Today I visited the Branch @ Mirdiff City Center to make my self happy as buying my favorite brand bag, but it was a wrong decision for me to enter this outlet, as I entered the male staff was not seems to be happy seeing me, he didn’t even smile not even greeted me.I was disappointed seeing his attitude as he was not smiling not presentable and was rude while me asking the prices of the bags,I feel that he thought I am an Indian I will buy noting just here to do timepass, because at same time he was attending another customers with happy face as they were not Indians.You can’t measure anyone with there nationality and attire all are equal.If this kind of staff will have this kind of attitude I think they should more trainings and knowledge about how to handle customers.So the brand doesn’t loose the business.‘This was my last visit to this outlet also I will let my family and friends know on this experience so they shouldn’t feel like me hurt and insultedI am really hurt my mood is spoiled.
