A good food court but not really a Dxb standard food court at all

I had to wait for a long time for my order to come and another customer waited for so long for his order to be taken and just left. Staffs I felt were not really happy we came to order.

The drive thru speaker doesnt work, just drive right up to the window and order there.

Good place for a quike bite, lot of parking space available.

I have been waiting for my food for the past 2 Hrs for a small order even though i paid already online very bad service

I felt the quality of service here aas really good and it is always packed with a long que unlike few other kfc outlets ive been to.

Lets be honest. All the kfc tastes the same and fabulous apart from this one. The spicy fries were way too overcooked and the chicken was dripping in oil

KFC - food is the same as all other places of course, but the seating is not really clean... so, its good if you like a quick bite and love KFC irrespective of the surroundings.

Unfortunately, the worst experience ever along the KFC branches in DXB, I place my order through the drive through window, it’s take too much time for preparing and it’s not peak time; later I found my order is not correct and even my gravy souse it’s looks they add water to it ... I w’ll never order from this branch again.

KFC most of the branches work like robots.. A fake smile from CS..this branch isnt different as well because KFC is a brand and they do have customers because of the taste globally. Dont think they will improve the customer service any time soon.
