Doctor Sharif did not properly assess me before the surgery. I have dry eye syndrome, the doctor should have mentioned this ahead of time before proceeding with the surgery. I still have dryness in my eyes, even after 6 months post-surgery.

Such a clean and hospitable center. Doctor sherif is one of the best doctors ever. Everyone who works there is extremely polite and helpful and are willing to be at your service at any time!

Update on 14 April 2021 :Center manager called me and apologized for what happened and explained that they have changed the call center and reception staff and changed the schedule process for better customer experience.I appreciate their care and action based on customer feedback.Will give them another chance with new appointment.Original review:Not recommended at all.Careless customer service.Doctor went for emergency leave and they dont call or send messages to tell you that appointment canceled and let you come all the way for nothing!And when you complain they say we call one time only and we dont text and its not our problem if you dont answer!And next time dont come until we call you to confirm appointment!What kind of customer service is that!And they only have one doctor so if he go on leave they close!

I had such a great experience in this clinic. The interior and the place itself is very cozy and relaxing. Receptionist is kind and soft spoken and give you detailed promo and services. The Drs are kind and able to give you informations on the process of what is going to happen during the procedure. They really showed how hospitable and caring they are when treating a customer especially if you are unfamiliar with eyes check, they will tell you on what to expect and would offer things to make you feel comfortable. More than any eye clinic I also look at the people around working in such area, and this clinic has a respectable, hospitable and welcoming staff that will make you sure to come back. Otherwise, I am very satisfied on their service and my expectations were met.

A very pleasant Clinic which is run by the finest Ophthalmologist in Dubai.The administration staff were all very professional and very friendly.I took my mom for a checkup and the team took their time explaining every step of the checkup process making the patient comfortable and aware of every step.I highly recommend this Clinic if you are looking for top of the art ophthalmology service.

I am visiting al sharif eye center since 2015 as I have keratoconus that they were unable to do anything about other than keep convincing me to buy from them the eye lens that is much cheaper from their clinicc in other countries. Unfortunately I found out that this clinic goal only profit, unfriendly receptionists. Before 3 months I got eye inflammation that it was really bad and the dr Hani said they’re is no solution we don’t know the reason. Folks stay away of this clinic.

It was recommended to me from many reviews from social medical and it was really good as they mention. I do my lasik surgery very fast without any pain thanks god. Thank you sharif center 🙏🏻

I did my lasik eye surgery at Sharif Center and it went great! I used to be - 5.25 and now I see perfectly clear. The procedure barely took any time, only a few minutes and it didn’t hurt at all. The staff were super nice and polite. The doctor also gives you regular check ups on your eyes and I had no issues at all. Overall fantastic procedure and definitely recommend this center.

Dr. Sami made the procedure feel like a walk in the park. He explained everything to me beforehand and the process and recovery were very quick! I definitely recommend this center for anyone considering doing lasik and get rid of their glasses :)

I came cross the offer from Sharif eye centre during the holy month of Ramadan. I must say that it was a pleasant experience. Dr Sami at the clinic was very professional and courteous and give me all the details of the surgery and how the procedure goes. Here they also give me two options which would suit my eyes. Thankfully i was asked to take my decision and not coerced into taking a decision. The entire staff at the clinic are highly courteous and professional. You were not honest with me regarding paying the deposit. Now lasik operation is cancelled, you took the money and promised to help me with refund. but you actually didnt. I have been referred to Sharif Eye Center via a friend following her successful LASIK operation. The service was outstanding where All the staff made sure we are well taken care of. My husband and I felt we were in a state of the art treatment center with a homie vibe.Dr Khaled Sharif was excellent , definitely the best surgeon with accomplishments speak for themselves. I would like to add that all doctors, opticians, technicians working in Sharif Eye Center are highly experienced.After the operation , I received great attention with continuous follow ups to make sure I received the attention needed.Being an optometrist myself, I was amazed by their extensive supply of advanced technological equipment and their eagerness to ensure that patients receive the latest treatments. I have asked several other eye centers and unfortunately they dont have them. I believe that was the main factor which determined whether I am able to do the operation or not. I was turned down by other eye centers as they claimed my condition was untreatable.My husband was later brave enough to do his cataract operation by Dr Khaled Sharif and we are both really happy. Highly recommend this eye center.Its easy to find in Dubai Healthcare city. Also they have an eye center in Jordan and Qatar.

Doctor Hani is one of the most skilled ophthalmologists in the Emirate of Dubai, but the clinic’s flaw is one thing, which is the reception service and setting appointments after the operation ... because it is difficult for meReception staff communicate effectively about my experience with them, make an effort, whether by communicating through WhatsApp or phone, to get an appointment, and then I am surprised by canceling the appointment and not setting another date .. The reason, in my opinion, is that the current Arab female employees are not familiar with the art of customer service and I advise the clinic owner to replace them with Filipina employees so that they are not affected The reputation of the clinic. This is through my failed experience with the appointment service. I wish you well

Many people advised me at the center, what I expected to be excellent and professional when I asked about LASIK and they answered me.
