Their after sales service upstairs is nirvana! I had a jewelry for resizing and Maja perfectly assisted me. Theres also bar for refreshment which is a favorite, bar attendants are lovely and even offered to take some photos. Impeccable service and wonderful experience indeed!

Biggest and best shopping mall in UAE

We went in to buy two watches to mark the sale of a property back home. With the help of Nick, he ordered in my timepiece and messaged when it arrived. Wife brought her favorite watch. Simple process ending in a private tour of the Cartier Collection maintained upstairs. Still another couple of timepieces on my list to return again 😁

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mr. Anis. You feel yourself welcomed and I liked precautionary measures taken by the staff.

I went to cartier dubai mall to buy a giftI have been to different cartier stores worldwide and the sales lady in dubai mall was very rude & not informative at allI saw the wallet collection and asked if they have other wallets in different details and finishing everything i ask for she says not in cartier, I asked for braclets that i saw online on their website again answering with not in cartier and didnt show me anything very impolite and rude. I suppose that Cartier store was placed in dubai mall for people to shop and explore and spend their money in. NOt for an employee to decide what to show and what not to show. It’s unusual for me in a cartier shop and in dubai itself to have such an attitude.

My fiance and I bought a very expensive piece to wear at our upcoming wedding. When I removed the plastic at home, I noticed 2 scratches. I went back to Cartier and told them to discuss with me before doing any work on the watch. They ignored me, the technician ruined the brushing and made it much much worse.I was ok with the two scratches, but then the technicians horrible work made it unwearable. They took the watch to refinish it again, and refused to do anything about their mistakes/lack of quality control. All they can do is try to fix the damage and give me a watch that has been worked on multiple times which honestly ruined the entire experience for me.

I think this branch of Cartier are nice and the staff are very helpful also the collection very much in here

Experience wasnt really good, my expectations were high cos its Cartier.Service was poor, should we call it shortage of staffs?It was my first time, i was in the boutique for more than 30min, no one came to assist me, i had to leave.The long minutes i endured to stay was because of a security there, an african guy wearing glasses, he was nice, i see the way he tried to calm other customers waiting and losing patience...The boutique is too big for the number of staffs i could see, Cartier needs to do something about that.

Really bad service. You could expect better service at cheaper branding stores. Message to the management team: you need to either do more professional trainings for your Chinese employee Ms. Cheng or fire her. Her service is destroying your brand reputation!

As a 3rd generation customer for this brand, this branch has shown no hospitality in regards to staff as there is a seating area inside the store in regards to waiting to be attended to, I was told (not asked) to stand outside and wait my turn, I called cartier Dubai in regards to this incident to get a call back the next day by an associate who obviously does not meet managerial standards who used covid as an excuse to wait for me outside, the occupancy was no more than 20 people and the allowed customer capacity is 40. Please do something about the staff and the way this store is being managed

2 stars because I love the brand & I’ve been a customer for over a decade. 1 star for this this branch. I show up at 10:01 AM on a Friday with no one in the store & ask to buy something, have the sales lady wrap it while I go and grab something from next door and come back in 20 minutes. Sounds simple but apparently not. The answer was a very nasty “no, you have to wait here,” which boggles my mind. Literally have no reason to come back to this branch again after all these years.

Surprisingly weak customer service. Went to the largest Cartier store in Dubaï Mall on Jan 1st at 10pm.When we entered the shop, we had to seek the attention of salespeople who were more busy chatting than checking in on clients coming in.Also, the security guard was very close to us and made us feel uncomfortable.Last but not least, when we were making the purchase an another salesperson was shouting on the phone close to us, while 2 others were looking at him.While the salesperson in charge of us was competent and friendly, she felt embarrassed by this poor experience which was obvious.Clearly not the standard you expect when you buy jewelry at this price.

I had the worst experience with Cartier Dubai mall, I’m one of your most faithful client I ve spent thousands of money I have the whole Love collection and the Trinity, today I went to change the color of the cord and I was discriminated by your security and your stagf, no one wants to serve you and while speaking with another customer one of your security came running towards us like we were sinning !!! Oh my god how do you call this store luxurious?? You need to learn how to treat your customers they are spending their money in your store, I feel disgusted and will never ever come again, imagine even when they served me after a long wait they gave me the bracelet and just left!! They didn’t even take the time to close it for me or to ask if I need another service!!!!! So disappointed I hope you guys take action as this store is a joke! Ive been to cartier everywhere in the world they are always polite and ready to serve you! One word: DISGUSTING

I came here to do a maintenance/repair for my wallet and i have been delayed for almost 45 minutes and there was only one employee working in the customer service area which was really frustrating.I had a really bad experience there

Worst customer service of all Jewelry shops I dealt with here in the UAE.I contacted the customer service centre multiple times over two days and every time it would direct me to the answer machine to leave my contact to gets a call back, that never happened. Same case with the email that I sent.I called again on the third day and finally got through to an agent with whom I spent roughly 15 mins in total discussing my requirements and making me look through their catalog to get reference numbers for my choices, he promised to check their inventory and get back to me with the available options within my requirements, that was on the 21st of April and today is the 28th, and I still havent received any feedback.I would recommend spending your money in a place with better customer service and more respect for your time.

Literally worst Cartier I’ve been to. My husband and I waited for 20 min no one came to assist us. It wasn’t a busy time either! We asked security to send someone to help us - nothing. After another 10 min we left.Worst customer service, lost a customer.

Very unique store love the place

As a travel agent: I was able to shop at the Dubai Mall. Yes, they do have special rare collections in Dubai. Watches with the Dubai flag are found there. They also have sunglasses that I have not seen in other places. Some were made from bone. I loved the cat shaped ones for woman. Just not anything in my price range.Service is incredible and the staff are from all over the world.

This incident took place today that’s the 27th of January.I visited your prestigious store in Dubai mall with a friend hoping to get a website or an email address to apply for a job. I walked up to one of your staff as no one was willing to greet or assist us and asked about the details . He looked very disappointed as we asked him about the above .He didn’t give us a clear answer, and went away. We tried to call him again instead he walked up to the security and asked him, why did he let us in? (He was Chinese , I believe)On hearing this my friend and I were very shocked and upset about the staffs behavior.Didn’t really think a prestigious luxury brand like Cartier would hire such staff who have no ethics to converse with a person which also leads to degrading the brands name.Please give me an explanation to what wrong did we do on asking for the email address ?Thought the customer service for top brands like Cartier etc. are top notch . Maybe you guys support racism ?as that’s what your staffs behavior showcased. Instead I would prefer the customer service for a brand like Splash.

I visited to buy a Cartier Santos watch. However, none of the staff spoke to me. After looking for a watch and waiting a while in front of it, a foreign female staff spoke to me and made an inquiry. However, she was so unkind and spoken without sincerity. I tried to buy a model of Santos Blue or Black, but I was so unhappy that I left the store. I will also contact the head office.
