One of my favourite Zara’s in town. It’s a large store, not busy and amazing variety of items and sizes. The best is that I can actually find my size and not having to run into too many people over it.

I find this store in DCC has better selection of clothing. Not crowded and well arranged racks.

I just loved their dsf sale though most of the sizes were not available in the sale which isnt their fault but still I got a very good leather jacket on almost half price and loved it. Their qualm speaks for itself.

This is the worst store with zero rating to its customers service, I returned my 2 shirts to the store on 29 September and instead of providing me the refund the cashier at the counter charged me again with the same amount and I visited store twice to clarify with the store each time they made false statement that this is bank mistake, now they have accepted to bank that its their mistake and they will refund amount to bank and bank will give to me. And to make the matters worst and a big shock to me that their primary cashier took picture of my credit card in context to help with the refund but instead of refund my card got hacked and there is another dispute with the bank. I strongly recommend to avoid these fraud people and save yourself a big headache.

The staff at this Zara are the worst. Zara comes up with the best fittings and materials, no doubt there. But even at the recession period I am shocked to see the staff attitude. At the floor and at the fitting rooms. You stand in front of them for like 10 mins and they dont see you. Sorry I dont need attention or help what I need is my chance to check or priority by Q to pay. So busy talking away to each other. Not just today. Happy that you are having a great time. One more thing, all nationalities love shopping in Zara - wish Zara consider staff from all nationalities. Hope you understand what I mean. Zara no doubt is still the best place for cloths.

Lovely shop with amazing wide range of selections, the team are really helpful and friendly.

It is now 19:30, the peak time, but they only have one staff at counter to do billing. They simply dont care.

Well, its ZARA.They always upholds their brand credibility.Quality materials. But the rates are a bit higher compared to other brands. But I feel its worth it.Their suit collections are mind-blowing.

Good choice of clothes for women. There are new models coming frequently. The fitting is also good. A bit pricy but thats how it is. Other than that it is all good.

I got birthday gift from zara, the size was large so I Took to DCC for exchange. The staff was non cooperative. Even i talked to the manager but he didnt care at all and was sounding rude and bossy...All the brands do the exchange when the tag is not removed. Really not happy with their behaviour.

This store has a dated look and it seems like it has seen better days. However the good thing is that it is a ZARA store after all and you can buy all your favorite Zara products from here at the same prices as other stores. So as long as its an official Zara store, it doesnt make much of a difference where in the mall it is located or if its gotten a little old or not. It will still be full of ladies shopping for their favorite clothes.

A good fashion destination with a lot of new styles popping in and out pretty quickly. Reasonably priced and well maintained store. The staff are really helpful as well.

Bought a suit worth AED 600 and gave it for alteration, during collection after 4 days they gave me suit in a Zara paper bag, when asked for suit cover they said they just finished it. Informed store manager that I had given suit 4 days back and they should have arranged for a suit cover, store manager did not care and was only giving irresponsible reasons, very bad customer experience and staff are not at all customer oriented, will never buy Zara again.

I got a gift from zara with tag but no slip which is big for my size. Took to Dubai mall and s not available, they told me to go to DCC. S was available at Deira city center but they did not accept to exchange for me though the tag was on the short. Even i talked to supervisor but he didnt care at all! All the brands do the exchange when the tag is not removed. Am not happy with Zara at all and will share this bad experience with all my friends.

Extremely helpful staff, in particular, new Trainee, Arthur. He went above and beyond when I asked for his assistance regarding an outfit that I wanted to purchase. Great customer service, I’ll be back!

Don’t be so proud of your business as you are doing very well in the market for now. These customers who make your name, are the same customers who will shut your business down.First of all I did not purchase it online, so it is not an online purchase as you say. How can I not exchange a shirt which has never been used? Do I have to drag the person who bought it for me to all your stores across the UAE to prove that I didn’t purchase it online. Seriously this kind of customer service is very incompetent and unacceptable. After many years of buying nearly most of my shirts from your brand this is the kind of service I receive? Truly this is a disgrace, not being helpful and not solving anything as a normal company should.
