:30am called me and he was asking for the location, and I asked him why now only? He said that he just received the order from the restaurant. Finally the food is delivered around 1am. But it keep me thinking what really happened, the delivery guy was sweating and he said he finished his duty at 12 but they send him just to deliver my order. I pity the guy, i give him 5 star rating but for the restaurant 1. If there 0 i would’ve given them 0. The food delivered is cold already and the ice in the softdrinks has already been melted and it was in room temperature. I

1 star for the 2 hours of waiting for delivery since theres no 0 star option 1 star also for the cold food received. Im suppose to feel elated with the 2pc extra chicken they gave... Thought this was fast food. Sssslllllllooooooowwwww foooooooooodddddd.....

What a joy to know that finally they have their branch here in DCC. They have ample space for diners. Very strategic location which is near the Vox cinema and mall entrance near the metro and bus station.

My all time favorite, better visit them on a off-peak timing, coz when its get busy the number system they have is on demand and almost like a public market when crew shout the number. The monitor is already placed on the top of the menu...

Sneaked our of office for a quick lunch today. Had ofcourse chicken joy & spaghetti - 4 is a given rating as jollibee always lives up to its “langhap sarap”. Spaghetti tasted better so perhaps I can add a .5 :). But what really stood out today was the display of excellent customer service. I may have been a little disappointed that I didn’t get on time the spicy chicken burger that I ordered since they ran out of the “spicy” but quite humbled and impressed at how the manager handled the situation. He was so polite, very apologetic, very sincere. Just excellent customer service. And oh! It was my first time to try their chicken burger. I found it real good 😊Note: I never give 5 rating. I leave the 1 for room for improvement always :)

Love their food. Filipino franchise but the real one in Phillipense is much better cuz they use fresh local chicken

I think the spaghetti in JFC Deira City Center is one of the best compared with their other branches. Affordable and just the right for the budget when eating out solo or in group! 👌

Great service and the staff were very friendly. I could have given them 5 stars if not for the chicken that looked underdone. However, the burger steak and the chocolate sundae were delicious.

Poor delivery service. I ordered at 11:42 am and it was delivered at 1:20 pm!! Almost two hours!! I had to follow up them several times. To the Jolibee management, kindly improve the customer order process and delivery service.

One of the worst restaurant in terms of chicken taste,sauces and overall sandwich quality.never try it again!

Service is Fast. Staff is sooooooo noisy at the back. They always talking on high volume of voice even they talking face to face. It feels your in market hearing those annoying loud voice. better to seat on the front part of dining area.

Staff were too chaotic and unorganized, i had to wait for my order for almost an hour.. And needed to follow up for 3x. The first time i follow up he said ok but nothing happened,the 2nd time i followed with the lady wearing eyeglasses on a high pitch of voice just ignore,the 3rd time i think she was the manager she gave me the incomplete order which i needed to followed up again,it was almost an hour before i received the complete meal. The service is more on quantity not quality. I hope they could do something with regards to proper dispatch of orders.
