Just want the Branch Manager to know, I came all the way here from Al Barsha cos the staffs there said that there’s available item that I need here in Mirdiff branch. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when I saw and asked the staff there named Olga. I showed here the photo of the dress I am looking for and directly she said that it’s not available. I told her Barsha branch told me that it’s available in Mirdiff, only that time she said there’s one in stock room she will check. Was so disappointed regarding her attitude and the way she’s dealing with a customer. Hope that there will be an immediate action regarding this matter. Thanks

Staff are very rude , and you always feel they are ready to have a fight with a customer & they never smile nor be nice to customers.Management should take care of this enough, before it ruins there image.

Excellent service, different styles

There is something for everyone,nice collection of garments for all age groups. Hand bags,shoes, perfumes, accessories all are good.

Staff was not friendly at time of purchase.I called to ask about refund and the gentleman was helpful but lack of phone etiquette.

Fashionable clothes at reasonable price. Best to shop during Sales. To watch for origin of clothes. Turkish origin are the best.

Rude cashier

Zara a good brand & nice style however prices in UAE way too expensive compared to India, Europe especially Spain. I mostly buy im bulk whenever I travel to spain

2 stars because of the poor conduct and rude behaviors of their staff specially ladies. Theyre paying attention to the specific nationalities only. Im their regular customer and writing this review after constant experience. This time I even reported this to the cash counter (to the lady manager).
