We bought kids meal for my 2 and 6 years old kids and the hamburger in the kids meal was so spicy that she could not stop crying, I tried the hamburger and it was too spicy. When I called burger king complaint department the guy who answered denied completely that their use of spicy sauce and first when I said I have the food now as evidence he said someone will call you. After a while they called me from the branch itself and saying that they don’t use spicy sauce and again when I said I have the hamburger and they can taste it they said they will send us new food. The problem is THEY ARE SUCH ZERO IQ STAFF WORKING THERE WHO DON’T GET THAT A KID CAN’T HAVE SPICY FOOD. THE FIRST THING IT COMES IN THEIR MIND IS SEND NEW FOOD. The only thing I wanted to hear was that yes we did the mistake and it will not happen again. NEVER EVER SUCH PLACES AGAIN. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE 😡

I am a frequent customer of BK and my fave is the Whooper. But since I am reducing beef intake, I choose to buy last night the Chicken Burger value meal. I have seen the photo even before I went to the store so I intentionally dropped by just for that. But, I was disappointed with the actual burger that they served. Too far from the photo that was shown in the ad.

A good establishment clean and active the waiters and the counter were nice and very precise about the order.Regarding the food it was quite good the burger was soft, juicy and flavorful and amazingly the drinks were really fresh full of carbonation rather than being flat like most fast food chains.All in all, it was a great experience will come again.And I recommend others to give it a try.

Visited this place for a quick bite .It is in the premises of Enoc and is open almost all time of the day.Drive thru is available and nearby Zoom is also available.Has all the signature collections of Burger King, and the place was not at all crowded when visited during the morning time on a weekday.
