I go to both Louie Vuitton stores in Dubai Mall and have aquired 15 shoes and 3 bags from the brand in past 5 years. I am satified with all of them except for a pair of sneaker bought a few months ago. The shoes developed stains in the vinyl-like material and the brand says they cannot do anything about it. I have even offered to pay for the cleaning or repair but I was told it cannot be done. I was expecting better after sales service from the brand, but I was disappointed. Time to change to another brand.

I had the worst high end shopping experience at the Louis Vuitton - The Dubai Mall store.I purchased the bumbag on August 23rd, 2021.No one Informed us that we need to register before having assistance.After inquiring, some salesman said that we won’t be assisted before registering. We waited around 15 minutes after registration, reminded them and got assisted after that.While having coffee (which we asked for/we haven’t been offered), One employee passed by and stated that we have to put our masks on. She spoke while walking and didn’t even stop to check. She didn’t reply when I tried to talk to her and kept walking.Another employee did notice the Incident and approached us apologizing stating that he noticed her attitude.The store didn’t feel like professional or luxurious in any way.It’s unfortunate for such a high end Brand celebrating it’s 200 years.I can tell that there is a lack of management and Organization.

Big dissapointment with recent way to welcome customers.At the entrance your name is taken and then you need to be in the shop to be served later.We did it 2 times waiting each time 15 minutes and left, as we were interested in particular product.I am much better served in any shop in Dubai.Stay away customers!Shame on you LV!

Great store, quite big with a nice range. The staff are great. Can be quite busy on the weekends. I recommend having a look at the leather goods.

I would rate the store 5 star until I saw another man not wearing his mask and the staff dont care one bit.How can such a premium branded store allow this ?They even serve customers drinks like its safe to have them take off the mask ? Ridiculous ,careless, unacceptable!!Nevertheless, we got special attention when needed for pricing on bags and garments.

We had to wait around 20 minutes to get inside the store in Dubai Mall. Tge customer service was bad as we were looking for someone to assist but no one paid attention. Finally we got someone who made us also wait for anotger 10 minutes. the experience overall is not as expected from a global brand

Pathetic experience. Bought a shoe from MOE branch and came to get a refund in Dubai mall and they kept refusing even after confirming from MOE branch that we can get a refund here.

The after sale in this shop is very disappointing. Not at the level of a very expensive luxury shop. Ive bought a pair of glasses as a gift on May. As she tried the glasses, she noted they were to tight. As soon as we came back to the UAE, we went to the shop. After waiting without even a glass of water, they told me that theres not solution. Not even tried to give me any option, only throw its and by a new one. Ill absolutely disappointed with the After sale service in the Louis Vuitton shop located in the Dubai Mall

I visited both stores Louis Vuitton in Dubai mall and I was very satisfied, all the new products that are also limited editions with FORNASETTI collaboration was so beautiful with Ancient Greek designs and I want to mention also the staff in both stores were so kind and helpful , I stayed satisfied and very happy with my new LV shopping

Louis Vuitton Quality is very questionable, the bag I purchased for a little over 2 years turned rusty on all the BUCKLE METAL plating despite being rarely used and was properly stored. I have recently visited the store for help, guess what? They wanted me to pay the service charge higher than the original price without even considering the manufacture defects and quality issue of their item!!!

This brand is one of the best brands in the fashion zone of Dubai mall. The best shoes, belts, bags, scares, etc. What I really like about this brand is that they never compromise on the quality or the workmanship of all products without any exceptions. The best product I like in this shop is the typical mens shoes.Highly recommended for all family members, but of course it is expensive and maybe not affordable for many people.

Went here to buy birthday present for my wife , i registered at the entrance being asked i will buy or just to look around , i went to wallet section waited 15 mins until someone came to the counter didn’t even bother to ask if i need help or something. I asked her if i could see this item i want and she rudely replied “i’m busy with client someone will come to assist you”. So i sat and waited took me 30 and still no one came. So i went back at entrance and told the guy that i will buy an item on that counter and he replied someone will be there to assist you. I noticed that other customers arrived just recently and getting accommodated. With some disappointment i just went out of the shop and decided not to buy. Luxury but no quality customer service.

Vey bad... Their staff has a very very bad attitude.... Specially their shop at shoe level Dubai mall .... They had coouolenfo customers who bought 2 shoes... The whole shop focused on these customers and ignored the remaining ones... Tried to complain to the shop manager he was worse than his staff.... Extremely unpleasant experience

Louis Vuitton is located on Fashion Avenue. The store is large with different sections for mens / womens etc. The staff were very helpful and showed me the many bags my Wife had said she liked. The sales lady even modelled the bags for me, which was a nice touch.

Assistant left us with out assistance. Yet, the another assistant hold us accountable how did we entered without assistant. Bad experience and bad customer service.

It’s Louis Vuitton , what’s more to say.Only negative side is the person in the front maintaining the max capacity. He needs to be more respectful to customers . No one wants to stand there like a dog being told to “wait there”.They need to be informative and explain that the store is full. And make a list or something where they will reserve you and call you when it’s less people inside.Idk wasn’t the best experience. You get the feeling the staff want you to go out unless youbuy something. Since there so much demand for customers to enter the store. They are maintaining the wrong vibe for customers.

Terrible . My bag keeps getting ripped , they keep charging me 1000 dhs -2500 dhs each time while keeping the bag for 9 months just to fix it !!! And when I come take to pick up the bag finally after 8 months and paying a couple of thousands they make me waiting for 40 minutes and until this second I’m sitting and waiting like a donkey for my bag because “ they can’t find it “ !!!

Worst staff ever. They judge you by your clothes and if u dont buy something after u check it out they treat u with attitude and show u the way out.. like seriously? U dont let costumers see the rest of the shop??

Its an amazing place, I think, all women can relate :) but the staff isnt the best. They are professional but not very kind. You do not feel welcomed here. Gucci and YSL staff is very polite. Here you wont see this, unfortunately.

My wife and Myself have been long term customers With Louis Vuitton. Unfortunately the experience with Dubai Mall branch has left a very bad Impression with the Brand. I had purchased a bag on the 25th September as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately my wife had already requested the same bag from her Friend in UK so I had to return it. On the 26th September 2020 my wife returned the bag and was told the amount would be credited back to my credit card within 7 days. Till date I have have not received the refund. I have been following up constantly and been promised the amount will be refunded immediately. I was promised many times the manager would call me back, till date no call back. I have been following up the Shop assistant directly and she send me constant voice notes saying apologies the payment should have hit my bank account, for me to check. I would not be purchasing any further items from the Dubai Mall branch in future as it has been a very unpleasant experience.

I asked an SA to reserve me a pair of exotic slippers i wasn’t a 100% sure about. He said because they are in the high season he could only reserve them if i was coming back for sure. I told him that wasn’t a polite reply knowing that I am a loyal customer that have spent thousand of dollars based on my profile. I could easily lie and get my way right ? I spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic and tried her best to make me happy. (Verdict) please treat loyal customers with more care.

Got in their pop up in Dubai mall fashion avenue. No one acknowledged my presence. I approached one employee that was obviously doing some paperwork, said hi, stood in front of her trying to get her attention - it was impossible no to see me- and she totally ignored me and went way!?!? She even went on to greet her colleague who was also free and both of them completely ignored me?!? I’m shocked.

I had visited the shop to buy a bag for my wifes birthday and had an amazing customer service. I was attended by Natallia Alkha, she was exceptional at her job and took her time to carefully discribe and assist.10/10 for customer service.

This is definitely a very busy store but their customer care is outstanding. I had bought a pair of mens sandals which got discoloured after a couple of months. Took them back and after they consulted with their head office they gladly gave me full credit. Very professional and good to deal with.

Absolutely horrible service! Asked 3 staff to help me ,they all direct me to register .Walked all around the shop 2times.Ok,found the person w an ipad who was doing it,registered. Especially fashion avenue branch, I never came out with a good buying experience and I thought I am the only one who felt this, then I asked my friends, they all got same experience like me. I don’t know why the staff think they are on a higher level than everyone else, no smile, using whatsapp in front of me, suddenly disappeared and went inside stock room, even let myself check the price tag, really poor service and for sure their management knows everything but just ignore. people actually buying only for their products.

I have received the worst service from your Dubai Mall store. After exchanging a bag we wanted to do a personalized name tag we are asked to return after 2 days when we did they kept us waiting for over an hour saying their looking for the item and at the end it was not even done and they only did it once we complained and made noise. The store manager Adriana Dautel could not offer any explanation and when i said i will return the bag she said its my decision. She did not make any effort to do anything to sort my issue. This shows that LV does not need my business. I am appalled by this service and i will never buy anything from LV again. Shame on you LV. By the way your items are very over priced compared to Europe plus your customer service is terrible. Shame on you!!!!

I purchased a gift last 17 June 2019.The store was very busy as it is inside Dubai Mall and tons of tourists would come in and shop. I waited a couple of minutes until one guy asked if someone is already assisting me. He then introduced me to a very passionate lady, Lily M. At first I was really feeling awkward as I know that this is a luxury brand. But Lily confidently asked for the things that she needs to know so she can suggest good product that would fit my budget. She sincerely provided practical options I can choose from. Other than this she gave me all the things that I need to know for product after sales care. She also introduced perfumes(which was really nice) I never thought that it would be such a memorable experience. Service like this would really want me to come back and buy some more products :)

There are many items and sizes in stock compared to Europe, but the prices are also higher.If you are seeking a professional help in LV Dubai Mall, ask only Dinara or Maxim, both of them knows every item where it lies in the big shop and also the nearby warehouse, otherwise you would easy get we do not have the size or we have only what you see in display, which is definitely not the truth.

It was not busy at all. Went in to buy a bag no one helped me. Waited for 5 minutes was ignored. Asked someone for help they were very rude and basically told me to go away. I was wearing jeans and a shirt so I guess they thought I wasn’t going to buy anything from them. In the last 12 months I have purchased a wallet, duffel, 2 x bags for my wife and a bag for my mother in law. Being the LV in the Dubai mall I was expecting good things but I would highly recommend not going here any of the locations in the US or Europe are much better all round.

Horrible staff including manager when it comes to customer service. Sold me sub standard glasses. Made come three times. And the way they treat you after service is very small. I am perhaps there top tier guy but they don’t get that.Manager was the ugliest.Will never come here.
