Rude staff!!! made an issue just because I asked for extra ribbon I’m not sure if losing an extra ribbon is more important than losing a customer.

I had reserved a belt for a gift.However thr piece was dirty and couldnt be cleaned. A big brand like this should take care of such things.However Yousuf was great in service.

The staff was not polite with serving the customer....

The service there is not very goodIve given them my bag for repair and they said it will be finished in 2 weeks. When i came after the 2 weeks they told why did you come we should call you when its finished and its been 4 months and nobody has called me about my bag and today Ive called them multiple times and nobody answered my call.They just needed to fix a small screw in my bag.

Literally the worst luxury brand. The staff are rude and condescending. My friend even bought a pair of shoes on sale and the next day they called to pay the difference as they sold them on sale by mistake! The online uae store is just as bad. They claim to offer free returns and then you get charged for it!

They dont answer phone calls have been calling more than 10 times and no one pick the phone
