Visiting Zara store in Mall of emirates is always a good experience. From display to layout everything is at place . All the staff regularly on there job and always happy to assist 😀.They have separate section lane at billing counter for REFUND AND EXCHANGE which save lot of time for people who wants to purchase only.There is also separate lane for Collecting ONLINE orders. Which ease any you can skip big queses.Over all it a lovely experience and shopping 🛍in this store.

Why are the WORKERS such pretentious, discourteous, unprofessional people who display such a low level of customer service? No one greeted me, no one offered to help me, no one made a suggestion of a purchase. Regardless, I ended up buying two pairs of pants because the color was too good to pass up due to those want-to-be snobs who work at a store with prices comparable to GAP (no offense to GAP because I went there immediately after ZARA and received excellent customer service).Worker - a LABORER, one that works especially at manual or industrial labor.Pretentious - attempting to impress by affecting greater importance or merit than is actually possessed.Discourteous - showing rudeness and a lack of consideration for other people.Unprofessional - below or contrary to the standards expected in a particular profession.Customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during, and after they buy and use your products or services.

It saddens me that a lovely store like Zara has the rudest team!!I understand that they are so busy and deal with lots of types of people, but as frequent customer I expect to be treated properly. Im not rude so why should I get such treatment?The ladies at the fitting rooms dont even look at you when you come in; you ask them a question and they get annoyed, then proceed to answer you by making you feel like you asked a silly question.The people at the cashier never listen to what you ask or saying and and their faces are always angry - never welcoming.I spend so much money here - because the products are great and Zara has become a staple in everyones closet.The team never goes the extra mile to help you, and they dont even recognise that you are always at that store - some of us really come here often.You need to work on your customer service skills because today I was having a great day until I came to pick up my reservation pieces - which I ended up not buying because my mood went down.

I visited this branch last week and staff were very helpful.

Zara employees, they be treating you like youre gonna take the clothes for free.Really need to work on customer service. Especially when you ask them for a specific item (with or without the ref code). They look annoyed, as if youre bothering them.

It seems the staff doesnt care about assisting customers, and if they help, they make us feel like they are doing a big big favour. Why all the staff are always so rude? They are too arrogant as if they dont care and people will buy clothes anyway. And no one is answering the call, MOE, DCC and MCC. Called all three places but no answer. This simply shows how extremely horrible the management is. #zarareview

Great service, Mr Khalid in the fitting is awesome, went beyond his job description, I liked one pair of shoes, couldnt find the size ( but the inventory system was showing there was one pair ), staff looked for it, stock room, behind the cash counter but no luck . But when he ( Khalid ) heard from his colleague that I need help with that, he took upon himself and searched everywhere thoroughly ( checked the stock room again, check the whole stores / displays ) and he found my size/ pair. Thank you !

The store in MOE is huge but variety is less compared to the store in Mirdiff. Summer collection is nice but linen pants are overly priced. Parking is easily available and store is located on griund floor of the mall. Staff is helpful as well.

Zara UAE clothing does not have the same level of quality you get in other countries, like UK and Europe, yet the styles and cost is the same.I have bought 4 items from Zara Mall of the Emirates and all have been faulty, 2 formal shirts both of them had issues with the materials splitting, 1 part of formal trousers the seems split, a coat the buttons came off, without ever doing them up.All items are good for 3 to 4 wears and they become faulty, I have only worn items to the office and been dry cleaned.

The staff person was immensely discriminatory and exceptionally rude today for no reason at all. They need to be trained properly to deal with customers.

Ok, good deal but always short of staff to assist, many a time stitches are open from new clothes, even from fresh stock. Cash counters are always busy because of most of them are close and only 1 or max 2 counters are open even during the pick hours.

Horrible customer service. I had to waste one hour of my life today trying to explain to GRORGES that I have a pending item to be collected (without having a receipt because they didnt give me one when i asked to exchange the size of the top).He didnt believe me and showed no care at all. I insisted that they didnt give me any receipt, only a code to use for collection. I called the security and the footage showed that I was right. There was no apologies whatsoever, he remained careless and unprofessional. Well done Zara for hiring such disqualified staff

Best clothing store for my husband and my kid

This is a joke. I can understand the ridiculous rent prices of the big malls, but is unethical that in a country where the only tax is 5% VAT the price of the same cloth is DOUBLE! And seems they send here the leftovers of the EU countries, in Italy and Spain they’ve way better items. And at least hide properly the price in euros, once I checked a jeans and it had both the prices exposed: 25 eur 190 aed!!

I visited Zara Emirates mall trying to search’s size for an item that I liked, and I saw they were preparing for sale, as I am visiting here I can’t drive toward the Emirates mall anytime since it’s too far for me I asked the manager if I could buy the item and come back for a price adjustment when the shop is on sale from any other Zara store that is close to me.. anyways the manager was soooo rude to me speaking to a customer in a very bad manner and he was like I am busy day ask what u wanna ask I really hated the way they think they have the right to speak to a customer in such a manner no matter what their system is.. he could have spoke to me in a very good manner saying sorry we don’t have the price adjustment we wish we could help u in anything else. I hope Zara would give their employees and managers a customer services training that would be so classy considering they r a high end shop!!!

Zara Clothing is the best with the fitting, only.But What about the QUALITY !?Sorry a BIG NO..SERIOUSLY THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR MATERIAL FOR TROUSERS. THE CENTER PART OF THE TROUSERS TEAR APART within a period of six months of usage which is to be thrown to the trash. Is this they should deliver for a 150 AED product !?The 80% of their staffs, the salesmen and the cashiers all are impolite, irresponsible, rude, racists, arrogant, unhelpful. Because of that they are very cheap people.All these worst staffs should be replaced.

I had a horrible experience with this branch!! Staff are not nice, and there we only one girl in the men section and she’s usually busy to help, anyway I bought some clothes for my husband then the sizes didn’t fit him, so I returned some of the items, they said the money which is 500 ED will be refunded immediately but might take up to two weeks, that was a month ago, then we went back to the branch from abu dhabi to follow and they said the money should be refunded shortly, but it wasn’t refunded now I cannot go back to dubai and the money wasn’t refunded and they never pick up the phone!!!

Tried visiting this empty shop from customers and repeatedly had been treated same! 0 stars the clothes are disgusting and childish and are VERY overpriced for the cheap material/quality , staff are extremely rude , giving me dirty looks , I liked a perfume but I couldnt find its box so asked a worker and he said it was the box behind it and I asked are u sure because it was a different color and name and he was like yes with attitude once I got home I realized he gave me the wrong box so I sent my nanny with the UNOPENED box and asked to talk to the manager but he just started screaming at me and saying its my fault I should have checked before I bought it and he hung up on my face

Horrible customer care . The “ sales “ at the cash counter was rude , felt insulted ! Talking to the customers to stay in line like to a flock of ships. Unbelievable. Never seen anything like that in any shop worldwide. Would never buy again from Zara , just because they can’t allow those employees to treat Zara buyers this way, like the clients works for their sales.

The treatment by the staff is excellent, but some customers ruin the atmosphere

I like the quality, the colors and the models, but the prices are high, and I hope you make a special section for veiled women and a special dress for veiled women

Zara goes without definition. But I noticed almost 3 years ago a change in the quality of clothes for the worse and an increase in their prices at the same time !!I am a very old customer in the adult and children department. Their models were special and exotic, but now they are very ordinary

The store is normal, the stupid staff were especially pleased. The woman at the cash register could not break through the goods for 30 minutes, created a queue from scratch (only one cash desk worked). He stood in line for 30 minutes, was going to buy shorts, in the end to order that they had a different price because someone had mixed up the shelves. I would put 0, but at least 1 is possible.
