I totally agree that it is waste ,I have been trying to get a slot for the contact lense training ,since March till now they cant provide me a slot on a Saturday other day which is convenient for me , I am a front line worker so, barely I get other day off except Friday and Saturday, On a Saturday they dont want to spend time for 70dhs consultation patient and its for one time training only other hand they want give the slot to others they will be permanent patients and may spend more money 💰 and do some expensive procedures.Now I will search for another place doesnt matter what cost it.I was not planning to give a single star but to write my comment I give one star.

Excellent! Doctor as well as friendly staff right from reception to the optometrist.The test and procedure was smooth and hassle free, procedure was explained side by side and they analysed the conditions with the right tests. Clean and well maintained clinic. Peaceful and calm ambiance. Self sufficient center - With Doctors, testing center, optical shop as well as pharmacy.

No ticketing system. Waiting time more than 1.5 hrs for no reason and even with appointment. After a hour, I was asked why I was waiting. When I said, I am waiting for doctor consultation after 1st initial test, they then woke up from sleep. You can reach me for clarification.

Good, but need a bit to improve on customer service

Please dont take kids to them. they are not trained to put eye drops. the doctor is good and even the testing was smooth but the whole process of putting drops in the childs eye was not handled correctly. overall a below average experience for a child who is going to tested for the first time. my kid is only 6 years old.

Theyve no respect for your time, got a rude ophthalmologist and a bunch of lethargic reception guys!

This is the far worst Eye clinic ever.The optical shop which is part of Vasan Eye and optician (Mr Ranjith) cheated me badly after spending AED 2700/--(only for glass) i approached 3 times and everyone including the doctor, and managment of Vasan Eye care forced me to wear a badly produced glassI felt completely helpless and had no option but to throw in bin.

Very nice and clean place, staff is good, Good equipments. Dedicated clinic for Ophthalmologists means more doctors and finish fast. waiting areas are comfortable and for visitors they have prayer room.

Dont trust these people with your eyes. I got lasik surgery done from them and in just a couple of years I have blurr vision. They never called for follow up check up for my eye. I spent over 7000 AED and this is what I get - horrible service and ruined eyes.

I went to this clinic with my kids and found that the place is quiet neat and clean. It is a spacious clinic and easy to find. The staff are very charm and helpful, easy administration anyway. The eye tests done to my children were good and complete, some additional test also done which seem reliable. Not too much discussion with the eye doctor (Dr Vidhi) but seems she is very expert in her field. They have also optic store so we went directly to get the spectacles as prescripted by doctor. Good price, much discounts as many other Optics. Overall, good experience and think to try its dental clinic for future.

Avoid except if you have time to waste.In order to get a license I needed to do a simple eye test, after checking next to me official able to do me this test I called them, they inform me to come between 10am and 5pm, that the test takes 10/15min no need to do a booking you can just come directly.Fair enough, I arrived at 2:25pm, the receptionist lady told me that the doctor that is doing this test is currently taking her lunch break and it will take 30min to 1hour to come.After 30min waiting I asked her to call this doctor, or to find any doctor available to just make me read 12 letters on a wall, both eyes.The receptionist called her, and said that she will come in 20 min.It was finally after an hour that the doctor came back from her lunch.I dont mind people taking break which is more than understandable, but why there is no other doctors (that are walking around and truly doesnt look like the busiest clinic in the world) to take 3min30 out of their time to make me read those letters?You can read nice slogans, and brand taglines on walls such as you benefit from our large presence; Vasan Eye Care; Worlds largest eye care network nice paradox.Anyway thank you doctor for your 3min30 to analyse my eyes.To resume: If you have 170AED, and more than 1h of your time to waste for 3min30 of pleasure this is the right place :)Cheers.

We’ve just been to Vasanthi to show my Dad’s diabetic retinopathy. We had met Dr. Vidhi to get some advice on1. whether there was any active bleeding2. Whether it’s useful for us to do a cataract operation3. Whether to continue a prescribed medication that prevent strokes, but causes more potential bleeding in the eyeShe checked his eye and confirmed that wasn’t any bleeding. And that we needed to see another doctor for all other inquiries.Feel like the 250 AED consultation fee was not justified as we have now had to book an appointment to see another doctor at the same Center which costs 350 AED

AVOID this place. RUDE and unprofessional doctors, staff and no care or concern for patients . 1 star because I had to - I wish someone had warned me ! Dont waste your time or money - long waiting times , no adherence to appointments and all the staff will do is argue . Didnt even get 10 mins of detailed or valuable medical advise despite all of this hassle . A lot of far better clinics in Dubai
