Did the Femto-Laisk with Dr. Tamir and the procedure was very smooth and great. I’ve been to different government hospitals and they did not have this kind of technology for the surgery itself and the eye test. I highly recommend Magrabi eye clinic for those who are thinking of doing the eye laisk surgery. All tests that are done by the doctor will lead you to the most suitable type of eye surgery to get rid of the glasses.

I had my IntraLASIK procedure done 4 days ago by Dr. Tamer Gamaly, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. The procedure took 15 mins with zero pain, burning sensation is only felt after an hour of the procedure and it was easily resolved once I applied the prescribed drops. Doctors and staff members are a delight to work with and I highly recommend the hospital.I am glasses and lenses free after more than 10 years!

I’ve done the lasik 3 days ago and wanted to post my experience. I’ve done it with Dr. Tamer after 2 consultationshe was very friendly and made sure that my eyes are ready for the operation. I had an appointment at 12 PM and I was 10 minutes late. After 45 minutes of waiting the nurse informed me the Dr left to another hospital and hell take 15 mintues to be back. Its been another 45 minutes and Im still waiting at the reception.

I was attended too quickly. The technician explained every detail of the test and was very patient. She conducted the test till we got it right.

Extreme dismissive attitude towards patients, no trust and relationship can be built with the doctors unfortunately. I had a simple operational procedure of chalazion (fat/oil deposit) removal in my upper eyelid, 2 operations (failed) and 1 injection therapy and I am still suffering, can you imagine the doctor said to me during the operation I see some white spot but im not able to get to it , he also asked me hey are you the one with the 1 chalazion or 2 and the junior doctor said in the prep oh he has a small chalazion no need to draw / identify, I will try my luck with moorfields. Magrabi just charges $$ on your insurance, thats all they are into. Thankgod my issue was minor, can you imagine the level of competence if it wasnt.

I went to Abu Branch today for my daughter appointment and Dr. Marwa (pediatric ophtalmologist) did not show up. Nobody was bothered to come and explain that the doctor did not respect her schedule. Neither the doctor did not call to apologized for the delay. Its after almost 20 minutes of waiting, I went to ask at the reception when I was told that she did not reach. When I asked the receptionist to contact her, she informed one nurse who informed another nurse to call. We left upsait and nobody did take the time to apologize or call back. Customer service is poor, communication was nil. So disappointing!!!

Whilst the Drs are good the staff and app timing is absurd . I had an appointment at 11:15 by the time I got to see the dr was 12:15 this was not even for a check up I had toGo see the dr for eye infection and had swollen eye .

Worst reception ever i was on the phone for over and hour and couldnt get through to anyone to just make an appointment! Nor so i want to anymore...

Its the first and probably will be the last time ill visit them , bad experience, never respect the timing, suppose to see the doctor at 1pm ended up seeing him by 2pm after arguing with them the only good thing was the nurses thats it!
