Zara Clothes Store at Dubai Mall ground floor, very big store for all ages and both genders, many choices are available with many choices of colors, and the prices range of medium, the Zara store very comfortable and quite area for shopping clothes and accessories.

Ive never been to a flea market but my guess is it would be a better experience than shopping at this nightmare of a store. Staff paces by you answering questions hastily and failing to ask if they can help you with a size. When I went it wasnt even that busy but staff focused there energy stifling through piles of clothes by the change rooms. So its either short staffed or poor training.Also there was a sign that change rooms are sanitized. But it should have added a disclaimer: once a day before store open. I didnt see any staff member clean or sanitize once someone left the change room. So I guess your chances of getting poor service and covid are quite high at this store.They do have some good merchandise but bad service soured the experience considerably and hence I shall not return. Youre better of ordering online if you really like Zara.

Expensive but loved the atmosphere and how they using display as much as live they can, the cloth stands are arranged in a beautiful manner which can be identified easily.. Its in ground floor of Dubayy mall in the fashion avenue.. It was only less people during my visit there, attaching some lovely photos i took during the visit..

I entered the store 20-30 mins before 12 am. I was checking the clothes and selecting to try . No staff told me that they can’t bill or I can’t try those on. One gentleman at the counter told me I can’t try and stopped me while I saw a lady going in but was not stopped. He then called the manager when I probed why it was not mentioned to me earlier when I was checking clothes. The manager then came with such unfriendly body language saying -“you have one minute “. I said that I could have tried by now but the other gentleman said I can’t . The manager then replied yes they won’t okay and then he again said you can make it fast right with such offensive tone. Manager displaying such a behavior setting the example for his team-was incredible.

Tons of clothes but at not too affordable prices but manageable. Payment takes a while cuz theres always a queue.

I collected around 10 shirts to go and try them one time eventually i found out 8 of them are dirty and one without bottom i asked one filipino guy to assist me he was super rude and on the top of that he changed my 4 dirty shirts which i have chosen to a worse ones !! I went to ask for the manager he approached me being distracted by his phone and crawling with his open flip flops 🩴😂 unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! Manager in Zara with flip flops !??? Shame….

It was OK, quite big in size. I could pay using self service, although I didnt find all I was looking for and I felt the prices were a bit higher than I would find the same items in other Zara stores, maybe this is because of where it is located. Above all, good customer service!!

I am so disappointed with their online service. I have ordered the new dress which I received after 2 weeks. When I opened the box, there was a red stain and the needle instead of the second button on the top. It was looks like a used dress, and the the tag was broken as well

Zara has the slowest delivery time for online order.When everything else gets delivered same or next day, Zara takes days to prepare and ship, and then, to make things worst, partners with Aramex that is also the slowest and least reliable courier in Dubai.Why cant a company like Zara do better than that???

Big shopping mall, very roomy and airy. The store has amazing variety and helpful staff. I was able to find basics and dressy clothes for myself and my hubby there. It was difficult to find a particular crop top that I had seen online so I had to ask for help in the store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during what seemed to be a rush hour on Friday evening. I will definitely come back. Thank you Elizaveta for helping me find perfect crop top.

I love Zara , their clothes are so good and have lots of choices. Me personally I shop there, but today I’m giving only 3 stars because Zara doesn’t really targeting middle eastern shape of women (big heaps, small waist). Everything that I want doesn’t fit me or I have to end up buying big size and give it to tailor. They really need to focus on that. Overall everything is good.

Nice store for getting fashionable clothes in dubai mall....staff r super cool and i find out gents clothing choice are less in compared to ladys....its located in fashion avenue in dubai mall.....if you wana take your girl to zara dubai mall make sure you have enough money in your wallet.....its superb place ...

Have to write this review for the staff in Dubai Mall.The story is I needed a trouser I tried two weeks ago in MOE store for some special occasion, went to MOE today, showed the picture, the most staff don’t remember if they had this collection and the conclusion is “they need a barcode to check the item” and “if it’s not in display, then it should be sold out”.I decided to try Dubai Mall with a bit of desperation, thanks god I approached this African gentleman (sorry, I didn’t see him when I was leaving, didn’t get chance to ask his name) in the store, he tried his best to find the trouser for me with my picture, very patient and very professional and know his product.What a experience! Now I am ready for my occasion 🤘🤘😁

It was amazing experience visiting Zara in the morning especially on Friday less people make you to walk everywhere in the shop and look for the item you want and the soft music dripping over you from the top make you feel Paradise

I visited this place for first and last time today. While I was collecting items that I liked to try I was approached by one male sales person offering to help me find my size. And that was ok, he didn’t have my size telling me I can only make an order for it(size 40 available only online?!). However he didn’t not bother to help me with the heavy 8 items I already had with me visibly struggling to hold them. When I asked where is the fitting room he pointed at it but didn’t help me. Then in the fitting room, after trying on and deciding on what I’d purchase I got out of the fitting room trying to leave somewhere the items I wasn’t getting with me. I think that was nice of me taking themOut of the fitting room in the first place. But when I got out and tried to put them at the first counter top I saw in the fitting area, I got told off by an angry looking employee pointing at me with a terrible attitude where I should place them!!?! . She doesn’t belong in customer service. She should go and be bossy elsewhere not with paying clients. Her manager was equally useless in addressing the issue, blaming herself instead of getting her to apologize for her attitude.NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE!

Brilliant. You always walk in and see something you like. Its not super cheap but the quality is dependable. Their upper wear, shirts etc are better in fitting than their lower wear, shoes, pants. For lower wear massimo dutti is a better brand. Its always next to Zara and is an upscale brand of Zara.

Overpriced and not much to look at. There arent many clothes or designs to choose from. Staff was rude as well :) I really love this brand but not the store in Dubai Mall.

The staff at Zara Dubai Mall are the worst ever. Zara comes up with the best fittings and materials, no doubt there. But even at the recession period I am shocked to see the staff attitude. At the floor and at the fitting rooms. You stand in front of them for like 10 mins and they dont see you. Sorry I dont need attention or help what I need is my chance to check or priority by Q to pay. So busy talking away to each other. Not just today. Happy that you are having a great time. One more thing, all nationalities love shopping in Zara - wish Zara consider staff from all nationalities. Hope you understand what I mean. Zara no doubt is still the best place for cloths.

The worst Zara experience in my life period. The staff are not just un-trained, they are impolite, irresponsible, & customer care isnt part of their duties. You are in the fitting rooms trying something and looking for a bigger/smaller size they wont help you but will tell you to get dressed and go find the size yourself. The store staff are all from one region, speak their own language and only care about customers from their region everyone else is invisible. SIMPLY THE WORST ZARA ON EARTH!!!!!

Not strange that people experiencing bad staff dealing while you as a customer can see the manager there yelling at them and insulting and humiliating the staff front of us and ordering them to not spend time with customers. I have been getting assistance from one of the staff there simply manager came shout on him to not spend time with me!!! unprofessional management and for sure unprofessional HR!

Zara Clothing is the best with the fitting, only.But What about the QUALITY !?Sorry a BIG NO..SERIOUSLY THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR MATERIAL FOR TROUSERS. THE CENTER PART OF THE TROUSERS TEAR APART within a period of six months of usage which is to be thrown to the trash. Is this they should deliver for a 150 AED product !?The 80% of their staffs, the salesmen and the cashiers all are impolite, irresponsible, rude, racists, arrogant, unhelpful. Because of that they are very cheap people.All these worst staffs should be replaced.

I liked the clothes and honestly I spend more than 2000 AED buying clothes but I was carrying a pile of clothes yet none of the staff offered to help me place them somewhere while Im still choosing more products. I had to go ask the floor manager sho was so busy texting and he just told me (place them here at the counter) and he continued texting . The sell persons were rude with a lot of attitude.

Went inside this shop at 11:30am just last week to see what i can get as a Christmas present but sadly no one attended me in a not so busy hour ..
