Has ordered via the Careem app. The order was cancelled without any notification with amount already deducted from the credit card . Even to this moment , I fail to understand why the order was cancelled. No intimation to customer whatsoever. Upon calling Careem, they mention that KFC Motor city cancelled without any intimation or notification .Blatant ignorance and taking the customer for granted.Zero Professionalism and not expected from a multinational chain(KFC)

Parking is inside the building but not marked clearly as visitors parking. I would appreciate if they could include more juicy pieces of chicken like leg and thigh. Limited seating space. Outdoor seating option.

Not a lot of rush. Adequate parking behind the restaurant. Good helpful staff with great attitude to customer service.

Food quality was as usual, we love KFC for a quick bite or a comfort food.... The Motor City branch has very limited indoor seating...

Its a decent place, always very very busy especially in Ramadan and they do work very hard to keep up with things. Food is actually okay too, nothing extra ordinary but decent as it should be. One good thing though, because it is always very busy so the food is always fresh. Service is quite decent especially since the new mostly female staff has taken over.

This place is unbelievable. The service they provide is awful, especially the lady call Sagaya. She doesn’t care the customers and so rude.

Do not order delivery from this KFC. I ordered a might zinger box through deliveroo and when it arrived, the burger was two undercooked patties with gone off lettuce, no sauce and no cheese. Fries where half full and I was given a can of coke.No refunds as the photograph was conveniently lost by deliveroo.

Actually I find this kfc to be good. Theres parking right behind them and the chicken is crisp and we really enjoy it here. It does tend to get crowded sometimes and the staff are a little unorganized but in terms of taste they do very well and better than several other branches.

I visited once with my friends they dont told me they dont like KFC after some times i went to the same location motor city toward Dubai studio city just to check with the manager that my two friends were awarded for been the two best customers of the month i shout yeah if you doubt me visited KFC and .....Burger......complete it.

When I went to order and asked for ongoing deals. I was asked to check online. When I stood there and placed the order, the attitude of the staff at the cash counter changed. It was instantly felt. Might not go there again. It wasnt the 1st time I went there. But the first to experience this attitude. Its not an inviting behaviour.

Very bad customer service!! I just wanted to add packing instructions to include ‘thigh piece’ and ‘keel piece’. Surprisingly the Arabic guy who attended my call doesn’t even know what are those!!! Instead put me on hold twice…He doesn’t even understand what I was trying to explain. This is not acceptable, especially from a global brand like KFC. Wasted my 30 mins, Outrageous!!!

Horrible! The chicken. Has no flavor and they are very small. I dont know what happened that KFC its not the same original Kernel recipe we all once lived. Now it tastes like old chicken that is cooked with overly used oil and the prices have we t up significantly.

The best part of KFC is their burger. There was a small piece of chicken with some lettuce. No cheese, no tomato .... not good not KFC which it used to be

Very poorly maintained with all seating arrangements filthy. Entrance door closes with a big thud frightening especially first timers. Litter bin was full . I hope the management looks into this issue. Overall pathetic experience

I go here 3-4 times a year, and I have been going here for years.Service could be a bit faster for small orders that could take 1 minute max, but overall its an excellent place!

We ordered online and came to collect after confirmation. We received our order after 25 mins. When asked, they just said they are making but in reality they were busy serving other orders.Need to fix their online order and pick up services

I will call it the worst outlet to have any type of food in the world. Staff treat you as if you went there to have food for free. They dont even bother giving you straws with drinks or even a tissue paper with food and even a spoon with coleslaw. The place where they kept tables outside their outlet is very dirty and unhygienic with lot of flies and no one to clean the tables as well. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this KFC outlet to anyone.

Worst ever kfc outlet. I place order for pickup and after 40 min they dont have my order. They ask me to place order now ... I mean serious. Avoid delivery or pickup from this location. Other location are much better.

The KFC is full of nuisance. There was no staff to clean the tables, lots of flies around the outside sitting area. Garbage bin was literally overflowing.We cancelled our plan after visiting this branch.

Wish theres 0 star. After 1 hour of waiting for FAST FOOD I still hadnt received so called customer service and told them to cancel and ask dont knock on the door since its already late night. Guess what happened after 1hr 40min from time of order, a delivery guy called me and standing by my door for 5min.

Simply Pathetic. Yesterday we placed the order for KFC bucket with spicy chicken and spicy fries. I received my order after 3 hours and there was no spicy chicken even coleslaw was coming out of the box.After making number of calls finally spoke with Nishad in Motor city who said am the store in charge when i asked about my order he said there is some issue going on and we are getting the order 3 hours late which i know not even possible. On same side instead of apologize he was rude over the phone.
