Very bad customer service. gave food 1 hr late. Kept telling us to go away very rudely. Lady of African descent especially. Never coming back again. Made the payment 1 and a half hour ago online. Still good wasn’t ready.

The shrimps meal was ok but a bit expensive for 10 shrimps with sauce of your choice with 37AED the sauces was very nice though.

Was hungry and saw OFFER at Hardees.. Normally I would either try locate other than Hardees.. i was NOT correct.. Hardees Burgers are equally delicious if NOT more..Service provider received me with a great pleasured smile. He even tailored made my ORDER to suit my taste buds and convenience.Price excellent for Aed 15/- 2 cheese burgers and fries.Thank you Hardees for recruitment of such humbled natured PERSONNEL.Remain SAFE FROM C19 by social distancing and wearing MASK at all times..Stay blessed always Hardeess Services Providers..

I ordered food yesterday it was very quick and very delicious food. Last time I had a very bad experience and I posted the review as well now I deleted the old review bcos I understoodbiut was some kind of miscommunication so I highly recommend to everyone it is the best 👍im adding some pics that I had lost night and one more thing the spicy fries was really really delicious😋 everyone just they and see the fries

Tried their new Star Shrimp Meal for 29 dhs plus 1dh for upgrade of normal fries to curly fries. SO FAR SO GOOD. 👍👌I like how they prepare their buns, they toasted it with butter. OTHER foodchains should also do the same, not just serving normal buns without any prep.

I want to personally thank the Egyptian delivery guy who works there. Unfortunately I dont know his name. All what I know is that he is average built and whitish. He is so polite, very professional, so good-looking. Hands down, that guy is the best delivery guy I have seen in my entire life. Not only the negative feedback should be posted, but also the positive ones. Thank you guys. Keep it up.

Very poor packing , No taste for the fries and the burger was not up to the mark, Everything was scattered here and there in a very unprofessional manner.This is not expected from an international company like Hardee’s. Please make sure that no one else experience this kind of atrocity from such a large food chain

My ordered was delivered very late and incomplete, all the drinks in the meal is missing. We called again the driver and informed about that but he said that the restaurant is the one who didn’t give that, that this is not his fault. Upon checking the receipt, the branch is in al khaleej mankhool. We tried to contact them but I can’t reach thru their hotline and the store number is not indicated in the receipt.

It was not so great.order it with great expectations but nothing much to say burger patty had no seasoning or no taste to it.

One of my favorite joint for burgers.. They have brilliant options for grilled burgers.. chicken or beef.. both are really good.. and they have the best spicy curly fries..

Really a different experience from your typical McDonalds or Burger King. I would definitely urge you to try the beef burgers and the curly fries. The food is fresh and they serve you very neatly. For this kind of food quality I think the prices are moderate, (some may say otherwise).

Picked up a delicious Steak loader from here along with a strawberry Milkshake. Both were awesome as usual! Also, try the curly fries they are an awesome break from the usual bland yellow fries!

1 hour + delay on the order and the food came cold not presentable at all the fries came like mash potatoes and the bun was watery the Customer service is very bad they said will send you a new order within 35 to 45 min I dont think anybody will wait for fast food 2hours in total
