An ok experience.The que was extremely long at KFC and the chicken wasnt cooked to perfection..( which KFC never fails to do so, and have had a really good experience otherwise at other KFC outlets). However it is a good place to sit and have food after a long shopping trip at the mall.

The staff is literally dont like what they are doing and giving a very poor service to customers.waiting times are so long

The staff is very friendly to the customer and fast with their delivery service. Dine in options are available now, 2 weeks back the restaurant wasnt functioning in the DKP Food Court. Long lines could be expected, highly recommended to get use to the kiosks, really fast and easy to use.

It’s sais that the they close at 2AM in Google maps but they’re closing at 11:30 pm this is very bad

Every time I order from the call centre and the delivery comes from this place, the order is incorrect and takes over an hour to reach even-though I live 15 mins away. Also, the standard and quality of food is less compared to other KFC branches. Management, really needs to train their employees better.

This place is always crowded and takes ages to get your order. But Quality wise they live upto the KFC standards any day.

How a tiny store like this has that amount of movement.Uber eats orders arriving each minute.We were dining there and the cashier and the guys from the store, tried to spee up the whole process.

Its finger licking comfort. KFC has always been a place to go if you want good fried foods chicken. However the spicy French fries are more of a reason to go. Foods really good on a good day and pretty average on a bad day.

Their delivery service is awful and there customer service is ridiculous. I have complained million times, they dont even bother and never try to improve their services. I always receive my order after min. hr and a half. Its a fast food indeed!

It was ok - the staff didnt stop talking and just wanted to hear her own voice. i said i want breast but she said she has ramadan meal. I tell her no i dont want that but she says ramadan meal has rice and french fries and is AED20. i convinced her finally to shut up and give us what we wanted. The food is good but the service is cranky.

Visited KFC in Dubai Knowledge Park food court. I ordered for a spicy snack box with spicy fries and 7up. The order was quickly served for dine in. As always they are good with their quality.

If there is no star rating i will put that for your ratings..very poor service..1)the bag that i received from delivery is broken 2) they forget in my order 3) contact center is not reliable i complain earlier to inform that the food that i received is not complete but no action need to call them again and explain again. 4) careem driver cant communicate to our complain as he dont speak english 5)the staff who answer my call in kfc knowledge Village..is also rude still speaking and he dropped the phone..very disappointed..🤨

I used to go there a lot for lunch but not anymore. They have a new manager at that branch who seems keen on customer dissatisfaction. Speaking to her only once is enough to ensure that a regular customer is gone for good.

I do understand that it is a restraunt in a university. But the service here is just bad. Horrible. First of all, not friendly workers. Mean. Second many attimes there would be no one at the register. GET MORE WORKERS. Third the service here, and I cant stress this enough, is EXTREMELY slow. Even a real restraunt can make quicker food than this kfc. Everything is seriously disorganized and if u ever catch a glimpse of the counter over there, it is extremely likely it has cold drink spilled over it. The prices have gotten more expensive yet the service still remains the same. I recommend u go to a fast food restaurant where the food is served FAST just like the name.

If youre planning on placing a delivery order DONT. Said it would take half an hour, took close to 2 hours. By the time it came it was soggy and cold. Definitely not worth the wait. If I knew it would take that long I would have called somewhere else. But Im the fool in this situation because every time Ive ordered from here its been very late. Enoughs enough, I wont be ordering from KFC again.

KFC is the best ever Fast Food cousin

It is like any other KFC, not my favourite fast food place. The vegetables arent the freshest. There is a savers lunch meal that is very cost-effective.

This KFC makes extra fresh food since its always crowded but theres almost always a rush. 12:30 is when its busiest.

Good lunch and snacks options are available in economic price. Normally becomes crowded during lunch time and expect in food delivery.Food quality and taste is nice.

Good only in case there is no other available healthy options but is still better than many of public restaurants,Fried chicken, fries and bread rich in Gluten together are quite dangerous to the health,Restaurants are available where ever you go,
