We went there for casual vegeterian dinner. Well,1. First the place is so spacious.2. Ambience is nice and cozy.3. Decoration is appropriate.4. Artifacts used for decoration uplifts your mood ad gives you a positive vibe.5. Staff is desi yet so nice and well behaved.6.best part they server your food to you which you know is not necessary but gives you a good feel.7. Try tandoor patter. Its really nice.8.overall if you are not looking for sumptuous food instead up for a decent less spicy yet tasty food its a must visit place.

Great place to taste indian food.. nice place to find different variety Jalebi ...restaurant is very nearby Burjuman mall and being pure veg restaurant its an ideal place for family...had tried couple of dishes but sizzlers are show stopper...staff very courteous and quick with service..gets crowded on Fridays so would recommend to reserve in advance to avoid delay..overall good place to satisfy your taste buds

Awesome place , creative interior, i tried Jalebi n Rabdi, it costed me around 20dh/plate, but it was worth it. I would recommend the place to all jalebi lovers.

I was impressed with the food taste but not with the service being offered.Me and mine friend went to Jalebiwala on Friday evening, we settled down and was waiting for the menu to be provided in order to select our dishes. After 10 minutes we called waiter to provide menu to us and he delivered the same after 5 minutes. We selected and called the same waiter to order. He took the order and went ahead without notifying anything. After 15 more minutes he put the plates on the table without any notice.We took plates and decorated our table ourselves. After 30 minutes of order our order came to our table, and waiter did the same as he did at the time of serving plate. He didnt served sizzler to us and went ahead to take others order.We took sizzler without being served and finished our dinner.We paid the bill and asked for complaints and suggestions book at cash counter, but as expected cashier said we dont have that. After being asked our suggestion, we said to improve customer service as we are totally disappointed by your waiter.We were shocked after hearing response from the cashier.He said We know that. Today is Friday and because of customer rush, we were unable to help you.Cashier attitude is like we dont care how the customer are being treated. If you have problem we dont care.I am totally impressed by quality and taste of food but at the same time I am shocked with customer service.I want to hear one reason from the management of the restaurant that How a multinational brand, react to a customer with such a silly answer and lots of attitude in behaviour of the employee.

Food was ok but it takes long time to cook food and proper service is not given. Ac and fan are also not working some of the other would rather die of suffocation.😶😶

Being a vegetarian, on a hungry evening we went to this Pure Vegetarian place and it was very satisfying what we paid for. The butter milk was very good. Filled our bellies with a Gujarati thali (it was a bit spicy but good).

The most disgusting experience ever. I went with my friends around 9.30pm on 3rd Jan 2019 to have rabdi with jalebi and we got hair in the rabdi. We told the waiters that we dont want the 2nd plate cos of hair in that and instead of apologising the waiter made a bill for 02 plates and were literally forcing us to pay for it until we said we wont pay at any cost. Worst, arrogant staff...unhygenic food...guys prevention is better than cure. Rest up to you if you want to discover new adventures. From my side a clear no to this place until iam alive.

Dear jalebiwala,As i like your food i am regular customer and often visit your food outlet at burjuman.But yesterday when i visited i was shocked by attitude of staff when i said i was offended by look and attitude shown to just to serve my order on plate.It was not here i am complaining that i had to ask to serve my food but i decided to bring this attention to management that how staff treats customer incase they are offended it shows no care attitude and height was whem M/s Pooja who handles counter responded that staff speaks to us also in such attitude instead of apologising offended customer n taking feedback to improve staff attitude n low customer service .This incident had spoiled my appetite, my food, my money n my day. This customer service is worse when such attitude is in core team.I hope concern team will investigate n show some response for the turning my wonderful day into bad day.Please feel free to contact me for any information required.As a responsible joint i am expecting prompt reply n action.

Was much better earlier and had gone couple of times in the past. However was surprised to see that Menu downsized, staff cutdown, insects flying arround, staff attitude in attending customers. Noticed that itemwise billing and total did not match... was told it was a technical error. Food still tastes good.

Jalebiwala is an indian restauran mearby to burjman(approximately 5 minute walk) ,opposite side of burjman mall at karama.price are bit expensive compared to other restaurants in karama,but food quality and quantity is very good.you will get home like bread(tawa roti) here.

Very good food. Ordered aloo dum Punjabi n gobi tikka. Delivery was fast. The dishes were just amazing. Never enjoyed veg food soo much in my life specially in restaurant. Lil oily but the taste is just awesome. Looking forward to visit the restaurant soon. 👍👍

Its an Indian vegetarian restaurant in Al Karama area of Dubai located on main road on five minutes walk from Burjuman metro station. It serves north indian, south indian, Gujarati, indianised chinese, savoury (Chaat), desserts as well as Indian street (fast food) food. The quality of food is better than similar restaurants in Mumbai and other Indian metro cities. It serves most of its menu in Jain variety too. Its open from 11.00 am to well past midnight and the quality and service is same as in the morning. Its patronized by descent crowd tourist and local migrants as well. It provides home delivery even to tourists staying in nearby starred hotels too. Al Karama, Burjuman metro station and area around it is happening area with with malls, shopping centres etc. The four stars are for its quality of food and service.

I went to that restaurant .. and had few bottles of water with us. However the waiter mentioned outside water not allowed. I was taken aback.. generally outside food is not allowed but here he didnt allow even water.
