Very poor experience, Ive never felt more disrespected before. 2 days ago while I was looking for pretty dress I stepped in Lio Jo, customer care representative was busy looking after Arab national woman, who happened to have few fancy brand bags carried with her. I was not greeted or acknowledged, I reached to the dresses section looking at the items myself and right after I stretched my hand to get the dress that caught my eye customers service representative grabbed the dress and quickly took it to the Arab lady telling her this was the one shed probably love it. After Arab lady refused the choice she returned dress to its place, never saying single word to me. She left, I got the dress and just because it has 3 price tags I asked her what was the price, she without approaching me or paying any respect throw me the price and got another interesting item for that lady. I immediately left the shop and ended up buying 3 dresses from Sandro, Maje and Ted Baker.To the attention of the shop management get the customer service representative who pays equal attention and respect to all the customers.
