They have nice seatings and usually the restaurants always busy . The staff is friendly and fast in serving the orders . Their food quality is really good . I’m a fan of Burger King so maybe I am biased on this . You should trying the double whopper if you haven’t try it before . They have also drive thru

It is good option for fast food just behind Tecom Metro station. Restaurant is good and service is fast but staff is not motivated enough. It is clean and value for money but if there is no parking space it is not easy to stop there. This Petrol station is always busy with vehicles.

Their whoppers are delicious and I love all the toppings that come on them. You can get a lot of food for a great price and the burgers taste grilled and fresh. The deals are amazing here and even better when you use coupons.

Somehow this is the second consecutive time faced this issue specifically with this outlet. Even though they charge extra for making a burger spicy, but when it comes to applying a sauce, they just touch it, without justifying the extra money charged for…I would rather avoid this outlet next time..

Good place for a quick bite if in Tecom or desert spring village.

The staff are trying to cheat on their drive through timing performance. In recent weeks Ive been here 3 times and each time Ive been asked after paying to drive through to the parking, so they will not incur a performance penalty. Each time I refused and then sat there waiting for my food. I was even approached by the manager/supervisor and he tried to persuade me that I should not be unreasonable and not wait in front of the payment window.This is against the whole performance measurement system. It reflects very poorly on the staff and also increases customer waiting time.

The volume of the music is suffering with the anoying music they have on oh my God you cant sit thire for long before you get psycho.

HORRIBLE! worst Whopper Ive eaten in my life. We took 2 combos with double whopper, French fries were OK, but whopper was disgusting! Meat had some farm smell, that left on our hands for 4 hours, we couldnt wash it off with soap. Taste was as bad as was smell. We couldnt eat even half of it.

We went to Burger King Epcco Barsha Heights this morning, used the Drive Thru service and have been told 3 times by both ladies on shift, to move my car away from the drive thru lane, in order for them to bring the order. Since there was no space available in the gas station and absolutely no other car behind me, I promised I will move once another vehicle comes to the drive thru. Yet again, and again, I was reminded by the ladies to move my car, as THEY HAVE A TIMER FOR EACH ORDER. Their attitude was completely inappropriate and my family felt disrespected. After bringing the order, I was checking the bag content to ensure all items are inside (mind you, they were in a big rush) and the window opened again and for the 4th time I was reminded to move my car and then check the items. Unbelievable!!! Of course, 1 out of 3 things we’ve ordered were missing (large fries). Perhaps, it will be towards BK benefit to remove such service performance measurement ( drive they timing) at this particular location, as it affects your loyal customers. Customer service refresher training should also be rolled out for this location. Thank you!

The food is good and the service is fast. Dont expect personalised service though as its a fast food joint.The one gripe I have is that they dont have a dedicated sink for hand washing, you have to use the single bathroom stall and if happens to be occupied, you are in a quite a wait.

If there is less than 1 i would rate it, someone called Hani Hashem from this number‭(06) 516 3999‬ and he was impolite with me. I ordered 2 times from Talabat and refunded for silly reasons, firstly cancellation without my permission and secondly suddenly discovered that it is hard to deliver it to my location, whereas it is near.

Tried to order a burger for the first time in a year, after waiting 4 minutes to speak to an operator I finally placed my order. They are now charging 7 AED for delivery (I live 300m away), but ok I accepted as I was very hungry.45 minutes later still no burger, I call them and they tell me my burger is still being prepared.. I cancelled immediately. Now I remember why I havent ordered from there for over a year!

What a shame to release a plant based burger and not bother to make the mayo and cheese plant based as well ..... ** fellow vegans reading this be warned!** I called the customer service reps for dubai and they confirmed the cheese and mayo in the burger still contain EGG and DAIRY! So it is NOT plant based. Very disappointing.
