Very pleased with the service at this boutique. Aziza was very helpful all along to us in terms of getting the right items we were after. The place is a bit small but superb selections, excellent service, amazing after service etc. thanks a lot for looking after us!!

Absolutely terrible experience!Returned a pair of clearly defective shoes within the 2 week allowance, as stated in the receipt, and was told that the contract on the receipt is cannot be honored?Further they refuse to apologize after being dishonest and are telling me I should know the back office rules and policies of Bally Switzerland?I believe this pair of shoes is a one off defected pair, however I will never do business with Bally after the disgraceful treatment received from the dishonest and rude staff and store manager.Very disappointed with this brand and would not recommend to anyone.

The shoes here it is expensive. But if you are looking for good quality and you are willing to spend. Then this is the place.
