4/512th April 2021Came here with a bunch of friends for lunch. I ordered the deal for 4 people. Cost me 130 dhs.It came with 2 burgers, 2 gyros, nachos, 4 drinks and fries.That was a brilliant deal with amazing food. The food tasted great and the employee at the counter was so friendly.Definitely coming to try this again.

Visited this branch of Doner & Gyros on a weekend for lunch. Its located in the food court, Lower Ground Level of the mall. The setting is nice & inviting.We tried few of their bestsellers, started with Arabic platter, it had fresh salad, Falafel , hummus, pickles & bread. Grand Berlin Doner ( Chicken), it was well stuffed with fresh veggies, sauce & crispy flat bread. Grand Classic Wrap ( Falafel) & Swiss Mushroom Wrap was very filling with generous stuffing. Even tried the Falafel fritters & Waffle fries. All the dishes were absolutely delicious, everything were simply amazing. Smoothies served there are so refreshing, do not miss it as it & really went well with the mains.The staff there were extremely polite and courteous, and always on their feet to serve us.It was satisfying meal all together. Can say total value for money. This place is highly recommended.

Terrible experience! The supervisor named Rukar was shouting to his colleague infront of customers. Me and my friend were waiting for orders and also customers were in the counter choosing from the menu. The supervisor was apparently giving his staff some shouting because of an order. I was not able to keep quiet because I work in hospitality and the supervisors behaviour is unacceptable. I politely asked him not to shout at his staff because customers can see them, as the outlet is open. He get back to me by asking me if I can understand what he is saying to the staff. I told him all I can see is his misbehaviour towards the staff. The staff even apologised to me on his behalf, saying its his normal attitude with them. I reminded the supervisor that its not allowed to demoralize or to shout at someone specially infront of other people. He even told me I can go ahead and complain him. And he told me not to talk to his staff. I didnt get to enjoy the food we ordered as it tasted bitter because of the behavior shown by the supervisor. I hope the management will review the CCTV and do something about this.

Ordered for delivery, and it took more than 100 minutes, and the food still hadnt arrived at the time of writing this review.Ironically, this should be a fast food restaurant. Called the restaurant, its of no help.If you are hungry, think twice before ordering from this fast food restaurant.

Be carefoul. Request for bill! They added 2 extra corn and nutella without asking... After I figures out - lady sait it was included in combo - extra paid of course ... strongly disrecommend!!! Food quaily averave. Due ramadan time we had no big choice.

This was my 2nd visit to D&G Dubai Mall. Really great food for the price. Friendly staff, too. Karen & Christine especially. They have a really positive attitude & pleasant mannerisms—greeted me with a smile. I don’t often eat in the Dubai Mall food court, but I will come back to D&G again soon.

I have tried this restaurant through Entertainer app with online delivery. The whole experience was very bad. I received my half order after TWO AND A HALF HOURS, because of a glitch on their side with sorry sir as compensation.The food was cold and below average. If you are looking for a good doner, I suggest you look somewhere else.

The food is super good but the staffs are so unwelcoming and arrogant one her name is Christine I was about to change my mind but I like the food in there ,she really dont care even .....worst service 👎🏽

They add 4 dhs for cheese even when u say no need. Then avoid giving the printed copy of the bill. Tourists beware of this, ask and see the bill before you pay. The screen showing the bill on our side is kept off. Make sure you are paying for what u ask. Very bad service trick.

Order #1776 placed at 8pm directly via donerandgyros website. It has been over 2 hours and 4 phones calls made, still no food received. An amateur operation. Whatever delivery company you are using, fire them. Find an alternative option. *** UPDATE: The delivery man came without a credit card machine (as requested when I placed my order) and I dont have cash... this is at 11pm! ***

I was about to die, I ate doner 3 hours ago and I asked to added tazaki sauce to it. Since I ate I felt it didnt digest. I just vomate the yogurt tazaki I can feel and see I was expired.

Not recommended. I tried two different sandwiches. The beef is not good and tasteless.

Grand berlin donorThis juicy bread wrap is full of nutrions, filled with chicken/beef of ur choice, tomoto,fresh lettuce, red cabbage, onion and restaurant speical sauce. i tried it very first time. i find it a bit costly but very healthy wrap.

New range of Gyros are really tasty.

Worst Lahmacun İ ever ate. İt is not even real lahmacun. Just a lavash bread with some spicy liquid. No minced meat at all.Poor Poor Poor...

Today I ordered 2 Grand Doener, combo with cola and fries and spicy. After paying, I noticed that there was still a corn combo on the bill, which I did not order. addressed, I was told that the menu and the IT system has not yet been changed and the combo with cola and fries now also contains the corn and now costs 13 AED. After I was able to pick up the food I asked for the bill and the lady pointed out that this is fraud and the customers have to be informed about it. After we finished the meal we were followed by a lady and wanted to give us 5AED for the corn, which we thankfully refused. Doner was not very good and by the deceit of customers I can not recommend the restaurant.

I asked to prepare the menu without cheese and got my menu with the cheese remnants on it. Furthermore, they make an extra large menu without asking and you have to pay more for everything without having to indicate this in advance.

Dotter is delicious and costs 33 dirhams
