It was a successful visit and I was not upset because I came from far away. The hospital is like a mall i did not feel that I was in a hospital. I want to thank everyone in this place, especially Rahaf in pulmonary section She was very kind and helpful ,she deserves more than 5 stars.of course i will come again and again

The hospital and staff are well qualified. However if you want to book a physiotherapy session then this is not the ideal place to get a treatment. They are always booked and the waiting period usually takes up to 1 week minimum. I have faced this issue twice and i decided to change the hospital simply because a person suffering from pain cannot wait forever to get an appointment with the physiotherapist. I hope the management reviews the current physio department and make necessary changes to serve the patients more efficiently.

Well, im a bodybuilder and i have started my journey with a very bad shoulder and painful joints with this amazing human & doctor (Dr Hamad).It took only two sessions to feel the difference and get rid of 90% of painful life i had.Thank you Dr Hamad Kettaneh, you are literally a solid educated person which i will recommend for all physics and athletes.FUH, well done hunting such doctors and physiotherapist .

DON’T GO DON’T DO MY MISTAKEThe worst hospital ever, don’t think to go there even if you are dying .I took my daughter to the emergency they left her bleeding for 20 minutes but no one showed.. later on they came asking what’s going on, they came to talk and left every 5 minutes a person came to talk and leave… then a person came asking for our ID to admit her .. i went crazy she was bleeding for 1 hour and no dr saw herI took her to another hospital.. they are so careless THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT IS MEDICINE FIELD

Lets not judge quickly on this hospital ... you guys are luxury tech one and high standards, but lacking a trained staff... might be still the beginning and more practice needs to be done. premises are huge and to get a medicine from pharmacy if you were a emergency visitor , would take 10 mins of fast walking... one more point, staff must take solid training about how to apply and contact insurance companies... approvals take ages in your hospitals. aside to that, im expecting a fast improvement in this hospital as it sounds unique and very luxury and professional

The experience was great, we had an appointment with Dr. Abeer from pediatric department and the young lady in the receipt (Anji) made our time there effortless, she was helpful, understanding and made us feel really comfortable. Fakeeh University Hospital has been a great experience so far - the staff, Doctors, Facilities, cleanliness, Cafe spot all together are really good. The Pharmacy staff are extremely helpful as well, offering free door delivery for your medicine needs avoiding long waiting periods. They have amazing maternity classes available at the hospital too!

Lovely place with very friendly staff. Going from Bur Dubai to Silicon Oasis was worth for money and time. Dr Gagan was extremely friendly and put the patient at ease while examining. With his wide experience definitely will bring lot of good outcome to the patients with Cleft lip and Palate conditions which is difficult to find in Dubai.

Few days visited hospital pediatric section for my 2nd kid ..building and infrastructure is of 5 star however personally i didnt feel positive vibes to be back again even in emergency ( hopefully never happens ) until they improve the quality for service to listen to patients rather looking for something else .to give little more details .i think some test like blood sample , others tests like u do this , that test etc were not needed at all first place ... when we resist those test casher was asking just to sign even if dont plan to conduct test as its part of insurance and we dont have other option which i didnt like it..considering lot of experience we had with first child we know how this works .and declined to sign .. finally they managed get bill for consultation ... kids are doing well as i visited normal doctor done with quick check no test were suggested ..one star is for 5 star experience ..

I visited Dr abeer and liked her but I am giving this review because i saw many reviews people complain of Dr called bariah i saw her by myself shouting at nurses and no one care or take action ! And everyone in silicon oasis groups taking about her bad attitude and lack of basic communication skills and this children department need restructure

Was admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery after I went to the emergency department. From the beginning of my entry to the end when I got discharged, I was treated like a human being. I have anxiety and it worsens at hospitals, but the nurses and surgeon were exceptional, kind and patient. Id like to especially thank Ruth, who works at their patient experience department and was super helpful, kind and understanding about any issues I raised. Would definitely go to this hospital again for any future issues.

Dr Mayada is absolutely outstanding professional dentist. I had variouse dental treatments done, stating from filling to cowns, and a bridge. I went to many dentists before and was not satisfied till i came to see Dr Mayada. Very accurate, thoughtfull, knowledgeable, professional precise to details and generally amazing human beeing. Very satisfied and beyond happy with my treatments. I also had my son, who is totally paranoid and scared of any needls and metal when it comes to dental treatments. I have no idea how Dr Mayada managed but eventually he was happy to go back, not scared and trusted her to deal with his teeth. I can not recoommend highly enough for any one to go and see her. She is simply amazing dentist

Worst hospital in Dubai ever, unprofessional stuff starting from the reception ended by the doctors, no one know his duties they are not well trained at all, the emergency and the outpatient clinics both are unprofessional, nurses are doing nothing and they are lost and unorganised, when I went there I have to guide them what to do, my daughter was so sick and nonstopable coughing both emergency doctor the ENT doctor which she visited the next day said her chest is clear, next day I went again to her pediatric in different hospital and he asked for xray and the diagnose was acute bronchitis, and when the ENT doctor was cleaning my daughters ear they missed up and all her clothes was wet from the water and shw keep crying, doctors and nurse and admin staff all are the worst which I ever faced in Dubai hospitals.

Went complaining of my knee pain and saw Dr. Elie Romanos. Great doctor. Takes time to explain the situation and what is the best solution for your case. He doesnt do quick fixes but goes to investigate the route cause of the issue to treat you properly. He is really a transparent and honest doctor. Something rare these days.Was referred then to physiotherapy and was treated by Dr. Hamad Kettaneh. My experience was great. He was thorough in his work. Explained every step of the treatment for me. Gave me a lot of good advises to strengthen my muscles. Very calm and focused and respectful. I started feeling better after few sessions only! Highly recommended.

I had terrible foot and back pain for few months. I have been to many doctors and clinics but I did not get a right diagnosis. I met dr Muhammad Khalifa and right away he was able to diagnose the problem. I had to go through surgical procedure in able to get fast relief from the pain and from booking appointment to getting the procedure done was amazingly fast. I didnt have to wait at all. The staff throughout my stay in the hospital was super friendly and helpful. My nurse Kasey was looking after me during my stay and she did an amazing job. She was very helpful and friendly. I never wrote a review of a hospital previously but Alfakeeh definitely stands out. The patient journey and touch points from booking, registration, nurses, doctors and follow up are all professional. The hospital is adequately staffed, equipped and has exceptional safety and hygiene measures.Not only are the nurses and doctors competent, the client experience is positive and they smile for God’s sake and dedicate time to the patient. I had an appointment at the cardiology department and my wife at the otolaryngologists & radiology where she had a biopsy taken, I imagine they were as compassionate as our own families.So, competent teams, new clean facilities, properly staffed and exceptional service. I hope that they never change this attitude and maintain this quality of service as this makes them the best hospital in Dubai in my opinion!

It was a very very smooth journey beginning from getting an appointment via call center to sitting with Dr Syed Shah, Dermatologist, for consultation followed by one day surgery. I would to thank call center staff Aaliya for reminding me for follow-up and Dr Syed Shah for counselling me on every query, doubts and exceptations after the surgery.

I visited Dr. Elie Romanos who help me a lot with my ankle injury. The team and the service is amazing, and my recovery wouldn’t be possible without the support of Dr. Hamad (Physio) who was very professional and supportive over a period of 6 weeks.

Came in with a hamstring injury to see Dr. Romanos who then referred my to the physiotherapy department. Dr. Hamad kettaneh was my physiotherapist. He’s very diligent and made feel very comfortable. Due to his great work i was able to go back to exercising moderately after two sessions and after 5 sessions i was back on track. Overall i would definitely recommend his services

My father had a big surgery over there and they didnt arrange blood ,my father lost 2.5litr blood and died this hospital is responsible for my father death.

The hospital looks like amazing from outside but really it’s horrible from inside the doctors is not good and not qualified the pediatric department and the internal medicine also . And the ultrasound ohhhh my god it was super horrible. I also made blood test and the one who took from me the blood make a very big blue scar in my hand it hurt me till now from aweek ago .

My wife has to go to the emergencies because of abdominal pains. When they took care of her, somebody said : Shes a cash patient ...We paid an an oversized price. They did analysis which had nothing to with her health condition, and we couldnt get the reimboursement of all the expenses.Avoid this hospital ...

I had an issue with one of the doctors which was my first experience, and I thought that I will never visit the hospital again, however I came back and visited the physiotherapist Dr Hamad Husam, in the past I have visited many therapists but never as skilled as Dr Hamad, he made me reevaluate going back to Fakeeh hospital and give it another chance, highly recommended and 5 stars for Fakeeh goes to him.

I’ve been suffering from a groin stretch for almost a year, have had physiotherapy from a couple of hospitals outside and it wasnt as effective. Then I visit Fakeeh, and Dr. Hamad Husam gave me some intense physio that in just 3 sessions I feel fully recovered. He’s an amazing doctor who listens to what you have to say and does exactly what’s required. I would highly recommend Dr Hamad Husam. 😄👍

The dental clinic is remarkable!Dr. Mayada is amazing, she always manages to do her magic and although I am a patient with anxiety when visiting the dentist, she always makes me feel comfortable.Always polite and with a big smile in her face although she is wearing her mask, you can still see it!!!I strongly recommend her for kids too. His personal attention to healing progression and a structured approach was noticable especially the last 5 sessions.
