KFC business bay [Avenue] it’s offering good fast foods as usual.You can order your food easily either by calling, using their website online, or even using their application.You have to expect 30-45 minutes for the order delivery especially in the rush hours as they are receiving many orders always, and serving many of the offices as it’s simply a business bay :)

The badest service in my life ! The manager told me that I couldn’t order food inside about COVID 19! It was 10.08.2021 He told me that I should to call on hot line and order the food! He told that I couldn’t ask about these I should go outside and call on hot line ! I’m not recommended

Totally disaster, staff was looking on me with questions on face - why I came here.I took - twister max combo with orange juice instead of soft drinks(not spicy), however the fries were mix salt and spicy. Also I was charged for orange juice - 8,50 AED for 12 oz and at the end was given half of 12oz cup.Also when I came to counter to collect my order and asked is this my order, 4 people staff were looking on me and no one didnt answer anything.Place also very dirty. Trays with trash everywhere, no space where you can seat even if table not occupied by other people.

Giving a rating of one star after this restaurant consistently got my order wrong for the 5th time. They tend to add the extra spice to almost everything even when told not to do so. The guys at the kitchen always seem to be in a bad mood as the burgers seem to have come through a tornado once you open the wrapper to eat them. No effort in presentation. Also, someone please teach the staff here to smile a bit

Main area in bussiness bay good to grab some quick snacks and there is 2 hours parking available there just in case you hace the car

I have so far patronized KFC in five countries and find it interesting the way, even though the main menu is still chicken, they try to tailor the presentation to the local palate. For example KFC in Ghana comes with a special shito sauce, KFC in Dubai comes with bread and garlic sauce (optional); you could a big bowl of coleslaw too if you want, KFC in New York is ......... well KFC!!! LOL.

All food items are awesome like other KFC outlets. But this outlet doesnt have enough space to sit for dining. Very conjusted area. If youre a gang more than 4 members, better to take away your order or i would say to choose another outlet.

The best fried chicken and the best taste of course, the new added flavors are amazing and delicious, the addition of the shrimps are amazing, I have noticed that the spiciness have changed and it never went back again to old time.I rally enjoy the new menus and the creativity that put into coming up with new flavors and menu item that are delicious and tasty..I wish if they could bring back some of those menu items.

I placed my order on this number 600522252 i dont know how they communicate with the branches but i waited more than 1 hour. I tried to follow up and ask me again with my location and ask me to wait again for 15 mins. Kindly train and double check youre call center agents if they are doing it right. Your food is already a legend but youre service is dragging youre food down. So disapointed

The location and ambiance are good but food is already cooked .Its one of the busiest and crowded KFC branch, Bay Avenue, Business and they have limited seating, this is in a very small area. Most importantly the bathrooms are in outside. French fries were kind of cold. The staff is not customer helpful.

Very different taste from the other KFCs, employees are rude when you ask for more ketchup, I ordered 6 twister sandwiches and they gave me 3 ketchups, I told them at least give one for each sandwich, the woman argued that I have to pay and that the 3 ketchup that was given initially to me was out of courtesy from them and its against company policy . What if I ordered 1 sandwich or 6 of us each ordered by themselves then they would have given us one ketchup and sometimes 2 ketchup each..
