Very bad customer service in Dubai Mall. My Panerai watch broke down after 12 months and they even tried to charge me $600 for repair.Better get the watch somewhere in Europe.

I purchased Montblanc two pens from Richmont Shop of Montblanc in Deira City Center on 8th Jan 2016. After one hour visited Rivoli Festival City and Sahara Center. I bought same model from Rivoli Montblanc shop in Sahara Center. I was surprised to note that Richmont shop giving 30 % discount on same model whereas Rivoli shops giving 40 % discount. The list price is same in all the shops. I bought one pen from Rivoli of same model.I felt cheated by Richmont.Is this not against reputation of Montblanc ?Will Richemont look into this and refund me 10 % ?
