A small branch, with some seating for dining alone or in small groups (usually adequate but not enough for peak times during social distancing), the fried chicken here (especially the hot and spicy) is cooked pretty well for KFC, not overcooked which can lead to dry pieces.Service is so-so, not particularly friendly or customer oriented.Like most KFC branches, theres takeaway and delivery available from this branch as well as indoor seating and a small amount of seating out the front.

We visited at late night at 1:00 the dining was already closed however take away was available. The service was all good except the lady on the counter was found so serious without a smile on her face and there was no greeting after the order been served.

Really bad. There was no queue but i was forced to order from the kiosks and when it didnt work they said i have to try again until it works but it didnt. After all, since the kiosk wasnt working, they still wouldnt let us order from the counter. Not worth it to buy food and get stressed out.

Worst call centre ever and some times they are very late and there was a supervisor lady called chimini and she is not friendly and very nervous actually. Is there anyone care about this reviews even because I feel like that no one from KFC management is giving any feedback and the call centre is really very bad I spoke to one Egyptian his name is Amr was shouting at me literally and he dont care about anything except that he want me to end the call. If there anyone checking this I want t feedback please.

You have one of the most unprofessional employees on planet earth. Her name is Angel (With a tag of a Guest Expert or the like). She is so grumpy, rude, and lacks the basics of dealing with human beings in the first place. I have no idea how someone like her would be hired to deal with various clientele all day long (or at least during her shift). You have to teach your staff professional manners and if necessary, run a regular training for them or else, close your branch rather than having to face a major problem with one of your clients at some point. I would not recommend this branch to anyone, especially that (in addition to the foregoing) the outdoors fans would turn people deaf some day.

Two things would like to recommend or send feedback here that now its summer season already and the ice cream they have closed it was a nice edge to there restaurant but it closed for some unknown reasons. Slow service half baked fries

Order delayed more than 1 hour and 15 min. S, after we called several times they said it is out for delivery. Then we discovered that the order was not started due to a problem in their system. Without apology or calling us we have to wait another 20 min. SNever order KFC AGAIN NEVER.

They advertise gravy comes with the meal, then when you complain about not receiving gravy they told me I didn’t ask for it, it’s not included and I didn’t pay for it?It clearly states gravy is included in the meal and says it on the order!Even wrote a note asking not to forget it as they always do!Food was cold when it arrived.

Well a nice cozy place in the spring and winter to sit outside but its really hot outside in summer so if you are there for a lunch get there before 1:00 pm to get seat inside. :D

The best fried chicken and the best taste of course, the new added flavors are amazing and delicious, the addition of the shrimps are amazing, I have noticed that the spiciness have changed and it never went back again to old time.I rally enjoy the new menus and the creativity that put into coming up with new flavors and menu item that are delicious and tasty..I wish if they could bring back some of those menu items.

Good thing about this KFC is that its open till 3 am in the night. Have only few seating space, 8-10 people outdoor seating and around 12 - 16 people indoor seating with provision 1 common toilet. Nice place to eat in JLT area.

Super chicken and many other food items

Ordered via Zomato. An hour later I contacted Zomato support and they told me that my order has been cancelled. I called KFCs helpline and they said that it hasnt been cancelled and is in fact being manually fulfilled by the restaurant - and theyll call me in a but to give me an update. Waited 10 minutes and didnt get any call. Called KFC helpline again and NOW they say that my order has indeed been cancelled. It took the JLT KFC one hour to cancel my order. Im speechless!

It is situated below Almas Tower above Zoom Supermarket. The shop is small but good enough to accommodate certain number of people. There is no washroom available neither sink to wash your hand.Just ask for wet tissues

Soooooo sloooowwwwwwwww!!!!!It takes nearly an hour an a half to deliver to my building which it 5 mins drive away!! It would be quicker to collect it from the restaurant... also its always cold by the time it reaches me... 3 clusters away!!! Also I have received the wrong order from this place more than once.. I mean come on.. 1 hour and 30 mins to get KFC that takes 5 mins from the drive tho.. that madness..Please up your game.... this is the slowest kfc outlet Ive ever ordered from.. will be avoiding from now on..

Worst KFC Ive ever been to. We bought a big box. The chips were way too old, soft and watery. The chicken was also old and dry. We asked if the box was fit for two adults, but the amount weve got was enough for four hungry construction workers. Weve also ordered and played for cheese on the burgers and twisters, but didnt get it. I sincerely hope that this isnt the usual quality for this KFC, because the location is great in the middle of JLT (Hence the two stars).

After being a KFC customer for almost 15 years, I have been extremely put off by their service. I wanted to treat the people working in my building and so, bought 9+3+20 (delivery times were different) ramadan meals today. First off I would like to criticize the flawed database that KFC uses. When I call their hotline to check on my order, the first time they say the order is ready and is about be delivered. When I call half an hour later, they said that the order wasnt even processed or in the database. After I got serious, they apologized and said the driver was in transit. After collecting the first set of meals, I was supposed to receive the next set of meals an hour later. However, the same thing happened once again. After receiving the next set of meals, the KFC delivery boy came over to my house again within 10 minutes with a fresh order. He said, here is your order. Funny thing is, I had already paid for the meal so technically, I couldve scored myself another set of ramadan meals. After turning him around, I made sure to call the KFC customer care because I just wanted them to make sure not to mess up the 20 meals for iftar. They said its all in place and the delivery was set for 6:30. However at 6:40, 10 minutes after the fixed delivery time, I called up the KFC customer care and once again, they played the game of oh your order is not registered sir. At this point, I ended up screaming at the staff member for their lackluster service, them confusing me and themselves, and their database systems being so flawed. They apologized and said its on the way. What was meant to be an Iftar treat for 20 staff members who work in my building, turned into a huge letdown. All the people, who fasted the entire day, left their workplace dismayed as they did not receive the gift they were promised. This crushed me and I called up KFC and absolutely crushed the manager with a 6 minute rant. The worse thing is, they put me on a 5 minute hold when they were transferring me to the manager. After listening to 5 minutes worth of elevator tunes, the manager picked up and I explained the situation to him. This was an absolutely distasteful experience. I am currently contacting KFC to organize an Iftar for Saturday and I will be asking for a compensation for the spoilt evening I served up my staff.

0 level of basic communication by the cashier. Especially Mr. Virgil was so rude and he made so ugly and angry faces when i asked them to accept the order from me. The amount.of favour they do when they take your order is as if I have came to their home. I never recommend anyone to visit this branch unless you wish to be mistreated in such an ugly manner.

To All staff of KFC- JLT (Platinum Tower) PLEASE WEAR YOUR SMILE!!! And please let your customer choose their order first not what you want and dont shout the customer!!!!!! Then when we received our order it was wrong!!!
