First of all , I must say it was the best shopping experience I have ever had in my life and all is because of Natalia !I must say I have never felt such a genuine care, never saw such a sincere attitude and huge willingness to help from anyone within retail industry. Natalia absolutely went extra mile ..At first I was hesitant wether I should go for MK or explore different brands, but at the moment I stepped out from the shop I immediately came back because of Natalia. Natalia helped me further to choose the right product, gave her recommendations , subscribed me to loyalty program, I truly felt very special…”aftertaste” from my experience is absolutely amazing. Definitely MK CC will be first choice for future purchases.nowadays this is the way for brands to stand out and be number one in such a competitive environment , it is all about people and wish this world can have more people like her !

The staff was not that great and had a bad attitude, in fact, I have decided not to buy something because of this reason multiple times and have stopped going there altogether. They do not address you until you talk to them first and even then they arent very engaging at all. Plus, the variety of items is not that great. The branch at Dubai Mall is much better in terms of service, two or three people will probably greet you/speak to you even if youre there for a quick browse and they have a great variety.

Shopping has to be sensible and affordable , recommendation goes to Michael Kors . Huge store with variety of stuff. In terms of service the staff is commendable , I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and the size wasn’t available but they arranged it so quickly like less than 2 hours from Abu Dhabi .Quality itself speaks so no question to raise.

To whom it may concernToday night I visited Mirdif store. It was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had since I lived in Dubai 10 years back. I went into the store to buy a watch and my budget was 1500 which is covering almost all the displayed watches in the store. There were 2 staff a guy and a lady. Since the lady was busy, I went to the guy to ask him for the available options within my budget. I was talking to him in English but when I noticed that he was talking in Arabic to another customer, I started to talk to him in Arabic. That was the twisting point. The treatment has been changed 180 degrees. The attitude was really bad and he was closing negatively every question we ask. He was pushing us indirectly to leave the store which we did. But we were very disappointed. He’s the wrong staff to be apart of a big company like Michael Kors. We went directly to Swatch and we got there a totally different experience. The staff was very Professional, helpful, polite, highly trained and highly skilled. I meant to speak to my wife in Arabic most of the times in front of him to check his reaction. But he was on the same level of professionalism. I went with a budget of 1500 and I went out spending happily 2100 AEDThis what Michael Kors mirdif lost tonight- 2100 AED purchase- a loyal customer “ me and my wife all our watches are from Michael Kors- Bad experience which will be reflected on the “ Word of mouth “ which I’ll give to my friends and family.Michael Kors managementAn honest adviseYou are losing and you need to take a serious action
