It was my first time to check this shop in Dubai Mall and to my surprise, they have a vast collection of really beautiful shoes of different brands to choose from. And the best thing is, it doesnt burn your pocket at all. Highly recommended!

Wonderful setups and styles selection; you can find wonderful picks even during sale! They do have the cobbler service too. Can get too busy by 4pm onwards but other than that the crowed is average. The on floor staff are well trained and highly attentive.

Customer service on the phone is absolutely fabulous! Everytime Ive interacted with someone, the conversation has been friendly and courteous. The staff take the time to patiently talk you through any issues and appear genuinely keen to help. And this makes all the difference in my buying process.

If you love shoes and are after quality of brands, then level shoes is for you. They may have mainstream brands too but the actual collections are very niche that even the flagship stores in Dubai mall don’t even have it. They constantly update their line up of brands with a lot of up and coming brands. And the whole shopping experience just feels friendly and personal.

Felt compelled to compliment the lady, Mdm Shaklo, at the kids section. I enjoy purchasing shoes for my daughter here and I recall her before when she was helpful in deciding which pair to get for our daughter.Today, we dropped by the store to pick up new sandals as we assumed there would be a sale which was apparently online only. Shaklo went above and beyond, to help us purchase a pair of shoes. I may be overstepping here but she should just replace the useless blonde supervisor, who mentioned that the email I received is a regular email sent to everyone else and was utterly useless in helping us expedite the click and collect process, by mentioning that it will take an hour or more to click and collect when the item itself is right in front of us. Will continue to shop here as long as I dont have to encounter that supervisor again.

After being a loyal and regular customer for years.. today was not a lucky day for me from purchasing via online.. received my package today and to my surprise the box was damaged and the barcode sticker was removed.. no replacement has been offered to me as the item was out fo stock already and they will only rectify the issue via refund which will take 5-7 days or more!! did not expect this service at all from a high end company.. very much disappointed as my good history with you turned into a nightmare. Please be informed that we are spending hard earned money for high end brands and this will impact not only levelshoes but the high end brands working with you as well..

Avoid at all costs .I had the worst experience in level shoes Dubai mall.I gave my shoes for cleaning and it came back as showing in the photos full of scratches and the shoes completely ruined.When I complained about it the store manager told me that there is nothing to be done from our side and we can “fix it” by painting the scratched parts.The Lvl shoes store manager came and once he saw the sneaker by himself and he was choked from two things1- How the sneaker look.2- the employee attitude was so rude with me.I didn’t expect this kind of service from a high end store like level shoes especially that their service isn’t cheap and I could have gotten the same service for less than have the cost with better outcome.Never again

I have been regularly buying from LV SHOWROOM inside level shoes... initially their service was good... but last week i was confronted by a new sales guy , he is rude and not fit to be in sales ... after waiting for 10 mins to be attended in the shop i asked him whether he can help me ? Had an extremely bad experience with YSL store in Level shoes. I bought a pair of heels 3 days back and I wore it yesterday and walked From my home to the parking and I saw the heel is removing from the sides.I called Level shoes customer service they were very friendly and helpful. After a confirmation from Level shoes i went to YSL store and the lady named Catherine was so rude and throwing words at me and scolding the Dubai weather and said it has happened due to the hot weather and they cant exchange it. After a heated up argument she said she will send pictures to the manager and manager called me this morning and he was even more rude. He said Level shoes has nothing to do with your heels, Level shoes is no one to take decisions on behalf of YSL and these were his words and he said he has to call Paris where else Catherine told us that she has to call Italy. The manager Abbas was so rude.Guys do not buy anything from YSL. Level shoes please I hope you guys take an action towards this.

The most worst after service brandI bought a handbag from this brand and I do baby itAfter 5 time wearing it the color came out and I contact them in Bloomingdales dubai mall branch they literally unfortunately this material can’t be repaired. This is due to the metallic finish and any additional paint applications will result in the paint being matte. Our products are thoroughly tested prior to production and the paint has come away due to contactWhat kind of contact they mean!!! We are under corona pandemic.. very rare to go out or use our stuffSham on you guys

My shoe haven! You can find all shoes there and what’s best is their sale time. My first loubies were from Level Shoes. My Sophia Webster, my most comfortable Gucci’s. Just the smell of the place wants you to spend more time there and devour all the shoes and bags on display.

When the place is over crowded it’s difficult to get someone to support you and you have to wait for a long period of time before one of the staff can support. Great place for shoes/sneaker shopping. Wide variety of brands and if you are a sneakerhead you will find some cool designs here. Plenty of choice for the little ones as well, but be mindful some are pricey. During sales perfect place to get a new pair of whatever you are looking for to grave your feet.

I really dont know where to start, but to sum up my experience its below the level of luxurious brands being promoted and sold online and in the the store.And my exceptionally bad experience started with my choice to buy a Emanuele Bicocchi bracelet that was on sale online:1.There was explanation with regards to the size measurement on Level shoe website, so I had to go to Emanuele Bicocchi official webiste to figure out the measurement.2.I have tried to get in touch with the Customer care team through their website, and as per the service agent the item available online is not in stock, and the the items she showed me that time was not available online.3. I have gone online and ordered 2 of the bracelets available online, ironically the payment went through and i have got a confirmation message from my bank and email from Level shoe stating that my order is being packed as we speak since I have selected in-store pickup option.4.after multiple calls to the Customer service I was connected, and it seems theres no whatever systematic way to verify the stock in the store, the agent advised me to wait for a call back , and he called me back and informed me that the items are not available, and the available ones are the same model but different color and double the price.after a long futile discussion the agent though he was very polite and helpful, he couldnt add up much, so I asked for his manager call back ,and latter on I did receive a call with regards to my order, but the call came after mail confirmation that my items are available for pickup, which didnt seem that the manager aware off, as I was offered the different color with the same price, then after less than 2 minute I have received a call back that the items i ordered is ready and kept in the concierge.its good when a luxurious brand gives a discount, but the discount should be limited to the price and not extend to the shopping experience quality and Customer purchase journey, as in the bargain to get more customers you might end is losing the future and current ones, if you failed to deliver what you are promote.

Please don’t believe there is no crime in Dubai. While traveling on vacation to Dubai we purchased a pair of shoes from this store. We were told that we would be able to return the shoes because my boyfriend was unsure if he really liked them he wanted some time to think about it. We came back in about two days that rep was not there we spoke to a manager who told us that there was no return policy. Which was not posted anywhere in the store. After a he confirmed that the rep told us we could he took the shoes back and said we would receive a credit in days. He did not give us a receipt only his business card and his word that he would return it. Because we were in Dubai we believed him. It has been a month now and I have not received my credit so I guess I have lost my $900 I will not be shopping at this store again and I guess I need to contact a lawyer.

Worst store ever if you have a return, worst customer service if you are buying something from them they are nice, even tho they say if you have second thoughts you can return but dont fall for it , i urge not to make a big purchase online especially if you paying a big amount . i purchased a purse online for AED 4250 when it arrived it was very small . i sent it back a long time passed i didnt hear anything. i called they said the return has been accepted and you were sent a gift card i checked my email no gift card i also had a pair of shoes that were small Aed 380. i called again the guy said i will check and call you in an hour , i said are you sure he said yes . three days passed nothing . no call nothing . i called again no answer i called and called for almost a week it kept saying people are busy leave a message i also left a message no response.i am based in abudhabi and i had to go to Dubai mall to pick something up it was limited edition so i drove from Abudhabi (not from level shoes, NOT MAKING THAT MISTAKE AGAIN )i thought let me go and check since no response. so i went there i couldnt find the customer service i saw this one lady i explained my situation and she went to check for me . i was wondering since i cant get a hold of anyone and i TOLD her i can check and may be i can take something for the money they owe and they didnt want to return the money .Then they said something was wrong with issuing the gift card u need to send another email. they didnt tell me any of that before until i went there, THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME TO GO THERE SO THEY CAN ISSUE A GIFT CARD . and anything u buy online has no refund if its cash on delivery and u can only select something online .U CANNOT USE YOUR CREDIT IN STORE. TRYANO WHEN I BUY SOMETHING ONLINE CASH ON DELIVERY I DONT LIKE IT I TAKE IT TO THE STORE IF THEY DONT HAVE WHAT I WANT THEY GIVE THE MONEY BACK SO I RECOMMEND THEM . ESPECIALLY FOR BIG PURCHASES. i went to the guest services again AND no one is on the desk i was asked by another lady to just wait and someone will be with me . no one came . then this guy came who said he will help ME AND HE DEALS WITH ALL vip and make IT easier for me i cant choose anything right now but he will try to get what i want and send me an invoice to pay for the difference or whatever, he did not keep his word. then finally he got the gift card fixed but didnt do what he promised when i asked again he said i can only choose whats online and their online store is garbage there is no proper information on anything and very limited choice of what u can get when you are spending almost 5000 dirhams you would want a little more security if it was even 500 i wouldnt care much . please if you do cash on delivery i recommend other store please dont buy from them also their customer service people are also very rude and they dont follow thru they will tell you something after they hang up they dont care .also when the gift card was not working i called again and the guy said we will send you another code in five minutes and again nothing.please they have worst customer service . Although its a well known store in Dubai with a variety of top designer shoes, I never find my size during sale time which is most probably because of the limited stock.I also placed an order, got the wrong size because of their mistake. When I asked for a refund, they gave me an e-gift card that I dont need. Why would I pay for their mistake? They should be able to refund the money in full. I tried to place another order as an exchange, they cancelled the order because its apparently not available without even explaining the reason for cancelling. Btw, the size is listed as available online! You try to call them on the phone, they never answer.One of the worst experiences I would say, but to be fair, its mainly their online store which they need to massively improve or get rid off.

Dont waste your time ordering online. It is a real theft. Ordered the pair of shoes and got the one from display. I can hardly describe how disgusting and disturbing it was to receive a worn pair of shoes. The right shoe was clearly used as a display option therefore it was discolored and bigger in size. After numerous attempts to call the store I was shocked by unprofessional behaviour of the customer care representative. I got literally shouted at on the phone and almost described as a liar. After sending pictures of the defect shoes I received a kind offer to get a refund by receiving a voucher. I refuse to purchase anything else in this store since I dont have any trust anymore. I will not recommend to buy online from here since they are trying to trick you sending either defect items or ones being in display.

The best way to shop for shoes.There are many good shoe shops in Dubai Mall, but I like the Level Shoes the best. There are several brands inside with shops, and there is a marked place in the middle, where you can look and compare lots of different brands and styles. The shoes they have here are pretty upscale, and so are the prices.

You’ll find exclusive teams at fair prices however my only issue is that every brand is separated and you’ll ultimately receive different services depending on the brand...
