Though KFC is good, takes a little long.But what frustrates over here is the parking limit and the gate guarders.They will ensure that you will be charged even if KFC stamps the ticket.Hope this will improve for more business

Extremely disappointing place/location to pass by to grab KFC.Ordered drive through for a bucket meal for 2 & for the very first time we experienced un salted chicken & un happy chicken potion sizes.Extra Aed 2 dirhams paid for BBQ sauce was the worst ever tasted sauce for money.Have a heart towards humanity!

Like all Kfc outlets this one have really spicy fries.I have tried Zinger combo which was freshly made and was really tasty.

Sometimes the chicken is not that tasty. But usually the original flavored chicken pieces are really finger lickin good. The authentic taste of the OG KFC. Also twister and mighty zinger is a must have from here. Overall good place with outdoor seating. Drive thru also avilable.

They didnt have a good variety on the menu but ordered the zinger combo, tasted fresh, spicy and crispy, highly recommended.

Need to pay to get in, drive through for pakred cars is nonsense to me

7 AED sandwich and Paid 2 AED for Parking , no other way to go threw , we must have pay parking

KFC is part of the old food restaurant chains from USA KFC has been in UAE almost 50 years. Many other local fast Food joints are surpassing KFC in service, selection and taste 👌.

The lady at the reception was confused despite being polite were mixing up the order, I asked her for 3 twister sandwiches which she picked correctly as well as a normal snack n spicy dinner box, she asked how many pieces you want in snack I replied 2 n wondered if you serve more than that she said snack or snicker , again when I reached the window I repeated the order on her request emphasizing that I need normal snack, when I reached home I found that she served spicy snack rather than the normal which I ordered... The parking policy in the branch is ridiculous. Why do I have to pay to go through drive through? First 15min are free and the order required more than that. Reached the gate and the parking officer requested 2 aed for exiting at the 16th minute.

One of the best KFC outlets. Food quality is good. Service sometimes lacks efficiency. There’s no sitting inside basically it’s a drive through outlet though there are 2 tables outside which is a self service. Overall nice place for a quick bite

This is the only KFC branch in the UAE that approaches their customers way too different than others. Lack of rapport is hurting their business.

Disappointed with paid parking they make me wait and after 15mints need to pay. Boycotting its not about 2 dharam its about not fair for pay in drive thru

As the name says, it is drive though and does not offer dine in service ...there is sitting arrangement outside but that is dusty and you need your own wipes to clean the chairs and tables if you want your meal to be served on the table...The crew is professional and welcomes you with smile...parking is usually available and the drive through is less crowded..

They are ok for a drive thru, but have been posted many negative reviews on Zomato for this specific outlet

This was my worst experience which made me and very soon everyone I know stop ordering from Carriage! The delivery man of KFC screamed at me! I was scared because I didnt hear the phone he continued to shout and his voice got louder and louder until I cried! I never experienced such an incident and will never use Carriage again! Everyone knows what kind of level KFC is at but seriously it even went to an even lower level! Very scary and unpleasant experience.I dont think that he is capable of being a delivery man. If he is angry or moody then customers are not to blame or to use his anger with. I still cant believe that this happened to me.The delivery was made to Nad Al Hammar so I dont know which KFC was that and it was done by Carriage!!

Love KFC its my favourite place to have Lunch when in Rush.Was disappoint in al nadha shj kFC Drive through coz their first main Entrance Oder menu in not working,then have to wait more then 10/15 minutes thought it will be quick n go but got stuck in between and staff behaviour approach not good might be of rush and taking Order thro. Well nxt time i dont thro Drive Through.

Good to have and the spicy chicken we had many tines and was oily.

Every single time I make a telephone order and despite of specifically mentioning to them not to upside my order. They make an upside order for me as per their customer service rule. You ask them for extra ketchup, they need to charge you for it. What kind of unethically business practices are you conducting? If you want to make profit, I suggest you to increase the prices or every meal, instead of unknowingly upsizing every meal on telephone orders. When I escalated my concern to the delivery staff, he says that they are the one whos facing customers agitation and he is helpless as he is only a delivery guy.

The Cooperative Society branch of KFC is very convenient & swift with orders.

Service is slow and they dont give the quantity shown. Half the fries and they dont fill it up the burger was dry and if you ask them to fill the fries up they say its standard or you pay extra.
